The staffs in night shift are rude, and the room are disgusting. The hair dryer didn’t work properly. The front desk told me there is a system to protect it over-heated, which I can totally understand. But I specifically told the front desk the hair dryer can only last less than 1 minute. The front desk answered “Yes,it is “ and hanged off the phone. I truly don’t believe a normal hair dryer can work only for 1 minute. How can you dry your hair within 1 minute, especially when it is long. And the hair dryer is so old. The white cover of wire is broken. I can see the electronic wire inside. It toke me 3 phone calls and about 30 minutes, they finally managed to change the room for me. I literally begged them, said “please please let me try the hair dryer in the different room, since it was very late and I have a early schedule tomorrow. And the room was not clean. There was a huge millipede. It is so big. I can actually hear it when it called on the carpet from the ceiling. I showed the picture of millipede to the night manager. He just nodded and said nothing. It seems like it is completely normal to have a bug or worm falling from the ceiling in the hotel. During my conversations with the night manager, he said it many times that he was very busy, because there would be many guests coming tomorrow. I don’t understand why I have to hear this excuse. Because I was less important that the other guests!? My problem was not a problem? Is that Racism? I received zero apologize because of all dramas that night. I am very disappointed from the service of this international chained hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Address is not working with GPS, not easy to find at all. WiFi doesn't work well and in some rooms doesn't work at all. THEY DON'T HAVE FITNESS ROOM, even though I called to ask and they confirmed. They send to the gym in the shopping mall that you need to pay. Rooms are small but clean.

The ladies at the hotel were so superbly nice that I must write and give it a 5 star. I especially enjoyed the service provided by two ladies at the front desk. And the two ladies serving breakfast were also so kind and helpful. I have not been back a couple of years and the hotel is even better than I recall it. Recommend staying and then popping downstairs to do some shopping at Vulcanobuono - super convenient!

Usual high standards you come to expect with Holiday Inn. Vast array of breakfast offerings especially cakes and pastries.

One of my favorite Holiday Inns. Nice staff. Good breakfast and restaurant. Clean rooms. Attached to a mall where you can buy all sorts of stuff. A black mark is the weird Wi-Fi system when you have to enter log in details every time you want to go online or check mail. Very, very ordinary experience and so unnecessary.

A good example of a Holiday Inn set in a modern location. We stayed here as our base for visiting the Vesuvius region (Naples, Herculaneum, Pompeii and the Amalfi coast). The rooms were spacious, quiet and well appointed.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. DO NOT STAY HERE if you are a tourist 1st) Nola is about a 35 minute drive from the Port of Naples. If you opt to take a taxi, they will charge you anywhere from €60-€120. Beware of scamming taxi drivers! They will try to gouge you if they know you’re a tourist. 2nd) There are NO attractions in the vicinity except for the shopping mall that the hotel is connected to. We saw a group of seniors get dropped off by a coach bus - it seemed like a trip for local senior shoppers who wanted a weekend away. I am guessing this place also serves as an overnight pit stop for road trippers travelling from southern Italy to more central or northern regions or vice versa. I repeat, there are no attractions near by and tourists will be disappointed. 3rd) If the rooms were clean, we might have been able to ignore the first two concerns. Our room was atrocious in my opinion. Mold and mildew have taken over the grout and it appears that cleaners don’t clean those areas of the shower. I tried using the hand held shower head to rinse the tiles and to my dismay, specks of mold ran down the tiles and into to tub. Drainage in both the sink and bathroom was slow. But wait, there’s more. Strands of hair that didn’t belong to me or my spouse were on the floors and on the duvet cover. Dust covered the corners at the base of the bed and baseboards. Some towels were stained. The list goes on… 4th) Reception needs to work on customer service. When we asked if we could change our room all they said was “Yes, for an additional fee.” There were no follow up questions about our comfort or why we desired to switch. This was the last straw for me. We initially booked and paid for 3 nights here. We couldn’t endure it. We cut our losses and left by the second day of being at this dreadful place. A great alternative for travellers looking for access to the train station, the city centre or the port (where you can catch the ferry to Capri, Positano, Amalfi, etc.) is a hotel right beside the port. With a little research you can figure out the one I’m talking about;) It’s simple, clean, has a wonderful restaurant downstairs, and best of all very friendly staff.

If you’re in the Nola area on business this is the hotel! The front desk team, especially Francesco will arrange all of your transportation and provide great recommendations. Internet works fine for Teams meetings and other activities. Call ahead and they will arrange transportation from the airport.

It is not clear until you arrive how far out the hotel is from Naples. In some ways that is good (away from the hustle & bustle of Naples), but it is also lsolated and cut off without a car. It costs us alot more in taxi fares. Am airport shuttle should be considered too.

we came as a big group. 45 people the hotel was chosen by the holiday organizer otherwise i wouldn’t arrive here on my life. the staff is very non friendly and i might say even rude. the guest is the last thing they care about. no way to get to Naples at evening. no taxi wants to come here and the front desk doesn’t want to help with any ideas. even the dining room staff is so unhelpful as if they all are instructed to be like that. and i want to mention the rudest of all - Maria Giovanna from the reception who gave the worst service to guests

I was looking for a hotel close to Sorrento and Amalfi Coast. I went to IHG website, enter Sorrento and Amalfi Coast as the location and this hotel showed up. I'm not familiar with the area so I booked it thinking it would be close. It is not close. It is an hour and a half from those locations. The hotel was nice. It is in a location attached to a mall which was nice to walk around the mall and get food. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The door locks were a nightmare but they stated they were being replaced in June which should resolve that issue. The room was standard and comfy. Had a mini cooler that would keep items cool. The bed was comfortable, was able to get a good night sleep. Overall the hotel was nice just not as close to Sorrento and Amalfi Coast.

Worst experience ever we arrived around 3am very tired after a long drive, while my husband was checking in, I was looking for the toilet and the receptionist told my husband that I couldn’t use that toilet, he was very rude about the situation and my husband apologized profusely but he said next time we should ask, then we didn’t eat breakfast because we were so tired that we didn’t wake up on time , when we check out we ask for refund for the breakfast since we paid for it, and the lady at the counter said she couldn’t do anything, the staff act like they were doing us a favor for everything. Wouldn’t recommend spend your money somewhere else. -0⭐️

Getting the bad out 1st- By far one of the worst, uncomfortable and awkward showering experiences I've ever had for an otherwise really nice hotel. The shower design is weird: placements of the showerheads and open (no shower curtain resulting in water everywhere). Then the water fluctuating hot & cold continuously was very annoying. Except for the shower, the room was very nice and comfy. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel breakfast I ever had. Wide selection and everything I ate was very delicious. The coffee machine was great as well!

A perfect hotel with an amazing location. Clean, comfortable, with excellent service and an excellent breakfast The restaurant on site and the proximity to the mall are amazing. I will definitely return to the hotel

Excellent service! We had few small hiccups but all were addressed promptly by the reception staff. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was good for our purpose. Free outdoor parking and €7.5 secure indoor garage. Overall, great value! They really need to fix their doors locks. Multiple guests were having problems with their keys not working smoothly.

Receptionist very nice, polite and understanding. Couldn't get their name, but they were very professional and trained. Cleanings need a serious improvement. Not so clearly a 4stars cause of it. Please check on it, I felt very down after a long day of travel!

We've been coming here since they opened up to break up long trip to Southern Italy. Our room this time although clean felt like it had been through a lot. Also although very clean, I miss the fresh clean smell they had all around. These are hard times so we can't have it all.

Good hotel, good price and a good location. Plenty of options to eat and drink outside of the hotel.

Booked this because of its proximity to Naples Airport ( about 30 mins drive away). It was perfectly adequate though the room was a little tired. The public areas were nice and the staff were very helpful. I was glad of secure car parking

The staff were super friendly and spoke English. The parking lot is massive, and the hotel is located next to a shopping center. Kinda far from Naples, Pompeii, and Amalfi, so consider public transportation if you don’t have a car. The roads are very confusing around there so be careful. 20min drive to Mugnano if you’re headed that way. Rooms are kinda small, being the only negative I found.

As much as the hotel itself has shown itself as a pleasant place to rest, bringing you inside a wonderful room with a nice cozy carpet flooring and some relatively comfortable beds, i cannot say the same about the issues related to the location. This hotel is inside a shopping centre, which by itself seems like a great location, who would not want to have an array of shops and restaurants right in front or below their hotel entrance? There's currently a huge issue at the moment. There is this weird continously loud music coming from the centre plaza that plays each night, playing the same remix of a Beethoven classic over and over and over from aroun 7pm till 10.30/11pm. It is SO LOUD i can feel and hear my windows shake. I will like to introduce a personal piece of information: I am mentally disabled, and this place didn't just made me extremely uncomfortable over my sleep, but also gave me the worst sensory overloads I've experienced in so long. I know this doesn't have to do with the hotel itself, it's probably some exhibition introduced by the owner of the shopping centre. This doesn't mean i cannot warn you about this before you come to find somewhere to rest. If you're on a business trip and you are looking to wake up early, this is just not the place for you at this time. If you're just looking for somewhere after hanging out till late at night, then you should be able to get a relatively comfortable rest. Other than that, this is an average perfect hotel to rest at during your vacations, mostly if you're a night owl.

When I checked into my room, I informed the front desk that the a/c in the unit was not working. The lowest the temperature would go was 21C and it was at 26C. I could not even adjust it to 21 C. I was told by the front desk staff that they would need to activate the a/c from their side and that it might take a few minutes. I was then able to adjust the a/c setting down to 18C but it still did not turn on or work. I even tried the lowest setting at 10C and the room refused to cool. I was exhausted and fell asleep only to wake up drenched in sweat a few hours later at 1am with the room STILL at 26C. I informed the front desk staff at checkout about my experience and was met with complete unconcern. I paid for a room that had SUPPOSEDLY had air conditioning but obviously I didn’t receive this basic amenity. Do not recommend.

The hotel was lovely and really good value for money. Staff were so kind and helpful. BUT the hotel was neither in Naples or Nola! 50 Euro taxi from airport or to city from hotel. 15 Euro taxi into Nola! No tours from hotel except with taxi! My return flights for 2 from Manchester cost me £320 and I spent more than 600 Euros over 7 days in taxi fares alone! You absolutely need to hire a car but I never took my license! Finally there is no swimming pool available since covid!

After the initial novelty of this crater-like structure wore off, with its shopping mall and interesting lobby, we hated it. The whole place is an environmental disaster. It's RIDICULOUSLY noisy, day and night. You just can't relax here at all, so don't come for that. There is literally nowhere free of noise. Massive extractor/air conditioning fans and music are deafening and just constant. At 20 past 11 at night the music in the lobby was still blaring and we had to ask them to turn it down so we could sleep, as our room was close to it but there were no spare rooms for us to be moved somewhere quieter. It's not even pleasant to sit on the room's balcony, because you literally can't hear yourself think, for the racket. So disappointing. If you're there just for business or shopping, it's probably fine. But there's no other reason you'd want to go there. Room service uses an insane amount of plastic for towels etc, and they take away stuff you're midway through using during your stay, like soap, and replace it with new every day, which feels bonkers. Environmentally hopeless, and the staff are the most unenthusiastic we've come across in the whole of Italy. They are just going through the motions, and it takes forever to get them to do anything. We couldn't wait to get out of there, and we'd never go back.

Positive: 1) The room was very clean, and the maids refreshed it each day. 2) Parking was convenient. The hotel lot charged 7 euros per day, and outside lot had plenty of space. Giannoliugi was kind enough to wave the charge for us, maybe because of Platinum status. 3) The location was close enough to explore nearby sites, as well as walk down to the mall to enjoy meals at the various restaurants. The hotel had entrances directly to the mall. Negative: 1) Location on Google map led me to the entrance of the mall, not the entrance to the hotel. Someone should fix that. We arrived around 10pm and were unable to find it in the dark. We went inside the mall to ask people, but most couldn't speak English. It's after we start to drive around, then, saw the entrance of the hotel. We weren't sure if we could drive up to the ramp. Overall, no clear direction! 2) The internet is NOT available in all the rooms. Our room may be too far from the lobby and although "connected," the signal was not strong enough to provide any content download. We had to go to the lobby to use the Wi-Fi. This day and age, Wi-Fi is as important as water. One couldn't hardly function without one. We were too tired to ask to switch rooms after unpacking. 3) The walls are thin, so you can hear loud conversations from the room next door. It seems many European hotels are like that.
