Big fnac means diversity of sold products. Went here with my 10 month old and he loved this place, especially the book section, I was picking up books for him and he was trying to take every book from my hand, interested in all the books in sight. And he sat on the piano for the first time.

Good variety. What i didnt like IS that you barely have someone there that supports you. I ask one fnac worker to explain me some things about an item when he was literally talking with other worker about their Life and he told me to look for another who helps me. When i finally had one, he didn't even know how to explain me about It.

Not the biggest fnac. They do have everything you need. As allways I feel fnac is a bit overpriced but they do offer a lot of choice. The staff isn't very present and not allways very friendly. The store can be overcrowded sometimes as it is situated in the heart of Antwerp. Not a bad store but also not the best store.

Reasonable example of the Fnac chain. I mainly visited for the music department - selection of CDs has become quite lacklustre, but the vinyl offering is reasonable. Some good offers on BD and DVD releases.

There were no employees around to buy a tablet on 23 November 2023 (Thursday) between 17:45 - 18:15. When I asked for help from the only worker on the floor (who was very concerned with helping a gentleman purchase 49€ headphones) and he said, "No, I can't help you I have to stay on the cell phone side of the store." There were literally no other floor people, so we left and he watched us go. Absolutely ridiculous and quite a loss of a sale.

Well laid out, but in spite of quite a few staff around the store, there was no one to work the cash / payment desk. Everyone was there, doing their job, but no one looked up to notice a queue of 8-10 people waiting to pay for their items. Several customers gave up waiting - and left. I had to go find someone and ask them to please cash me out for my items.

The second time I bought an official PS4 V2 Controller, the second time it's a fake product, wearing the name PlayStation !! You truly are scumbags !!!!!

Wide variety of product and helpful staffs. Still can add a lot more products to the collection. Highly recommended for electronics and books.

Great book selection, but dvd and blu is steadily reducing, I assume that is everywhere the same. I miss the large selections of the past. Vinyl is making a comeback in the selection, but that's not for me.

Wow, what a store. I was amazed by this place. Such a great store with insane offer, from tech to books.

They are incredibly understaffed which is is a shame, because the employees are so friendly and helpful. Sometimes you have to wait nearly 20 minutes to ask a simple question, simply because there is too many customers and too little employees to answer their questions. I hope their management does something about that soon. The loyalty program for becoming a member is quite rewarding, I would recommend it if you regularly buy books, games or electronics.

Received a voucher of FNAC to use, but apparently can't be used to order items online. After calling several times FNAC call center, I finally received the solution after emailing FNAC at grand bazaar. Received by Steven and he patiently assisted me to complete my order and made the payment as I desired. Very happy of their good service.

( cool , right !) >For 1st & 2nd floors - use the escalator or elevator 🛗 inside the Grand bazaar mall. *First floor has almost everything , TV’s ,Washing machines,Gamers gadgets, games, Headphones,printers, Laptops, Kitchen electronics,beauty gadgets,etc -Don’t miss out the Apple corner: for iMacs, iPhones,MacBooks, apple gadgets .. I finds myself mostly on 2nd floor where they have stocked bookshelves,pens ,kids toys and Lego’s ,and more books 📚 ( check out the discounted books ,in the baskets next to the cashier. *If you are looking for English books, check out the 2nd floor. Great atmosphere And friendly staff😊
