This is the only location my family and I visit; they are always super friendly, clean and sandwiches always made just right. We first came here because we were given some coupons and ever since we have been coming at least once a week if not more. The staff always have a great attitude.

THIS STORE IS DISCRIMINATING! I AM A YOUNG BLACK GIRL WHO WAS IN LINE AND 3 PEOPLE BEHIND ME GOT THEIR ORDERS TAKEN BEFORE AND SEEN ME STANDING THERE THE WHOLE TIME. they then acted like everything was okay. Will never come here again. They were extremely disrespectful. I never thought I’d go through this experience.

I loved jersey mikes subs! The food is amazing but damn their employees are amazing! I really appreciate the fact that they hire employees that are fast and extremely friendly! Makes you more than happy to leave them a tip at the register! They were getting there butt handed to them today but they were super friendly and moving so fast! You really don't see that very often anymore 😕. Thank you jersey mikes.

My husband and I came to play disc golf at some disc golf courses near by. It was our first time at this Jersey Mike’s location and we absolutely enjoyed our dine-in experience! My husband and I eat at Jersey Mike’s whenever we spot one while traveling away from home, since where we live doesn’t have a Jersey Mike’s near by. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The boss man “Joe” greeted every customer that walked through the door with such an outstanding attitude. It’s so pleasant receiving such high quality customer service in today’s society, so we greatly appreciated it. Joe said they are going to open a Jersey Mike’s near our home area, so we are ecstatic about that. We cannot wait because Jersey Mike’s is top tier in the sandwich game!

This has been my favorite Jersey Mikes in Conroe, until tonight. The customer service was awful. They were so scrambled and unorganized. There is dirt and food all over the floor. One specific girl, calling others "honeybuns" "sugar" saying "oh i love you" "it was my birthday in april" "she was probably on crack." When there are customers standing in front of you and when you have multiple pick up orders you need to be professional and work. I personally work in the food industry and have been for almost ten years now and this is unacceptable. Jason always provided the best customer service, kept the building nice and clean. I give huge props to Jason for all my past experiences, but tonight these three employees were awful.

All the way around a great place employees very polite food is great and fast didn't never notice this place till I got coupons and decided to try it I'm really glad I did my new sub shop

The sandwiches are good ! Manager was friendly! Ok here was the bad part ! When we went to pay with sandwiches and chips ! The woman rang us up and we had to tell her we wanted a drink . She was like you want a drink with that ? Well that may have been the dumbest question to ask . Maybe she needs to be on the sandwich part and not the cashier.

Friendly staff, fast service with no wait, fresh made sandwiches, they slice the meat after you place your order, I had it Mikes way with lettuce tomatoes and onions along with their oil and vinegar topping it was great, my new favorite sandwich shop, only downside was parking, very crowded parking lot, not a lot of room had to park on the end and walk,but, well worth the effort I will definitely be back for more, thank you, also scan the app and you can earn a free sandwich once you earn enough points
