Positive:
1)
The
room
was
very
clean,
and
the
maids
refreshed
it
each
day.
2)
Parking
was
convenient.
The
hotel
lot
charged
7
euros
per
day,
and
outside
lot
had
plenty
of
space.
Giannoliugi
was
kind
enough
to
wave
the
charge
for
us,
maybe
because
of
Platinum
status.
3)
The
location
was
close
enough
to
explore
nearby
sites,
as
well
as
walk
down
to
the
mall
to
enjoy
meals
at
the
various
restaurants.
The
hotel
had
entrances
directly
to
the
mall.
Negative:
1)
Location
on
Google
map
led
me
to
the
entrance
of
the
mall,
not
the
entrance
to
the
hotel.
Someone
should
fix
that.
We
arrived
around
10pm
and
were
unable
to
find
it
in
the
dark.
We
went
inside
the
mall
to
ask
people,
but
most
couldn't
speak
English.
It's
after
we
start
to
drive
around,
then,
saw
the
entrance
of
the
hotel.
We
weren't
sure
if
we
could
drive
up
to
the
ramp.
Overall,
no
clear
direction!
2)
The
internet
is
NOT
available
in
all
the
rooms.
Our
room
may
be
too
far
from
the
lobby
and
although
"connected,"
the
signal
was
not
strong
enough
to
provide
any
content
download.
We
had
to
go
to
the
lobby
to
use
the
Wi-Fi.
This
day
and
age,
Wi-Fi
is
as
important
as
water.
One
couldn't
hardly
function
without
one.
We
were
too
tired
to
ask
to
switch
rooms
after
unpacking.
3)
The
walls
are
thin,
so
you
can
hear
loud
conversations
from
the
room
next
door.
It
seems
many
European
hotels
are
like
that.
