The service was really good. Friendly helpful staff. Starbucks standard establishment. Clean, well-stocked, plenty of parking.

The young lady serving was so helpful. We just called in as my other half needed a call of nature. I just bought a cup of tea to take away. Explaining this the young lady said she was more than welcome to use the toilet and I didn't need to purchase the tea. I bought the tea and thanked her for her kindness.

Received a £50 parking fine visiting here! Me and my friend! No clear signs to tell us that we had to enter our reg plates into a tablet on the premises. Staff couldn't be bothered to inform us either. Also the hot chocolate was not very nice. All in all a terrible experience

The staff at this store go above and beyond. They always friendly polite. Always remember my drink. It’s like walking into my living room, welcoming and friendly. The store is always clean well stocked. The new store manager Abbie is friendly polite and can’t do enough. The supervisors down to baristas are superb can’t rate this store enough. Good selection of coffee and plenty of fresh food served with a smile ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Had a £50 parking ticket!! I did not see any signs as it was getting dark!! Also I parked by Starbucks again didn't see any notice. Found out later a week later that you had to put in your reg plate of your car in to a tablet inside Starbucks its self . I did not see no tablet or was I told by staff that we had to do so. With it only just being just over a month of the changes you would think the staff would of said something, it doesn't take 2 mins to just say to a customer if you are in your car just pop in your number plate. I did a appeal to the horizon parking company as I wasnt given a receipt i didn't have evidence my appeal was rejected. When you in Starbucks you get 3 hours if we had have known about the tablet i wouldn't of had a fine!! Not happy as I was in Starbucks at the time and should not of got a fine. Also hot chocolate was not very nice. I will never ever go into that whole place again. Either to use the petrol station or the travelodge. Because my friends husband had a fine just for dropping his wife off disgusting.

Was alittle confused when trying to find a services and stumbled upon this Starbucks. Only to assume this was the services that was sign posted, as we couldnt see anything else that resembles a services? It was a really nice and clean Starbucks and the staff were so lovely and very helpful. However, the hot chocolate itself was not that great for me. I usually prefer a hot chocolate from Starbucks but I don't go to them regularly enough. I feel its changed slightly? Regardless of this. Its a nice pit stop with a few other useful places around the area.

Hopeful to shelter from the weather whilst my car had an MOT but the doors were locked at 09:00 on a Tuesday - incorrect opening hours. Not a town centre cafe either, but off a roundabout of main roads, a services provider essentially. Once opened and let inside, the interior was freshly cleaned and staff were polite. Total to pay = £8.20 for a small hot chocolate (which was more water than anything else) and a sweet treat to take away. No option to stay in as no dogs allowed, of which I had two small ones. Seriously, Starbucks? If you're going to charge the earth for something worse than what I can make myself at home, then at least update your standards to allow all customers to sit in if they wish to!!! You've been established for over 50 years and claim to be one of the most premium coffee suppliers in existence. Poor quality and whilst I'm not usually one to leave a negative review, I felt this one was absolutely necessary as yet again I'm failing to believe in the Starbucks mission of 'inspiring and nurturing the human spirit', whilst I drink my watery hot chocolate inside a car garage.

It is a large comfortable Starbucks that allows free parking in a Pay Carpark, the coffeee is what you expect, staff were nice and friendly, good place for a comfort stop on your way south through Wales

Not the greatest. Coffee was a bit lacklustre. Although the staff were attentive and friendly, I clearly got the impression that they didn't really want to be there. I also found it a bit overpriced.

Standard Starbucks with a decent sized seating area and some outdoor seating too. It's a little close to the dual carriageway to warrent outdoor seating to be honest. With its proximity to a travel lodge and a petrol station it really should have a drive through which unfortunately it does not.

This is a great Starbucks, especially the location. With it being where it is it means it's never too busy and has also just had a refurb, so is clean and fresh. Great stop off when you're travelling somewhere and passing.

Typical starbucks menu. They had vegan options. Great little service stop. The place is only small but has outdoor seating and car park. The staff are friendly. Place is clean.

Well done Starbucks for efficient and friendly staff. Lovely coffee ( a million times tastier than another company that starts with a C ). I have to say your low easy chairs are extremely comfortable and very chic too ! ( where do you buy your chairs from?). Keep up the good work 💯

A quick stop on our way home from a weekend away. Very good friendly staff. Coffee a little more expensive than high street outlets, but you expect that at travel services.

Good. Nice food choice and coffee, but the ambience was a bit sterile. Very well spaced but somewhat impersonal. Also be aware that although there are noticed about parking charge, if you are a customer you can get free parking by registering your reg number in the Starbucks cafe.

Horrible Experience! Went there at 4pm on a Sunday they close at 7pm one lady Behind the till taking orders while the other colleague are stiil clening the floor. 6 Customers in frent of me lady on the till did all the orders by her self and we all wait as the other was still more worried about clening the floor. Massive noise dragging the tables and chairs that I couldn't even talk on the table with my frinds ...

Always a lovely cappuccino, nice and frothy and strong! Only marked down because there wasn't many vegan food options available. But this could purely have been because of the time I visited. Staff were friendly, place was clean. You had to input your car reg plate at the door to get 1hour free parking, which was no bother. Cannot fault. Stopped here going to and from Leominster from Yorkshire. Easy to get to just off the motorway.

Decent enough place to meet an old acquaintance for a brew and a chat about the old days. I can't say too much about what was discussed of course for obvious reasons. I can say that the coffee was good and it was a nice place to relax. My chauffeur dropped me off around the corner so as not to draw attention to myself but I noticed that there was free parking for patrons.

Nice Starbucks. We go there regularly. Always a nice drink. Staff can be distracted by the drive thru, but that's understandable. Although sometimes it's confusing as to whether they are talking to us or into their headsets.

It's a service station. No toilets working in any of the places. Plus you have to pay for parking before finding that out..don't pay and you are fined. Refurbishment, fine, put on portaloos or something, people don't come for the coffee, they come because you are situated in a service station.

Very slow service. Very nice decor. Plenty of parking but remember to add your registration on the touchscreen in Starbucks when ordering. There is a shop in the adjacent Esso garage.

Staff are friendly but drinks were disgusting. Ordered a brown sugar oat Expresso and it tasted like dish water. Same thing happened about a month ago too. Was just like pure Expresso in slushy ice water. No oat milk at all in it as far as I could tell. Shame I got one of these from the Starbucks in mold and it tasted beautiful. I won't be going here again.

Plenty of space to keep away from other tables, but to be honest it feels a bit bare inside, having said that those eating and drinking at time of my visit looked happy and relaxed 😀

Excellent customer service. Thanks to Cassie on April 23rd and Ellie May 26th. Thanks to Rhys for the great coffee, Highly recommend this Starbucks team. Just what I needed after a long ride. Electric Motorcycle Guy 🤠

Walked in tables were not clean, no one sanitising. Ordered tea and coffee. Large cup of milky water delivered with a tea bag tied on side! The cup was so full my husband spilt some whilst walking to the table. Unable to get the teabag off the handle without spilling the tea all over the table. Lessons in making tea needed for staff. Staff should be aware of Covid 19 and always make sure tables are clean and sanitised. Coffee my husband had tasted awful. Needless to say both were left. Waste of money. This is why I always use independent cafes were they know how to cater for customers. Would give zero rating but not allowed.

The Starbucks experience is exactly the same regardless of which one you are in, so reviewing it seems rather moot, but I do like their coffee so 5 stars

  • 4/5 Paul E. 2 years ago on Google
staff was very friendly and helpful drinks not so much wife had a strawberry Caio it was just basically ice and water with a splash of taste not wot she expected for price

Great service in a friendly atmosphere this is a great place to take a break. The coffee was great and the have a fair selections of snacks if you need a little more. One warranty if you decide to stay in for your coffee is that you will soon loss track of time as you enjoy the break. Thank to the team at Starbucks for a first class coffee and great service... 👍

Always liked this little Starbies, nice little pit stop if you're out driving all day! Not the cheapest but their stuff is always nice! Great staff too~

Staff very friendly and the coffee was lovely. It's very clean and there is parking on site, although you do have to pay for it. Would recommend.

"Services" shown on road sign: this has come to mean parking and toilets. The idea is, while you're there, you MAY buy something to say "thank you". Sadly, at this site: - ALL parking is chargeable; - no toilets are available*. * Starbucks may permit you to use their toilets. No refund for in-store purchases. Utterly abysmal!

  • 5/5 Philip P. 1 year ago on Google
Main are was clean and tidy. Unfortunatly the mens toilets could have done with the floor moping. Coffee was good and hot.

Salted maple latte, nom nom. I had a heavy school morning with my 2 children, so asked for an extra 3 shots in it, total of 5. The housework got done faster than superman's outfit change 😅

Nice eat-in Starbucks. Lots of choice available and friendly staff

  • 1/5 Wayne M. 1 year ago on Google
Staff weren't very polite. We said good morning and was totally blanked. We said thanks have a nice day and we was totally blanked. No general chit chat or anything. You would think for the amount you pay for a simple drink you could at least get a smile. Needs work on customer service.

I would like to know why there is different policies. We have been in numerous Starbucks with our well behaved puppy. But oh not Wrexham on the A483. You can't have dogs is what we were told very gruffly. No apology. Well we will rethink returning to any Starbucks. There are plenty of other good cafe's independently run who will get our custom. Bah humbug Starbucks A483 not a very friendly welcome.
