week.
Was
met
with
the
most
unprofessional,
rude
receptionist.
I
was
due
to
collect
pills
5pm
the
day
prior
i
wasn't
able
to
make
this
time
i
tried
contacting
the
clinic
after
being
on
hold
for
25mins
the
phone
lines
closed
for
the
day.
Went
the
next
day
to
collect,
with
my
full
apology
and
tried
to
explain
the
situation.
The
rude
receptionist
made
a
scene
infront
of
a
waiting
room
of
people
that
the
pills
would
of
been
sent
back
to
the
hospital
to
be
destroyed
and
what
a
waste
of
money
and
time!!!
After
the
embarrassing
confrontation
the
receptionist
went
away
to
collect
my
pills
from
a
room
that
where
still
there.
I
left
the
clinic
after
being
told
am
lucky
to
have
them!!!!
Overall
a
very
poor
service
and
a
massive
shame
on
our
NHS.
Absolutely
appalled
to
be
spoken
to
in
such
manner.
Will
most
definitely
never
use
this
clinic
again.
