But the real reason I rated it 1 star was the worker there that screamed at my kids in Flemish while everyone in the restaurant stared at us. I accidentally spilled one of my kids sodas. He went to the counter to let a worker know but nobody came over to clean it up and it was too much for us to clean up with napkins, we tried. I've never been so humiliated at a restaurant before in my life, she should be fired for her behavior!

    Cannot give -3 🌟 so I settled for just saying. I have seen retarded monkeys able to do tasks faster than thw staff working here! Bravo Quick! Managed to hit Rock Bottom!

    I an allergic to gurkins. Their automated kiosk does not allow me to remove gurkins from the order. I asked the staff if I could order a burger without gurkins from them and they refused unless I paid in cash. She was unhelpful. I bought nothing On the plus side, I could see that they were working very hard.

    Ordered a Mega Giant and a cheese burger with fries and drink. Took 18 minutes. Slow and uninspired staff. The person who was making my burger had been out on the floor turning off the ordering kiosk. Went back and assembled burgers not using gloves and not cleaning hands. Place was dirty and not looked after. Just gross.

    Waiting times are always very long, they usually have 2 staff working in total in the entire restaurant, sometimes even just 1 person. Because of this the place often gets messy, the food is not prepared the best, etc. They recently hired a new girl, she is at least trying hard to do her best in that situation, but the owner just needs to hire more people. I've seen many people give up every day just because of the long queue.

    Very nice that you can see the hamburger made in front of you (like in subway), but that makes the serving process slower. Great concept, but maybe not in a station where some people need to hurry.

    Just don't eat here. Very unhygenic and they dare to sell you cold burgers with cold cheese. Better take a sandwich elsewhere.

    The place was very dirty The employees rude I received my cold oily for an unknown reason burger with my cold fries after a long time. Ive been to many Quick burger and I never had this kind of experience I don't recommended its a waste of time and money

    Too noisy place. You have to shout with each other when talking. The smell of repeatedly, well used oil dominates the whole restaurant. I almost vomit.

    After placing an order, unfortunately, I was unable to obtain a receipt for it. Although there is an issue regarding recipe printing, the machine was still taking orders. The information available in English was limited to the menu, but workers can speak in english. There was no restroom facility available on-site.

    The only half-decent thing they have at Quick (the Formidable), they don't even have in this place. The other burgers don't taste like anything

    They messed up my order, I ordered a bacon burger and got a regular maxi giant. It took a long time too. The selection is also smaller than in most other Quick restaurants.

    This Quick Giant doens't match the 'Quick-quality'. The staff is friendly and the location is superb. However, the quality of the food is mediocre: the big pepper over here was one of the worst I have ever had. Come on, Quick, this not QUICK-QUALITY! I'm used to much more of you guys.

    People complain about the long waiting times due to the understaffed predicament but this early lunch on a Sunday it resulted in a surprisingly good meal for me. The fries where the freshest I've ever experienced from quick. The biggest downside of the venue is that I could not find a toilet nor was it insulated enough to not be sitting in a cold space due to the facade being open.
