We ate yesterday in this place; food was below average, and service was poor. The Jack’s Steak which should have been with the jack Daniels sauce, was instead a soaked in booze steak very overpowering. We ordered ketchup twice and never arrived... €77 later for a dinner of party of 4 is in conclusion big disappointment. The only decent thing was the Indiana Salad shown on the pic

Cheap wannabe U.S. styled Restaurant. Bbq is not fresh, just some precooked heated stuff. 50mins for a bbq rack with rice, which was about 20€, it was.maybe worth 10 ( no drink included). Stay away

The restaurant is a stunner. Were warmly welcomed. It's great to eat, the ribs are a dream. Still two stars deducted! Why: The restaurant is well attended and everything is ok. But despite showing it exactly on the menu, only a small cola was delivered - and I noticed that the wrong carafe was also ordered! Canceled on disenfranchisement. The steak we ordered didn't come at all. When we asked, a steak came but it wasn't what we ordered. Positive they brought a ribeye steak but only charged for a regular steak. The waitress who served us was definitely overwhelmed! The lady apologized, but it was more about the fact that she had made two mistakes and was responsible for them.

This is an amazing place. The food is incredible and the service/waiters are very polite.

I decided to try it, since I live near by, the experience was interesting, but I will not return. The steak instead of being medium rare, was as if bathed in blood. The stuff was okay, nothing more. Not inviting, or warm, just polite.the fries are served with sauce andalouse, witch shook me, since it's supposed to be 100% American... Oh and the salad was kind of stale, the fries was kind of good though: the only good thing. At that caisse they proposed a small reduction for the inconvenience so, maybe it was only my experience.

Nice food, the staff asked us how we would like our burger meat cooked, which was a nice touch. It took a little while to arrive, but we enjoyed our time there. Fairly good drink choice. The waitress was better than the others we'd experienced in Belgium on our first day.

Very friendly service and lovely food I ordered the fillet steak and it came out perfectly. You could tell it wasn't a cheap cut of meat. If you are looking for a steak and good quality food look no further

We went back here almost every evening during our stay, if you like burgers, ribs and chicken, this is the place for you

The barbecue chicken is super good! For burgers, fries are not included which is a shame!
