I changed to this office several years ago because of their high rating and amazing technology which allows a patient to have a crown made or replaced in one visit. I would highly recommend for that reason. The staff is great and the clinic did an outstanding job during Covid of having extra precautions in place. I appreciated that. My hygienist is awesome. The score of 4 comes due to waiting to be seen by Dr. Hewlett for about 30 minutes at my last visit after my hygienist was finished. I know things can happen especially when there’s one dentist.

Love Dr. Hewlett's practice, very organized and thorough with check ups and addressing your dental care issues. I've been with one dental office for over 40 years and moving into Stanwood 5 years ago, I developed the same confidence I had with my prior dental service.

Every aspect of my visit was perfect! All the staff were friendly and extremely competent. I was booked in for my appointment promptly and when I arrived everything was fast and efficient and the dentist was the best! Everything was done to provide me with the best care. Have not been to a dentist over 20 years. Today was my 2nd visit. WAS AWESOME AGAIN., thankyou. From the billing to the DR and the staff. Friendly, patient, understanding. Before I knew it, I had 4 novacane shots. 2 hours later was easy.. I can't compliment enough, thankyou so much. UPDATE 7/1923: 2nd visit. Awesome. I was there for 2hrs, felt like less than a hour. Mary sat with me my entire time, very thankful. Her calming personality made this easy. Thankyou so much for this. I'll update my status each visit.

Dr Hewlett got me a last minute appt on the same day of calling due to tooth pain. He was very complete in the dental exam and gave great medical advice. I will go to Dr. Hewlett again.

We needed a dental appointment ASAP. I called around but no one had any openings for several months. But as soon as I explained the urgency of our situation that front office went to work and made it happen. We were so impressed with the entire office staff and Dr. Hewlett was so professional we felt very confident. He picked up the phone and sent us directly to an oral surgeon who also was amazing. I was so lucky to find that team. Highly recommend.

Our dentist of 30+ years passed in 2021. Having to find a new dentist is daunting. We had to wait 3 months for a first appointment, it was worth the worry and wait. Jamie (hygienist) listened, answered my many, many questions and checked on my comfort often during the cleaning we did. I felt heard and understood (I have PTSD) from the 1950’s dentist we saw. I appreciated the patience and extra time I was given. I didn’t feel rushed, but am sure I was given more time than scheduled and appreciate it. Dr. Hewlett was patient and wanted to make sure my questions were answered.

Staff and Dr. are always polite and welcoming. Appointments are timely. Teeth cleaning is extremely well done. All services are excellent. Would recommend this dental office to others.
