What an awesome group of people you have working here, even though we did scare the heck out of a few of the staff members walking in with a prop replica of the Annabelle doll. Awesome coffee, amazing staff.

Just had to wait 15min for a coffee. The server was both dismissive, and slightly rude. I asked for a warm almond croissant and was ignored and just given a cold one, it tasted stale and crusty. The coffee took forever to be made and again service with a frown. I shall be avoiding this costa in the future.

Exceptional customer service at this branch in Penyffordd. The staff go above and beyond to provide a modern, clean & relaxing coffee experience. Very child friendly. Recommend this branch if you’re travelling in this direction.

A typical Costa. Pleasant interior predictable good food with 2 toilets, one designated for disabilities. Staff seemed to be preoccupied, possibly with prioritising drive-through customers 😕 All ramped access. 2 disability parking bays and 2 EV charging points, though you'll need to carry your own cable.

Really great place to just chill out and have a beverage or cake or both. Really friendly staff and very clean 👌. I would always recommend Costa. Fab place.

Every time we visit this Costa (twice a month) the place is absolutely filthy. I feel sorry for the staff because clearly there are not enough of them to do the counter service, drive through and do thr necessary cleaning. Something needs to change because its awful and has been foe a few months now.

The location is very handy. The parking is easy & accessible. The staff are exceptional. Some staff remember your face & even your preferences! But all the staff are consistently efficient and personable, giving a warm welcome. This store feels like the coffee shop equivalent of the bar Cheers! for those of us old enough to remember the TV programme!

The menu boards that keep changing every few minutes are extremely difficult to read and stressful. It’s difficult to choose a drink because they change too fast. The iced mocha I bought was the worst drink I’ve ever tasted. The coffee was so bitter it was undrinkable. I had asked for hazelnut syrup and this was not included either. The staff don’t acknowledge you when you approach the counter and talk on headsets to drive through which gives a rude impression. The decor and tables are really pleasant but I found the menu too stressful to look. There needs to be a fixed menu to look at to allow people to see it properly.

Alisha and Natasha were absolutely fabulous, great people and very friendly and caring. We were Muslims and wanted to pray as we have to pray 5 times a day and they were very accommodating and allowed us to pray inside. They even turned the music down whilst we were praying. May Allah bless them.
