This is an amazing house if you have a large family celebration. They have thought of everything you could possibly need away from home and equipped it all to a high level of quality. The setting and gardens are beautiful too (so much so, that we intend to book again in the summer to see everything in bloom). Fabulous hosts too.

From start to finish I can’t rate Dioni highly enough. Our original booking had to be cancelled due to family illness, they were amazing and sorted everything out. We eventually got to have the family celebrations a year later but the property was worth the wait. A stunning place to stay and lovely people to deal with. Had a lovely few days in this cottage between Christmas and new year. The location is perfect. Away from the world. The nannau estate is so interesting. You actually feel part of history staying in this cottage which is originally part of the nannau estate deer park. The cottage is beautifully presented with quality furnishings and appliances and the underfloor heating makes sure it’s always warm and welcoming. A perfect get away. Was very sad to leave !

Just back from our second stay at a cottage hosted by Dioni, although have stayed at other properties run by them too in the past. And every time I am more than satisfied with their communications, cost, quality and locations of their holiday homes. Such a great company and with an amazing range of cottages to choose from. We had our dog with us this time and as well as the usual welcome pack left for us, there was a bag of dog treats in there too! So thoughtful! Now perusing cottages for next years holiday!

The accommodation and facilities exceeded our expectations. It's nice when the property is exactly like what is advertised within the pictures. The property was immaculate and beautiful with the facilities catering for all ages and needs.

BE WARNED, not all properties on the Dioni website are 'the very best & most beautiful properties from Wales'. When we booked our 7 night holiday in June 2023, Dioni were marketing themselves as a 'luxury holiday accommodation' company which led us to believe that the cottage we were booking through them was of a certain standard, as you would associate with the word 'luxury'. When we arrived at our cottage in Criccieth we were shocked at the condition of the property. It was filthy and the photos/description on Dioni's website bared little resemblance to the cottages interior. It was as if the cottage had been left to the owner by an elderly relative and they had decided to rent it out, not changing a thing inside (including the bed linen) or modernising it in anyway. The towels that had been left for us we well used and stank of mildew, I wouldn't have used them on my dog let alone myself. Needless to say we left after 3 nights. Dioni were unhelpful with our complaint, which was raised on several occasions during our short stay, and palmed us off with the cottages owner who in turn was rude and offered us a £20 refund. This was our first visit to Wales, which looked lovely, but its put us off going again for a while!

Dioni were a great company to use. Very kind and accommodating in helping me to arrange some birthday surprises for our accomodation. Booking process was very smooth. The accommodation we hired was beautiful. I would definitely use Dioni again!

3 night stay at Bryn Mawr, absolutely perfect location, spotlessly clean inside. We had a lovely time away Huw and Manon are perfect hosts and were very welcoming. To go back to the cottage after a day of hiking and light the log burner was great. 12 out of 10! We will be back! So if your looking at this cottage, just book it! Dave & Gem
