I saw Dr. Hill today at the Pekin office. All of the office help and assistants were very welcoming. Dr Hill was friendly and thorough. She answered all my questions. I feel I am in good hands. The waiting room was a little crowded, but I was able to get in and out without much waiting. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Illinois Eye Center for all your eye care needs and purchasing glasses. All the optometrists and ophthalmologists are great. Caring and thorough. Sometimes there’s a little wait, but it’s worth it. When you get your new prescription, the choices of frames is incredible, at all three offices. The girls in optical are so helpful. It’s easy to make appointments around everyone’s busy schedule and with a choice of three locations, you can always get an appointment that is convenient to where you live.

This was a follow-up visit concerning the treatment for shingles and whether or not the shingles had affected my eye. Dr Scott was very thorough with his exam and clear with his answers to our questions. My only complaint is that the Illinois Eye Center has three locations and, unfortunately, the only available openings for future visits were at the ones furthest from my home.

Very efficient thorough professional eye exam with customer friendly knowledgeable staff. First eye doctor to completely go over my results and options for optimal vision. Should have visited there long before now.

Friendly staff! I was in the door and taken to a room within a minute. Entire eye appt. was 30 minutes. My concerns and questions were addressed. Found a condition that I wasn't aware of! Thank You!

Staff friendly and polite . Didn't have to wait long at all. I had Dr Goodale and he was very helpful and answered all my questions 🙂. I have been going to Illinois Eye Center for years and will continue going there🙂

All the staff are extremely friendly and courteous and will spend whatever time you need to answer your questions. I have had several appointments with Illinois Eye Center before and after surgeries on both eyes. Would recommend Dr. Rhode to anyone needing cataract and or glaucoma surgery. I believe he is one of the best if not the best in Central Illinois if not all of illinois. Keep in mind I am traveling 1.5 hours plus each way from to the Illinois Eye Center locations in Peoria and Pekin. The reason being is a glaucoma surgeon in Springfield which is much closer to me no longer does the surgery but he said he would refer me to one of the best in Illinois.. which he did… Dr.Rhode at Illinois Eye Center in Peoria. The only downside is the Illinois Eye Center is usually extremely busy.

I just wanted to thank all the staff at the Pekin office for a great visit! My son and I had appointments today with Dr Crowe. My son is autistic and has trouble with change. Today’s appointment was at a new location with new people and although for almost a year I had been preparing him he’d need glasses he was less than thrilled! After our appointment Wren stepped in and worked her magic and got him on board with the idea and a new pair of glasses! She was so patient, understanding, and took time to explain everything directly TO him. The extra effort she put forth to help us was greatly appreciated!!! We will definitely request her help when we come back in for pick up and fitting!!
