I needed a place to sit and eat. I came to this Jack in the Box to do it. Here’s the thing. The dine-in area was closed. It shouldn’t have been. I was there during the hours it was supposed to be open. It just wasn’t. The doors were locked. I was pretty disappointed by this because I needed to set my laptop on a table while I ate. I ended up needing to go somewhere else.

I approached the building with caution "safety first", using my motorized wheel chair. My f150 easily accessed the drive-thru and the surrounding parking lot, however would not fit inside the restaurant. The menu sign was effectively illuminated sticky was appropriate given the darkness of the sky.. Ordering was the hardest part only because I couldn't decide how many tacos to get after that I had to decide what kind of sauce I wanted to pair with them..I chose "Good good" and "buttermilk House sauce" sauces. The staff was super duper and patient with my slow ordering process or S.O..P....I RECIEVED MY MEAL HOT AND WITH A SMILE! I'll never be quite the same... I'm a good way. 5teen stars!!

I went with my wife August 13th around 12:30 am at the smokey point location with my wife before going to the airport for vacation. When we ordered 2 spicey chicken wraps my wife asked for no pickles because it really makes her sick and when we pulled up to the window we heard the workers laughing mimicking her accent saying "oh no pickles" and then found pickles in our wraps... very unprofessional and insulting for a quick/suppose to be reliable treat

Third visit in 30 days. All terrible experiences. Tonight was the worst yet. Whoever was working tonight should be fired. Left us waiting in the drive thru with no line for 3 entire minutes before greeting us. Started taking my order and then corrected my ordering for “next time”, when he could have just as easily asked for clarification or said whoops you wanted a meal instead of a sandwich. When I refused to take his rude behavior, he refused to take our order. Whoever is training these ride entitled evening shift guys should be removed from the training staff. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

I don't typically like to give low star reviews BUT every time I've been to this location I place my drive thru order, pay and then get told to park out front and they'll bring my order to me....every single time for the last month! I understand you want to have good drive thru times but when you constantly have multiple people waiting for quite some time out in the front parking area it does get annoying. Today took less than 5 minutes for my 1 sandwich, but last week I waited over 15 and almost didn't even have enough time to eat on my lunch break (plus they still got my order wrong but I couldn't wait any longer) Management needs to look into this, please!

The drugged out teenagers who work this location never want to actually do their job. They will have you sit at the order box for 20 minutes just to tell you they’ll be with you in a minute. Even though it’s the middle of the night and there’s been no one in line ahead of you or inside the entire time. Everytime I come here they never have the crispy chicken wrap and take forever to take your order, I assume in the hopes that we’ll drive through or reverse out because we’re annoyed and don’t want to wait which i watched two people do while i was across the street

Went to this 24-hour drive thru location at 4:30 am. I sat at speaker for almost 5 min. I got no help. I pulled up to window and heard music blasting and saw 2 employees inside. I never got anybody's attention so I finally left. The bottom line is change the hours online so people don't go out of their way to be let down.

Just waited 10 minutes in line to order... and then was told they were unable to make Tacos 🌮... the only thing all 4 people in my car wanted. Then we were stuck in line because there was a car behind us so we were stuck. Stuck for another 30 minutes for the 3 cars in front of us to get their food. While the person who was working was super nice and it wasn't their fault.... this place is managed like garbage. EVERY TIME I come here they either don't have what I want or the order is wrong. I'm done! From now on we'll go to Wendy's or just go home.
