The food was good, but the place wasn’t the cleanest and some of the staff didn’t seem to be very friendly. The most surprising ting was that you have to pay when visiting the bathroom. I haven’t encountered this till now and it’s extremely strange. The lady told me it’s for the cleaning lady, but isn’t she an employee of McDonalds? (Meaning she’s paid by the company?)

I normally wouldn't review a fast food joint because McDonald's is McDonald's. The food is the same and the service is you get what you get. But just did want to call out that I stopped by around 10 AM on Saturday, and realized they serve lunch all day! None of the breakfast items appealed to me. We have the same items at home (United States) and the one item I would want to try (burger on an English muffin), I had already just tried a Paris a few days prior and didn't care for. But I saw some lunch items I would try that were available at that hour, like the Samourai chicken and Samourai cheese, which is what we ordered. Both were good, with a slight Belgian twist. But I am biased towards McDonald's. Even bad McDonald's is still better than no McDonald's at all. Just the menu availability alone deserves four stars!

This was the first time I encountered a situation where I had to pay to use the toilet at McDonald's, despite having purchased my meal. The condition of the restroom was extremely unsanitary and repulsive, with urine on both the toilet bowl and the floor. Furthermore, the attendant responsible for the restroom was incredibly impolite.

Nothing is different. We must show our vaccine certificate if we want to dine in the place. We required to wear mask too. They provide hand sanitizer for the clients. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor seating is quite spacious and large space. Free wifi is accessible inside the property. We order through the machine and paid with our card. After 10 minutes, the food are already in our table. No free toilet, we must pay to go to the toilet. The toilet for wheelchair person is available if you contact the workers. They locked the toilet for wheelchairs. To get a sauce, we must pay extra almost €1. In the end, no sauce for my burger.

Very upset with the service here. Bought food from McDonald’s and still had to pay to use the bathroom! The bathroom was filthy! Toilets wouldn’t flush there was urine all over the seat and no paper towel or hand wash. I approached the lady looking after the toilet and said exactly as described above she proceeded to not understand the language in which I spoke which she spoke perfectly before. Disgusted and disappointed

Located in the heart of Brussels central. A cool ambience and a really large place with different dining areas. A helpful and nice staff. I really liked the service, specially when I compare it from German McD. We ordered our food and got the order number which later on they brought to the table. The menu is different and the food did taste good.

* Review Change. If you buy food in this place you should be able to use the toilet for free!!! I know it's a McDonald's but it's a good one

For those who want a taste of back home (North American visitors) you will be surprised by the quality and menu variety of this European McDonalds. Options also include different burgers, vegetarian options, and even chicken wings.

They charge customers for using the bathroom. You would expect the contitions to be good, but they were horrible. And besides this, the person who took the toilet tax was in the same time packing some happy meal boxes.

Very busy spot but the service is fast and the kids working there are wonderful. So respectful and professional!!! And they have chicken wings🤗🤗

We went there at around midnight, very crowded. There were not a lot of options on the menu, maybe because of the late hour but I'm not sure. Place looked a little bit hectic and around the restaurant, very weird people were outside. Not really the fault of the restaurant but to be noted anyways. There were drunk people inside as well, complaining and kind of making it hard to be calm for the people working there, which is understandable. Overall mediocre experience I would say. Might change my review if things look better at a normal day-time hour.

Wow now apart from being not able to operate their own order system they started charging for the toilets I am pretty sure that must be illegal if you offer food to charge for th toilets, who ever holds the franchise should be sacked that is not worth of the name of MC Donalds. And it seems that I have to re-write my reviews again and again because they seem to disappear even though I don't say anything rude I just mention the problems that this branch is apparently facing.

It's McDonnald's it's impossible to not be good lol. There is alot of people there (like any other McDonald's in a tourist place :P ) So finding a place to sit maybe challenging. But the workers will give your food where you're sitted not hust at the counter. I love to go to McDonnald's of diferent countrys. Call me crazy, but i like to see how diferent they are and i honestly liked this one.

Amazing 👏 but there was a guy cleaner brushing up dirt and he was banging the brush of the pan and just very figjtie. You clean when a person has left the table not while they are sitting trying to enjoy their meal. The meal was amazing 👏 and the area was very inviting. Just please clean up after people leave as the noise wasn't nice while eating .

I’m not glad about service I’ve received. I’ve got wrong burger. I politely ask to change on right one. I understand the shift could be rough, but this is not a reason to throw my burger on my plait. I did nothing to you to deserve such kind of service. I don’t ask you to smile, it’s impossible to keep your face smiling 24/7, but the minimum you can keep is just being respectful to clients. Speak up to your worker blond girl with nose (white?) piercing please. Regards.

My order was lost by giving it to some random client. I had to wait 40 minutes for a simple order because security footage had to be checked. I didn't get any compensation and to make things even worse, part of my order was missing.

Although being located in the city center, it’s not a good place to visit for the people late at night. For instance, it’s said that they are open 24/7, however, everyone was forced to go out at 3 a.m. I believe that every cafe’s, restaurant’s or fast food center’s most important quality should be good customer service. When u make people go out in the middle of the night, it’s not called a good customer service at all. Hopefully, staff will change the strategy and respect customer service in the first place (not to mention technicality of working 24/7)

I used to love it, but Mc Donald's should reevaluate their pricing. Too expensive for what it is, the service has become inexistant, aggressive machines that keep on trying to make you tip for no added value. black&white burgers is 500m away and is much cheaper with good quality.

The place is so well located but I noticed that the only option to eat inside is to order a meal and stuff will pass you it to the table. Poor employees have to seek the correct number through all those tables. A great advantage is the possibility to recycle caps, straws and lids in separate containers.

Food was delivered very fast which was really appreciated. They gave the food with big smile. The bathrooms were NOT free to use as they asked money because was cleaning the toilets. I would appreciate it if Macdonald atleast give their customers a free visit to the bathroom. As for the atmosphere it is not safe.

This Mcdonald’s has signs pointing to the bathroom all over it, but you must pay 30 cents “for cleaning” (written on a very shady looking handmade sign). The woman “guarding” the toilet forcefully shoved me for trying to get inside. The manager did nothing about it, didn’t even apologize. Never going back.

I recently visited a McDonald's location and overall, I had a decent experience. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I ordered a Big Mac meal with a medium fries and a Coke. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. The Big Mac was delicious and had the perfect balance of flavors, and the fries were crispy and seasoned well. The Coke was also ice-cold and refreshing. One downside was that the restaurant was quite busy and crowded, so there was a bit of a wait for a table. But overall, I was happy with my meal and would definitely return to this McDonald's location.

Everything is fine unless you need to use the toilet because you have to pay to pee. how do you charge a customer to use the washroom?

Stopped by for Royal Fish Burger before catching Thalys back to Amsterdam. It was delicious! Much better fish burger than what I had in other countries. And they had caramel sundae (finally!)

Furious. Ordered an egg and bacon muffin but without egg. Received a pathetic excuse for a bacon muffin. Barely one piece of streaky bacon cut in half. McDonald's you should be ashamed.

Nice McDonald's with plenty of seats and good prices. Place was clean and they even deliver to your table. Food was good and service was quick. Only complaint is the fact they charge 75c for a sauce sachet! In Ireland we are not charged for the sauces.

The prices are overpriced. The food seem to like fake. Also the quantity of food is little.

Received a promo code in the mail valid from 7th to 21st Feb. It's 18th Feb, and it's "no longer valid". Also, last time I went in and ordered a few chicken nuggets the receipt didn't come out the machine and they initially refused to give me the order I had paid for (it wasn't busy at the time). Never had such incidents when going to "Quick"

I think of the best McChicken meal i had on this branch. So fresh burger 🍔, quickest service and everything well clean. Hats of to staff and managers. The burger bun were also so fresh and not carefully heated!
