Awful. RIPOFF!!! AVOID!!! Stayed in a static caravan that was absolutley filthy and must have been maintained by Bodge it and Scarper. The floor by the door was dangerously sagging a Health and safety breech right there. The bathroom sink was disgusting, shower tray filthy and incorrectly installed toilet at an uncomfortable angle to try to sit on. The fridge was full of black mould, the seating cushions were grimy and sticky. We felt like the caravan was moving, like on water during the night. Looking outide in the morning we saw that the caravan was precariously balanced on stacks of broken concrete slabs. We had booked for 2 nights but couldn't stay the second night because it was so filthy and frankly dangerous. We were told to park our car in a small area near the toilets.. When we came back to it in the morning maggots were crawling all over car from the overflowing obscured refuse bins close by. This and the dangerous situation with the stacks of concrete slabs was actually the deciding factor for leaving. When we went to check out the site manager charged 50 euros for 2 cleaners to do 2 hours cleaning!!!! When I mentioned that it was filthy to start with, he answered that it was clean to their standards. I replied "the fridge is full of black mould"...... "Well I didnt check the fridge" he said. What a joke.. it cost over 80 euros, for 1 night, more for than a 4 star Hotel in Affligem called the new fox hotel which we had to stay in for our second night and let me tell you it was like a palace! I'd like to have given Reamerick no stars, reported them to the Belgian version of trading standards, health and safety and watchdog.

Ideal stop and you can park bikes on the pitch for security. Facilities basic all working and clean.

well kept site, no idea where the toilets/showers were. didn't mind us turning up late. very reasonable cost. for those of you on motorbikes, the entrance is a quite steep gravelly driveway just to warn you!

Wow! What can I say!!! We had the time of a lifetime! It started the day of arrival with a warm welcome and it only got better thereafter! Everytime we needed something, a guy called Luc was always there for us and we got help straight away without any problems. The armosphere is fabulous as it is secluded in a green environment but also minutes away from the cities of Ninove and Aalst. However, we didn't need to go out that much because the there is lovely terrace with a big playground for the little ones and always someone to talk to... Spent lots of mornings with a cup of coffee watching my little one enjoying her play or if it was in the evening, we had a cheeky glass of wine... Heaven! And what we enjoyed the most was the activities that were organised. Been lucky enough to join the camp fire with the owner playing guitar which was simply enlightning and also a yummy camping BBQ with LOTS of yummy food... Can't wait to book our next stay for some more rest, relaxation, fun and friendships with other like minded campers ;-) Thumbs up for Reamerik!!!!!

Camping in quiet surroundings. More for peace and quiet, not much tot do locally unless you drive tot Aalst (not far)
