+ When it comes to Sushi - Sushi is good - the environment there is pretty calm, and nice seating. - it is not easy to find a parking area close by - I believe this is expected given the area this branch is open. - Rating this as 2* as the experience we had wasn't the best - customer service wasn't up to the Sushi Shop Standard - employee wasn't really willing to give time to explain few details about the ordering scheme - and didn't make any eye contact as he just wanted me to buzz off, I have to say I wasn't happy - I am a VERY regular customer to the Branch in Woluwe - but customer care is much better there.

The place calm, clean, services are good, the food very important is fresh and very good quality. But a bit slow..may be during summer period ..I guess 😊 take your time to enjoy your food .

Place looks nice and staff does try but waiting for nearly an hour to get my take-out order because “the machine broke” is perhaps asking a bit too much of peoples interest in interior design. Especially as I was about the only customer inside. Still wondering what the machine was actually supposed to do. Never again.

Horrible service and overpriced sushi. Upon arriving there at 13h10, we were told in a very unpleasant way that they were overloaded with orders and they were "not sure" if they could prepare our food before closing time. Which is already bad enough as a welcoming phrase. The place was almost empty, so we asked how could it be possible. The answer was that they had tons of orders for deliveries, and they were overloaded. Followed by a lot of impolite and arrogant comments when we asked for more clarifications. So basically, don't go eat there, as they prioritise deliveries over clients who take the time to walk there hoping to enjoy a normal meal sitting in their restaurant. My colleagues and myself have been going to this Sushi Shop in Louise (where service is always really rude) and the one in Sablon (where service is more friendly) for several years, and not only the quality of food has been getting worse and worse, but since they started doing deliveries it has basically become impossible to eat at their restaurants. We are so disappointed (we ended up having to go eat at Makisu, where at least we were treated nicely and served quickly) that today has definitely the very last time, Sushi Shop never again.

Sushi is ok (you will not find much offer after 1pm, people here lunch very early) but very expensive! Price/Quality very poor. My one star rate is for the Costumer Service! Employee’s really got a rude attitude, and reading the comments below I am not the only one to think that. No eye contact, no effort to smile or thank you and...oh boy, the attitude when you politely request them to speak English! I do not recommend this place anymore.

Went there for take out, food got ready super fast. Staff very friendly. The smoked salmon on that California maki with cheese was delicious.

Very good makis and sushi

I liked that they had multiple vegetarian options. Especially their avocado cheese sushi was amazing. I also loved the cheesecake, the crust and actual filling were just perfect. Definitely ordering again.

Order delivered 1h30 late than the scheduled delivery time. I called twice to find out more about my order and the only answer I was given was that they don't know where the delivery person is. As far as I'm concerned, never again sushi shop!

Good sushi, terrible service. We had to wait 1h before getting drinks and the restaurant was only 1/3 full. The white wine and some sushi rolls where out of stock. The ober didn't know his own menu and had to come ask us 2 times "was it this roll you wanted?" 2 rolls per person and 1 drink you can expect 27,1 euro per person

Unfortunately very long wait for an order placed 4 hours in advance. Quality always at the top!

We accepted an order for a product that apparently wasn't in stock. We waited for 15 minutes without receiving any information from the people working in the shop. When we thought we waited enough time and we asked if the product was finally ready they told us "we don't have it". We also learned that we have to wait one week for the reimbursement! I hope they will put in place better procedures and customer service. Unexpectedly a person from the shop called us after 1 hour and kindly said that they will deliver to our place the missing product.

The delivery was missing the sauce, ginger and wasabi. After a call to the store, they told me it's a bug in the ordering site, and they can't help me. No willingness from the store to help enjoy sushi normally. The sushi experience without sauce or accompaniment is not the same. Quite disappointed.

Delicious sushi and very polite and helpful staff.

Do not try to buy food here, they will simply steal your money and NOT deliver any food. And if you call them, they just lie saying it’s the delivery guy’s fault. I will be calling the police and I hope they shut this place down, they don’t deserve to be earning a salary.

terrible sushi, threw them all away, worst sushi ever. The colour of the salmon was radioactive orange, too grouse for words. A true disrespect of the term SUSHI, this was garbage sushi. NEVER AGAIN order from them again

Still delicious. Good quality of products. The gourmet mix has a superb assortment. And very good value for money. Always creative. Naturally standing out from competitors. The only minor downside is the delivery vs. pickup via the site, which almost made me cheat again. It would be necessary to be able to check again before validating the order so as not to have an error.
