This could be one of the nicest shopping park in the area. Linking the main town center to a good car park. There is limited shops, but there is a wide verity from supermarkets to phone shops. The access to the top part of the town is excellent with the main High Street being a 5-minute walk away the added benefit is that there is a train station located at the centre of the precinct so anybody can be entering can get directly into the heart of the town. However, if you visit by car you should avoid this area. The car park has a ANPR camera system monitoring the entrance. If you enter the parking zone and don't by a ticket, expect a £100 fine. This applies if you are picking up at the station.

Fantastic pizza 🍕. Gorgeous salad 🥗 bar . Fresh pasta to. Brilliant staff so very happy kind and friendly. Delicious ice cream for the kids. Comfy seats and lovely large tables.

Easy to park, great access to other parts of the town from here as well as the shops in the park, I wouldn't leave the car here to go on the train as it is monitored.

Got to stop popping into this shop for a few items come out with a lot more, great selection.

Very tight parking, when the schools are off, the place is solid with gym goers, and children. Had a £40 ticket today, so won't be visiting again, a shame, as I used to spend lots of money there, will be giving Oswestry my money from now on.

More than less of the time, you'll find what you need in this place. Hence the frequent visits. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are fair, I recommend.

We have been shopping here ever since they were built ,honestly never have seen a camera or sign,But having a blue badge I gives us 3 hours . And we do stick to the rules , Our shopping day was to go to BM @Dunhelm,it took 2hours 10 mins ,Little did I no you were allowed 2 hours , so you penalised me £ 70 for 10 mins And I say to my fellow drivers BE AWARE AND CHECK FOR SIGNS

Great place to shop. A large Dunelm offers a cafe and all the useful items Dunelm have. There is also a gym in this complex and a BM store. Parking is restricted to three hours, but is free.

Ridiculous that you can't even relax while you browse the shops on this retail park as you get fined for the pleasure very unrealistic times if someone got kids or grandchildren with them it can take longer to shop.

It's a car park... Don't get caught out with overstaying or you will get a letter from the parking gods.

DO NOT GO THERE! Apparently you can only park for 2 hours max so cannot look around all the shops, if you go over they fine you and take you to court even if you had a disabled badge, they're RUTHLESS AND DONT CARE! .

Variety of shops close to other retail areas. Good parking but if you leave the site take the car with you or risk a fine.

Free parking but sometimes impossible to find a space. Queuing to leave can take some time as joining a busy road. Beware that if you park here over 2 hours or leave your car to go elsewhere, even just to cross to Pizza Hut, you will be fined.

The space is quite tight for moving around ( not a Covid observation, but worth considering nevertheless). Felt a little poor in terms of shopping experience ( bit jumbled and tired looking) and I feel it doesn't have the appeal of other B&M stores I shop at.
