😠 worst service. I am new to belgium and applied for a new connection. They simply cancelled the request after 1 week with stated reason as unpaid bills which is really not possible in my case. also they didn’t inform me this update as well.     Worst company to buy sim from. Useless plans, and charge extra money even if you dont use the services. When asked for details, no one replies back with proper response.

    They couldn't perform a simple verification for prepaid numbers in one month (!) and I had to go there 3-4 times when they kept telling me that they can't do anything but wait. The call center also said shop can deal with this. This was a major red flag so I returned the numbers and went to Orange. They verified the numbers in about 15 mins :)

    If possible, I would give no stars. Business client. Went to become a new customer and purchase a phone. Walked out of the shop with nothing after waiting 45 mins. There was only one person to help business customers. Finally when another person also joined to help customers, she couldn't follow the order in which customers registered. Lack of knowledge, organization and professional ethics. Going to see if online works better. It was a waste of a Friday afternoon

    Once star, and it is still too much. If you make an agreement with Proximus, you will not get rid of them. Sending invoices, trying to rip you off with direct debits, interest from paid invoices. Closing an account it is a nightmare. Company is wasteful. Public money invested for nothing.

    We made an appointment of installing the internet on Dec. 28 a few weeks ago. We have been waiting at home for the whole day. They sent us a message in the morning saying that they would come from 15:00-17:00. However they cancelled our appointment for no reason at 16:20! And they told us that they could come on 20 of January at the earliest.....very bad experience !! If you decide to use Proximus, it means that you will get NO service at all. The staff at the Leuven center shop is very rude and unfriendly!

    I transferred my plan from another town, proxymus doubled the price of my internet without a clear notice. The service for me is actually the same, I don't need more speed. You have to call them several times to get an appointment. Bad service.

    Not about the store but in general about the company. It is a criminal but not a company. I was regularly checking my internet data and I thought I still have some (as app showed me) when one morning I woke up and got a message that I run out data and I need 25 euros extra to pay!!! This happened to me several times! I don’t strongly recommend this company. And the app works poorly, it often has techniques issues with everything

    nothing against this store, but in general: outdated company Everybody of the management should go pick up a new sim card and go through the whole setup flow. i needed 5 prepaid data sim cards for devices at work... took me almost a day. eventually i gave up. prices also totally not competitive with mobile vikings. With mobile vikings it took me 15 minutes. Time to install your updates proximus

    The service is bad! They are unfriendly, not helpful at all and just rude! They send my grandparents a new TVbox without any explanation… they are over 70 years old, they can’t do it by themselves. Their old TVbox is not supported anymore so they are obligated to renew it. We wanted someone to help them install it and we have to pay €85 to install it, and they don’t even want or asked for a new box!! So that is totally INSANE! And they didn’t even want to help us they just hung up the phone! So rude, I can’t understand it at all.

    Front staff was very amicable and welcome, once I got to the Sales Person for internet set up and mobile set, wasn’t very welcoming or helpful. Felt like the automated calls where you’re dealing with a robot. Was going to sign up for multiple services but nah, I’ll take my business to Telenet. Least likely to recommend this store.
