Went to get a take away bo bhun and when i opened the box at home the beef was missing from the order. I would advise to double check your order before you leave the place. Not very professional. Tried to look for a phome nr to call, but unsuccessfully as they do not have one, only a robot message box where you write about the issue but there is no further reply from their side.

It's not "super authentic" Pho, but it tastes good, service is fast and polite, and portions are a reasonable size, so it's ideal for lunch. No cash, cards only. If you eat in there is a smart, well-lit room and it's also a good choice for takeaway.

I do not get the concept of these modern fusion cuisine restaurants: they look nice, you can order on an electronic screen, which is cool, but there is no diligence for giving the dishes a particular taste. The food is tasteless, the only spices are to be added by three different stereotype bottled sauces which are brought to every table. But I wonder what is the sense of eating out if the responsibility for making the food taste nice is delegated to the customer? This means setting the wrong priorities, in my view. And be sure that the 2 stars I gave refer to the place, not to the food, which I feel does not deserve even 1 star!

I am from Vietnam and honestly it brings the most authentic feelings I have had so far. Excellent decoration and vibes. Foods are decent too. Lovely place, highly recommend. :)

I find it pricey. Phở has little taste next to no taste (you need to add the sauce to taste something). BΓ² bΓΊn portion is also very small for almost 14€, also, rather tasteless. Fish cakes.. miniscule and dry. Bubble tea's pearls are chewy and hard, not gummy-like as they should be. Other tea, come in ready-made sachet. A lot plastic usage for everything. Basically, you better stick to soft drinks or just water. ------ It's OK for a business lunch once in a while because the place is tastefully decorated, seating is good to have a chat with colleagues. But if you expect to have tasty Vietnamese food. Don't.

I got take-out at this place and only noticed that half of it was missing, when I was back at my office : no crispy fried shallots nor coriander on my rice congee, and no coconut ball for dessert (instead some fried dough, which may have been the chinese donuts which I had also ordered on the rice congee and not as a separate dish). However, for some reason, I did get three different pre-packaged sauces, which I had not even ordered and which didn't really improve the taste much. In addition, the portion was too small to satisfy my hunger and the taste was no more than OK. This is inacceptable. Certainly never again Can Tho!

The food in this semi canteen style restaurant is decent. The portions are copious for the price you pay. The indoor restaurant rather smells like prepared food which stays in your clothes. All this is still ok. However, during my last 2 visits, they were playing (Latino reggaeton?) music so loud through the speakers that we were unable to have a normal conversation. Not nice if you only have 45 minutes of lunch time between office hours. Not sure if I will return again.

Great food and finally a larger customisable selection for yummy vegetarian dishes. What I love the most about this place is they are in a casual atmosphere with friendly staff, good music selection and most of all fresh ingredients ! Keep up the good work. We will be your regular.

Everything we ate was so fresh and flavorful. I love how we can freely customize all our dishes, and not being afraid of messing it up because you always have someone there to help and give recommendations. We have been waiting for this place to open for a while, and the wait didn't go to waste!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ How in the world this shop doesn't have 5 stars. Come on people. One of the best in Brussels. It tops almost all the list in any internet blogs you may visit for the top10 Frites in Belgium and it deserves it. Taste is very crispy on the outside.
