Tremendous thanks to Emma for fitting in a much needed wet haircut and consultation. She did fantastic work. I am very happy with my shorter, tidier and more flattering hairstyle. I have just started visiting BATB, I had my third visit at the weekend, and I have to say how impressed I was with the salon and the staff. I get my hair done by Rhi and she is fantastic at what she does. Emma is always on hand as well to answer any questions. Some salons you go in can feel a bit snooty, but I really enjoyed my time there, having friendly discussions and feeling like I was being really taken care of. Rhi is always spot on with her colouring and knowledge of how to cut my hair (incredibly thick!) - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone

My daughter and I had our nails done by Tanisha today. Fantastic lady who takes pride in her work. Made my anxious daughter feel at ease. Great atmosphere. Looking forward to our next visit already. 5 star service all round

Emma always does my hair colour and my extensions and I’m so happy with everything she does to my hair . She goes out of her way for me to feel more confident and I can’t thank her enough . This salon has changed my life I can finally feel relaxed and in safe hands they are all so friendly and they totally understand anxiety and mental health and are so supportive thank you beauty and the bleach .

I booked and requested a manicure with nail polish. This was discussed at length when booking the appointment. I received a text reminder of my appointment the day before. However this appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before appointment time because "they no longer use nail polish" Ironically they took half the cost of the treatment at the time of booking as a safe guard that I'd arrived for the appointment. With such short notice I could not get book an appointment at an alternative salon before I went away on holiday. Appauling understanding of treatments they can deliver. So very very disappointing

After going to another salon and getting my hair completely ruined. And having my self confidence and self worth taken away from me by neglect and carelessness. Michaela and her AMAZING team have not only helped me with the start of a very long journey to getting my hair back to its former condition, they have also given me back my confidence and hope that my hair WILL get back to its original form again. I cannot recommend this salon enough! Thank you all so much for being so kind and supportive at a time where I thought my hair could never be saved.

It was my first time at this salon and it was a lovely experience from start to finish. Good chat, friendly staff, and well experienced in what they do! Emma was lovely and she done me a lovely wash, cut and blowdry! So happy with the outcome!
