The worst and rudest clerks ever. Ordered for a small group of 3 and that annoyed them so much that they threw our sandwiches in the bag and then proceeded to insult us in French when they thought we only spoke English. They were not busy. Sandwiches were just okay.

Leaves a lot to be desired. Avoid if possible. Get off or go to Brussel Central or Brussels Midi. All the same trains go through those two stations. The North Station is full of drug users and homeless, begging or worse, especially in winter. Although most do hang out in the bus station under the train station. Definitely not a family friendly environment.

Quick is my favourite fast food chain but the manager at the Noordstation is incapable of managing the simplest things tasks and this is truly disappointing. When I got there, there was only one waiting line and some people were waiting behind me. As the second waiting line was opened by the manager, the customers waiting behind me flocked to the second line before us which is disrespectful for me and the other people who are waiting there. On top of that, manager did not seem to care at all while it was his responsibility to manage the line. When I try to complain about that he said that he's no superman, but actually this is really a simple task. This is my last visit to this restaurant for sure.

Had to wait 30 minutes for a simple big giant menu. And the burger I got wasn't what I asked! The chicken wings I ordered as a side dish where still bloody inside. I will never set there a foot again.

Ridiculously small size of the "Giant Burger"...bad sauce taste inside the bun and also the staff didn't let us use the toilet because one guy was cleaning and told us to use the outside toilet , which u had to pay 50 cents. Not a good experience!

Quick is a franchise burger place, but surprisingly had a vegetarian burger made of soya. I was in Gare Du Nord, it was late and I was hungry, so I gave it a go. The staff don’t speak much English, but are friendly and take your order with a smile. I order a vegetarian burger meal, which was the burger, fries and a drink. Similar to the setup at a McDonalds. The burger was decent and reasonable value for money.

It's not bad, but as in many quicks, they dont have a toilet, so after eating a burger you need to pay to wash your hands...

Fast and bilingual service. However the toilet was out of service so that was annoying. I would just be careful in this station since there are some people that seem to wait to take advantage of people not watching their belongings.
