Horrible experience. Stale food and the staff couldn't care less about customers. I have been to several quick burger outlets and this for sure is the worst. It would be better to go hungry than eat here. Avoid at any cost. I hope quick burger does something to improve hygiene here!!

Huge space with friendly staff. But you have to pay for toilet 0.5€ even though you buy the stuff there. I didn't have any cash with me but the guy was kind enough to let me in. Other than that it is a good place for a quick meal and you can stay there as much as you want

Waited 20 minutes for 2 simple giant menus with zero people ordering in front of us. About 15 orders were served before ours. Also the toilet is paid 0.5 euros, even if you ordered something.

Bad food, small and useless burgers cheese wasn't even molten. The wraps were somewhat edible but not much better. Fries weren't done yet but served anyway. Overall a bad experience.

The name says everything, the food comes quick, its also normal quality. Its Belgium official brand so i suggest to try this one instead of macdonalds. Food quality is decent, they also take cash, the staff was cool and we could also sit outside. People abroad dont know this place much but its better than most fast-burgers.

Food was good but customer service was horrible. The guy who took our order obviously doesn’t like his job. I got the formidable bacon burger which is really good. I would highly recommend it. First time trying this place and enjoyed the food. Hope to get better customer service when returning.

Worst place in Bxl, the burguer is not good, they charge you for every sauce, not even included ketchup and they also charge 0.50 euro for using the restroom even if you bought a meal in this place, and the cola drinks are watered down, they taste awful. avoid at all cost!

Food is better than McDonald's with free refills. Though staff isn't very friendly. Also don't take the maxi menu, you only get a little more fries and refills again are free.

I guess this pretends to be Belgian McDonald's, but it does everything worse than McDonald's at the same price. Burger was decent and fries were okay, but the drink that was supposed to be ice tea had no flavour at all (soda machine was probably broken). Entire meal was ~10€, which is the same price as meal at McDonald's. Also, you must pay 0,50€ to use toilet.

Food was nice, although the burger was small for the price. You have to pay extra for the bathroom.

The bacon inside my "suprême" burger looked more boiled than fried. But the whole burger was disgraceful. How can you make a patty chewy? I don't know, ask them! Plus, the place was rather dirty. And they demand EUR 0,50 for the toilet - from paying customers. This place is an absolute dump, lol.

One of the worst fast foods I’ve ever eaten. We took big burger and chicken wrap. Both were awful. It’s an achievement to make food that bad.

Polite and professional staff, good food and great indoor environment (It is located in the center and is crowded in the afternoons and on holidays.)

Wc is 0,50 € Ketchup ,95 € Mayo 0,95 € Sandvich is delicius but service and staff are terrible
