The rink is nice, but it was far too crowded. Some people who knew how to skate were having fun slaloming between people and going as fast as possible: as a result, they bumped into people and knocked them violently to the ground, especially children. It's a very nice place, but the entrances should be limited and the rink more supervised to avoid accidents.

It's was a beautiful first experience with my kids of 3 and 4yo. There is a special area for the kids and only accessible for the kids with a special teacher who guides them and helps them for their first steps on the ice. Different apparatuses/ toys to help them feel sage are present. You can leave your kids there and go and enjoy as an adult to the bigger side. You can later also take your kids with you to the adults part and hire a pushchair for the ice (3e/h). There are bathrooms and also a restaurant/ bar.

Great experience on multiple occasions, as a parent of 3 young children (5,7,9). Very calm, professional, friendly staff. We even had the 9 year old's birthday party here with 20 kids - we got a private room to ourselves all afternoon, lovely cake and drinks, and staff on hand to help - much better than other children's locations, where you only get a room or table for a short amount of time, and staff are dealing with many other birthdays. Highly recommended.

Clearly old reviews are positive but recent ones are horrible! I went twice over Christmas holidays and booked my slot in advance but still it was so packed we barely had room to move on the rink. And the queue to rent the shoes!… no organisation what-so-ever. After 20 mins of waiting and no one paying attention to us, I went myself behind the counter to pick my shoes… no one even noticed. It feels like there is no management to properly manage this place. What a shame because for the rest the place is great

Don't waste your day coming here. Too much crowd, they say they allow the entrance to a maximum number of visitors but they don't!! They say they let one adult per small child in the special area for kids, they don't!! They don't even help the child to start balancing on her own. How the heck is the child going to learn. Oh, and the ice skates are terrible, they hurt the feet sooooo much. I tried two different ones, the one was worse than the other. Just avoid the place!!

Extremely crowded, there should be a limit so everyone can enjoy the skating. Poorly maintained ice and long queues for shoes. You need 50 cents coin for the lockers, otherwise you are left skating with your coats and bags!

Way too crowded. The organisation to get skates is very poor.

There was a 100m long cue, so decided to not visit the place. My son was so dissapointed.... We had been waiting 15min but unfortunately we didn't moved forward even a meter, finally we gave up.
