They don’t fill up your food like they should. You open it up there’s like one tiny tomato wilted slimy lettuce no sour cream. It looked like slop.. Taco Bell can be amazing!! If you change the oil out and actually make the food correct it could be great. I have had great food from other locations. But this place wants to serve old, barley filled slop. 🤢 and for the price I could have went to Perkins and got a free pie. Since Taco Bell wants to raise their prices constantly their quality control should be a lot better. Just saying. People don’t want to pay 5-6 bucks for one thing and it be trash and get them sick.

I went through the drive thru after getting off work late, around 1 in the a.m. since it seemed to be the only thing open, and yo boy was MAD HUNGRY!! I waited in line 20 min b4 I could place my order, is I could see I wasn’t the only one MAD HUNGRY & ordered the Mexican Pizza substitute the beef with Steak, no pizza sauce, add nacho cheese! I ordered for my son 2 Chilli Cheese burritos and a Twist! When I got home, my pizza had a clump of dried up beans, the bottom shell a tostada shell, top a pizza shell! I went back the next day, and showed the MOD a picture of my receipt and a picture of the pizza! I have a allergen to corn so I can’t eat a tostada shell! She NEVER apologized, and refused to give me my money back, but said she would remake it! I don’t want another pizza like that, but my money back! Still haven’t received a call from the GM because when I called, she told the person take my number down, and she’s call me back because she’s busy!!! Wowwww!!! Won’t EVER patronize hear again!!!!

there was a very nice young man at the drive through window who was one of the only young people i have ever met who have any interest in actually talking to their customers.

Ordered the cravings deal box and received the cravings package instead. There were too many people in line behind us to fix our order, so we went home. Food was good, except sour cream was only at the end of the 5 layer burritos and not spread throughout.

I had trouble placing my order correctly but the cashier fixed it for me. The staff is generally quite friendly and helpful. for fast food it's pretty good as well as decently priced. My favorite bell

After waiting for about 10 minutes foe someone to come to the register I ordered from the kiosk and then waited even longer for someone to come take my money. 2 Mexican pizzas and a large drink. Food was out promptly but tasted like whatever it had been cook or heated up in hadn't been cleaned in months. First pizza tasted like old fry grease only ate 1 slice. Second wasn't as bad but something tasted "off" about it. Threw it all away and chalked it up as a loss. Will not be returning to this location ever again.

Walked in, no one in line, one person at the counter. He looked at me, turned and walked into the back. I'm waiting, two other people entered and someone came galloping from the back like a puppy, took their order while I stood there. So I split. Can't review the food because, well, no food.

I ordered a spicy cheese double beef burrito and I did not get that they need new workers or they need a better manager And it looks like a Quesarito wrapped in cheese like that is not what I ordered I recommend going to another Taco Bell if you want to get your order right if you want to get your order messed up go to this one.

The drive thru was quick and easy. I do however feel like I won't need any taco sauce for a while. Two quesadillas with about 20 sauce packets haha

I get that *I’m* the chump for agreeing to pay $5 for a cheese quesadilla but it should at least have some cheese. You should be embarrassed cause this ain’t it

The girl in drive-thru tonight needs some work. I can tell she was upset that ordered more at the window. Hope she enjoys my son's 4 piece chicken taco sticks that I paid for and didn't receive.

Food is always cold. $10 for 1 hard taco and 2 soft squishy taco mush!!!! Cold food and made sparsly with ingredients..... put some effort into it. Corporate greedy........measure out that 1 gram of shifty beef . Taco Yuck!!!!!

Food order was all no tomatoes. One entire craving box had tomatoes. All drinks were Baja blast. Staff "fought" to get the cups filled. Once home the "foam" was still there. It was soap not foam from soda. This location has continually failed to meet any quality standard. I would take the food back but would do no good. God forbid I had food allergies because this location would send you to the hospital with lack of care.

Went when dining room was closed. Make sure ur order is right at the window because your stuck with it. Otherwise wait in line to give it back to them and not happening with gas prices way they are

ordered 5 tacos only got 4/5, I used to work at a tacobell not too long ago (any fast food restaurant do this) and I do recall that the employees need to make sure all orders are correct before handed out… Also heard tacobell all around peoria compete to be the best and fastest restaurant here, I don’t think being fast means you don’t have time to look in my bag to make sure all my food is in there even if you think you’ve made all of it… double check please.
