    This is a great restaurant. The burgers and fries are very tasty. The restaurant itself is very cozy. Very kind but above all else, very fast service. Took them 10 minutes to prepare our meal. The personnel is multilingual. - something that strikes me is that the restaurant is never fully packed and there are always more quiet places. That’s because the restaurants has two floors. Downstairs is usually busy but the more you go up, the more quiet it gets. This is a super restaurant. If you’re in Ixelles and looking for a strong good meal, I really recommend this restaurant.

    Food is ok(ish) but the price and the quality don’t really match … The service is AWFUL!!! Too crowded and not enough waiters. You have to wait at least 15min to order and 30 more minutes to pay. If it is a busy day, don’t go there to have a private conversation because the other tables are 30cm away from you 😳 Oh and last point, remember the waiter that took your order because you can only pay the check to him/her 🥵

    Just awful. You learn to expect bad customer service in Belgium but this just takes the cake. For the hefty price you would think they could manage to make some decent food and be polite to customers. But no. Avoid

    Boston Steakhouse does have their good reputation. This resturant is located just nearby the metro station Naamsepoort / Port de Namur. We have been seated downstairs but if you could I will recommend going upstairs as it's much cozy and nicer when it comes to atmospher. There were 3 waiters/waitress but I can only compliment 1 waitress (young lady with slim figure with brown hair) as she was the only one who gave impression of "working hard" and she was always busy. Other two is a mystery because they can't clean up the table when they have nothing to do (just bring it to the kitchen) and they just clean it when there are new customers (doesn't give any options of where they wanted to be seated). I have seen many people waiting long time for their orders to be noted by one of the waiter or waitress. The blond waitress was too busy talking with barman (i don't think he was new worker) and taking the bill were so slow too as I saw a lot of people not satisfied with their services. Even I called the waiter (the guy with glasses) but he pointed out it's blond waitress' job but he has nothing to do and you can always give out the bill. Oh well, I just had impression of those two who doesn't like their job and if they do then negelect a lot on attentiveness (when we are done with our food, they didn't clean the table when we got our menu to order desserts nor doesn't ask if everything was alright). Maybe I am making a lot of remarks as I have worked at restaurant at the sea side where you have to work from morning til night time and their restaurant itself isn't that big either :s So i can't understand about how hard to get things right. The food was good but I won't say it's amazing but I did like the cocktail a lot! The bread that we got was as hard as stone (I think it was couple of days old as inside was very dry). My fiance and I love the meat but then presentation can be improved as it made really ordinary (at least seprate frensh fries and the sauce was in small pot... it didn't gave a feeling of restaurant). I wanted to give 4 at first (during first impression thanks to brown haired waitress) but then downside started after we are done with our main dish. I don't think we will go back unless serivces have some improvement as it did took forever to get our dessert to be noted, dessert was served when ice was melted down completely and taking bill took too long as well.

    The Cube Roll Entree which is the Argentina steak is to die for. Both my fiance and I enjoyed the flavor as it was tender and juicy and was served medium. We both enjoy a good steak and this was one of the best we have had as we are extensive world travelers. Highly recommend this place and the atmosphere is cool too. Don't let some of the negative reviews with the service deter you away because Europe is not fast pace so keep that mind.

    + 3 stars only for food , was amazing. - The staff unfriendly, didn’t clean the table and leave us with the dirty plates after we finished eat for a good minutes; responded very arrogant to our question.

    Ordered entrecote (cube roll) today (9/7/2022), which I always had every time I visited this place since 2013, but was given tenderloin instead. The lady who served me insisted that I ordered it (the tenderloin) although I knew exactly what I ordered since I have been eating that in this place like forever. She forced me to take the dish regardless, which I didn't want to, and so I just paid and left without eating it (because I didn't order it). Now I am 30 euro short and am still very hungry after waiting so long for that wrong food to be served. Congratulations, you just lost a customer who had been visiting you since 2013. (Shame that this current resto management is so much worse than before.)

    This is probably one of the best burger I have tasted. We only stopped by because it was close to our hotel, but we are glad we did!

    Bad service and expensive. We ordered 3 dishes: 1 burger, 1 chicken burger and 1 plate of pasta. -1 burger should have been well done with no gherkin but arrived raw and with gherkins, and chips cold. -2 chicken burger should have had the sauce on the side and jacket potato instead of fries. They added bbq sauce on side, left the spicy sauce inside and arrived with sweet potatoes fries which we were charged extra for!! Only pasta was ok (although this place is called steak house). As it was their mistake, the least could have been to no charge us for the sauce and sweet potatoes. If you're looking for good service, avoid this place!

    We were 3. We all ordered rump steak medium rare+we received medium rare steaks. We were served quickly although resto was full. Good red house wine.Excellent and very pleasant waiter.

    Was touring the area and walked in for lunch. Provided a warm welcome by the always attentive staff and given the choice of upstairs or downstairs seating. Food and drinks were promptly delivered after ordering. People around me were casually reading or doing work in this handsomely styled eatery.
