    I would only recommend this place to my worst enemy. This place ruined our trip. And I’m really not the kind of person that would make this kind of statement. Imagine being in Brussels for only one day. We wanted to do sightseeing so we went to a fast food restaurant to save time. We didn’t want the classic fast food chains and wanted to try the Belgian alternative, and wow the name is quick so it being a fast food restaurant it will satisfy our needs. We ordered two burgers, fries and drinks and sat down in the table waiting for the food. After ten minutes we think it’s strange that it hasn’t arrived. After 20 minutes we notice people that arrived after us already received their order and we ask the staff about it, they don’t really care and say we should wait. Another ten minutes pass and each waiter we see walking we think they will deliver our food. It was not the case. 40 minutes passed not one of the five waiters we informed we have been waiting cared. We go to the register and ask again. They say we should wait. We ask multiple times for the manager and ten minutes later after one hour they renew our order after they admit lost it. No problem, we only want our money back and don’t want the food, they tell us it’s almost ready, we should wait. The point is they even FORGOT THE ORDER A SECOND TIME and didn’t want to give us the money back, we had to wait. After ONE HOUR and 30 minutes we received our order in the fast food restaurant “Quick”. It’s crazy ironic. The manager apologized and gave us two milkshakes. The fotos are of the tables around us that remained dirty after every person that came finished before we got our order.

    Quick is ok customer service was friendly, and good you have a choice of orders from the kiosk or in person from the till they take major credit card and cash. You have toilet facilities for everyone.

    We have a terrible experience today. We were inside the place and when we tried to get out the doors were closed for some unknown reason. We were patiently waiting for someone from the staff to open but they were ignoring us until someone started shouting for the manager. No one replied, people were trying to get out and outside people were trying to get in. Nobody knew what was happening. The police came and the staff didn't want to open them. Then the staff opened but step at the front avoiding people to go out. People were screaming and children were scared. Finally the police let us out after 20 minutes of stress and fear. The manager never came to explain. It could be very dangerous in case of someone getting to crazy or fire alarm. Really a nightmare. I hope the supervisor of that place do something to train the manager and the staff to deal with situations like this.

    The food wasn't bad at all, but we had to wait for more than 20 minutes. And it's kind of fast food supposedly. Weird service charge of 50 cents for toilets, even for customers. The tables were dirty and the drinks were not of good quality. Plus homeless were allowed people inside -but it's the location to blame I guess

    The food arrived quick 😉, it took significantly less time than other competitors, the Veggie burger, chicken wings, and fries were very good, i liked the fact that you could get unlimited soda 😋. The tables upstairs were cleaned as soon as people left, the bins were emptied twice in the time we were there, the staff are kind and i enjoyed the volume of the music, not too loud. It was also wheelchair accessible. Overall it was a great experience and I'll definitely stop by again! 😃

    You need to have cash to go in toilette also if you are a customer . The employer was very em professional, after I went to McDonald’s where I can pee in peace and free . Very bad customers service.

    Quick is the superior fast food option in Belgium. Everyone knows that. Burgers are decent, and the fries are better than McD or BK. But this review is not about that. This specific Quick branch has the best Coca Cola in brusssels. I don’t know what it is, if it’s that they still got one of the ‘old’ soda machines, or what exactly. But the Coca Cola here is the best one I’ve had in Belgium. Strong recommend.

    If you like eating steel rods I really recommend you eating there👍 their response? We can refund you the burger while I have a broken teeth, i send an email 6-7 months ago still no response nothing.

    I went inside the service was horrible i got order twice wrong it took them 30 minutes to deliver my food and the place is dirty and packed
