My first time in Sbarro brussels, i appreciate the restaurant vibe it feels new-yorkish even tho it’s in a train station , the pizza was alright but not quite authentic as a NYC style one. But let’s talk about the staff !! First of all you cannot place an order in english although the sbarro chain is an american one. The lady infront welcomed me with a dry face and when i started to speak english she didn’t even bother to present me the pizzas and the menu. I hope they can do better.

At least one very rude person of staff. I tried to open a self-serve fridge to buy a drink, I was in a rush to catch a train but not at all aggressive. Someone from the staff started shouting that it was obvious that the fridge was closed (not), continuously rolled with the eyes and suggested that I learn to behave - without offering to help at all. Go somewhere else if you like nice people.

Sliced pizza at a good quality and price. There is no real option in buying an entire pizza, as they will pack each slice in a separate small sliced shaped box...

Extreamly unfrendly staff. Especially to tourists I guess. Left me for 15 minutes doing nothing even though I expressed my intend to order pizza. Plus, they forced me to buy already-made pizza, not that I wanted to eat.

Delicious. They also have a formula, 2 Spices and a soft drink at 8.70. They don't mention it though when you pay so I paid the full price outside formula. When I saw the banner after and I asked why, I was told that I need to ask for it. A bit counterintuitive and palm face a bit, but OK, the pizza was really good..

Food and pizza is amazing! Very affordable for the size of the pizza as well! Staff was friendly and generally polite!

Correct pizza with fluffy and crunchy bread. Good for a fast bite before a train ride. The chicken barbecue is in the photo.

Probably one of the best pizza I've ever tasted

2nd time today the pizza was yummy but the best thing ever was the cheese,spinch & brocoli so yummy and original. I will definatily go again.

Nice spot to eat a slice of NYC style pizza. Service was ok. Student deals are nice too. Pizza was tasty.

Sbarro is something I've always enjoyed but this place was whatevs lol. Maybe it's cz it is inside a train station lol. Anyway the price is regular and the customer service was alright as well....

The pizza was too dry but OK. The server only spoke French and not Dutch. Better to get a pizza from Panos, it's cheaper and better quality.

Pizza was good, but when waiting for the pizza, we saw the man selling pizza to throw several pizzas to trash. Although it was before the close time, we can get a discount to buy more pizzas, or all pizzas can be sold for reduced price. Such wasting of food! I was really disappointed.
