I
have
been
going
to
CrossFit
Complete
for
a
year
in
March.
I
decided
to
give
crossfit
a
try
because
I
was
getting
bored
and
stagnant
in
my
own
work
outs.
I
didn't
know
anything
about
crossfit
and
was
hesitant
because
of
the
bad
things
people
sometimes
say
about
it.
I
have
never
felt
so
welcomed
in
any
other
gym
before.
The
coaches
are
so
knowledgeable
and
are
all
about
meeting
were
you
are
to
help
you
start
your
fitness
path.
This
gym
is
family
oriented,
often
with
folks
bringing
their
little
ones
if
they
need
to
or
their
dogs.
They
teach
proper
form
of
movements
you
may
not
have
heard
of
like
power
cleans
or
squat
cleans.
The
have
amazing
patience
and
drive
to
help
people
reach
their
fitness
goals
and
personalities
that
put
you
at
ease
immediately.
There
are
all
fitness
levels,
body
types,
and
ages
who
attend
this
gym.
Not
only
does
this
gym
do
crossfit
classes,
but
they
have
other
classes
they
cycle
through
like
Olympic
Lifting,
Gymnastics,
fit
classes
for
those
not
ready
to
try
crossfit
yet,
and
Beginner's
fitness
classes
for
kids.
The
other
gym
goers
motivate
you
to
push
yourself
and
share
excitement
with
you
when
you
reach
fitness
milestones.
When
I
first
joined,
I
could
barely
do
back
squats
because
of
lower
back
pain.
The
coaches
worked
with
me
on
correcting
my
form
and
now
I
can
back
squat
over
200lbs.
I
couldn't
do
pull
ups,
now
I
can.
My
knowledge
about
fitness
and
nutrition
(they
do
go
into
eating
habits
too)
has
greatly
expanded
and
I'm
so
grateful
I
took
that
first
step
to
visit.
