I ordered online, so I’m not quite sure about the space itself and the service, but the burgers are good (around €13), but not mind blowing - not really special. Even though they have a variety of options in their menu, I’m not particularly attracted to many. Wouldn’t be against eating here again, but can’t recommend as I don’t feel the appeal to come myself. An average place, you could find burgers as good elsewhere, but if you’re in the area, why not.

Very tasty burgers. You can choose one of three sizes of Burgers, plus a different selection of add-ons. The fries are - typically for Belgium - nice as well. And yes, they have Blegian beer too. The prices could be lower though... 12 Euro for a small'ish one, 16 for 220g of meat... But it tasted great!

I tasted the veggie burgers and were great! Not easy to have such a tasty one with light, full of flavour sauces. There was some misunderstanding with the burger (regular meat vs veggie) and it was returned easily and gently. Great burgers and great staff, definitely to be back!

tl;dr : Horrid service, terrible cocktails, burgers were the saving grace. We recently went to this joint to enjoy a calm and sunny evening on the terrace. The food was the same as most other Be Burgers in town - nothing changed on this front - and this was the only saving grace. The service was horrid. Multiple waiters kept coming to our table to take the order which was already placed. The dessert took forever to arrive. The cocktails were so horrid I nearly cried for the lost money...Abrupt and rudeness of the waitresses were shocking to say the least. Definitely prefer the other Be Burgers to this one !!

We came as 2, on a rainy cold day, asked if we can stay under a heating. No problem we were showed to a table. After 5 minutes we were told it is not possible to stay at that table because a group of 3 arrived and we have to give them the table. How low can these people go ? Is this a way to treat customers????? it’s ok, before the closing I went often to this place, also often ordered at home as I liked it, but with such attitude and disrespect to its customers, no thanks. I will not be returning and I will never recommend this place to any of my friends

Never again ! We came on a tuesday that was not very busy. We asked if we can sit at a table with heating as it was rather cold. 5 minutes later we are asked to change tables because they needed a table for 4 and they could only put the the table where we were. I think this is disgusting ! Well I will never step foot in this restaurant again. This is greedy business and no respect for the customers. Once you give us a table, you dont just ask us "Sorry but my manager prefear to give this table to the people that just arrived" ! I see now they even created a new profile on google after they got all those amazing reviews complaining of the rude staff and manager

Digital menus are really annoying as the battery ran out while I was trying to decide what I wanted. Burgers are 'meh' and their fries were soggy and undercooked. Our server was nice but seemed very anxious. The steak tartar was decent though and the homemade lemonade was delicious.

I’m sorry, but I’ve been here 3 times and will not be returning. I first visited in December last year and the food was phenomenal- the wait staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The second time I visited was in March with some family and the service was not as good but not bad - I assumed it was new staff or something. Today was the last straw. We ordered water and the glasses were unwashed and disgusting. The food was rubbery and the frites were literally inedible. I don’t know what changed but I will not be recommending this location to anyone. However, the one in Waterloo we went to was great and the food in December was actually really, really good. I hope whatever management they have gets their head out of a hole and fixes this location!

great place for tasteful burger. a lot of possibilities, and also vegetarian an vegan options. all burger may have a quorn burger. try also the beer there. it's a Bertinchamp, at tap. great taste, really. nice view also, the St Catherine place.

Meat flavour 2/10 Quality 3/10 Bad experience

It was an awful experience. The place was empty, a couple had just left. As soon as walked out the door, the waitress started insulting them right in front of us. The atmosphere was really weird and the whole restaurant smelled awfully bad. Our order was incomplete, and the food was cold. It’s safe to say that we will NOT be returning.
