Had a takeaway from KFC Wrexham last night. They had definitely spilled the entire contents of their salt cellar into the mix. It was so salty it burned our mouths and we had to throw the boneless chicken fillets away.

Visited at a busy time but was able to eat in and meal was enjoyable. Service was good, place was clean and tidy and nothing bad to say. Would visit again.

Absolutely discussed with the way they serve and talk to customers. Someone needs to teach them manners and every time there’s problem with the order. Never happy with Wrexham branch.

Ordered through Deliveroo, literally half the order missing after waiting 45 mins for it to arrive. Ordered a trilogy box meal which includes a zinger burger, small popcorn chicken, mini fillet, chips, mash, a dip and a drink. I also ordered a bbq snack wrap, no wrap, no drink, no mash, no dip, mini fillet. Literally only got the burger, popcorn chicken and chips. Paid 13.50 for this plus delivery? Ridiculous, how do you manage to miss literally half the order? The food I did receive was nice but left hungry and most annoying part of I wanted to reorder the rest of my food I would have to pay another delivery fee.

I don't understand how they can consistently forget things from your order. If you do order expect to have items such as chips, chicken, drinks and dips forgotten from your order. Generally dissapointing 9/10 times.

Food was nice,, however closed earlier than the 1am stated on the door , another thing was there is loads of delivery drivers just standing in the middle of the main entrance and standing all over the place makes it hard to know where to stand and order I feel like the delivery drivers should have there own door or around the back of the premises. Also couldn't believe how much the food cost for what we had £££££££

Waiting time longer than expected, food ok changed the recipe so not as tasty but OK, no service with a smile this evening, some very rude customers waiting to collect their food what has happened to manners these days ok I was still in my work uniform which I guess some people may not like. But it's my job to keep you guys safe.

The food is great, they prepared our orders really quickly, the bathroom is clean, and overall the place is tidy. You can find free parking nearby (just park at Tesco). Would return.

There’s a lady who works at this KFC called Zoe she is really friendly, polite and always makes my experience enjoyable. She was great with me when I was pregnant & she’s amazing with my baby.

They need more staff like Audra. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she’s always happy help. Always a fabulous experience when she’s in. She was excellent with my daughter when she was playing up in the queue for a drink, so gave her the drink to save waiting for everyone else to be served. Always has a smile on her face even when she is left struggling by herself. This place would not be the same without her. 10/10 customer service from her every time. They’d truly be stuck without her.

Had trouble with touch machine.staff went really slow.and when I did get my order items were missing. And chips and portions of chicken were cold. Say no more.

Order not correct once again its everytime lately 😡 how can you miss chips out on a simple order of a family feast ??? , I also had other meals to go with Family feast ,We didnt enjoy our meal once again, staff need to stop rushing with orders and take there time to make sure customers orders are correct and not have missing items as it spoils your meal without the correct items.

Very busy store. Dining area wasn't very clean on our visit and felt it to be a little depressing. Food was ok, a little dry perhaps - busy period may have meant both chips and chicken were kept warm for a while.

The food we ordered was very slow in getting to us, there wasn't that many people in there

Rubbish to what it was when mrs sambrook owned it stale baps never give you extra mayonase when you ask for it thats just a start (rubbish )all round managment need to get their act together and fast

Varieties of options to order the menu,good taste,I always choose burger and wings I feed potatoes chips that should be more crunchy to taste better.

Went for a Sunday lunch and the chicken was lovely. Best I have had. In fact we all mentioned how nice it was. Julie, one of the staff was very helpful too. A great credit to Wrexham KFC. We had the party bucket. Still great value for a family.

The food is so nice ,spicy chicken ,the staff members are so helpful n have positive attitude towards customer, people respect each other its nice u will feel free when u get there

Clean and maintained KFC outlet. But when you get takeaway make sure you check all your sides there itself. I have some food missing without checking. Rather everything seems to be good with more offers announced here and then .

Over priced for less, often dont get everything on the order. But its KFC 🍗. Love the taste..so i guess i will always be back,just not as often as I would like. Good staff, good manners.

It's not a very big restaurant but they do serve you quickly and the staff are very polite and curtious, the food doesn't need to be rated as we all know that it's top quality wherever you are in the country

I ordered from just eat and my food came & it wasn’t even edible. The lettuce and chicken both tasted gone off and the bun was stale and hard. I’m not happy. It was disgusting. Thursday 9th November around 8ish pm

KFC has always been mad busy for as long as I can remember. Despite having to queue outside for a little while, once inside food was served quick. I'd definitely recommend checking you have everything before you leave if taking, out as we had to go back as a meal was missed. Understandable as they were busy though

The chicken strips are to die for so is the wings,nuggets chips and the drinks. The gravy is nice and warm do recommend coming here

Can get really busy, the design inside is awkward if busy as queue merges with those waiting for food and you not really sure where to wait, can be difficult to park if you driving there, food is good same as all KFC. Wrexham really needs a drive thru KFC!!

Amended my 3 stars down to 1 star zero stars is not available. Manager on site unable to remove a drunk teenager who was unmasked and throwing hand sanitiser at customers whilst trying to get a fight. Waited 15 minutes as my card is not working to pay with cash, only to be ignored and blanked by counter staff. I admit it was busy with web orders, but there is no justification possible to explain why they would ignore a paying customer. If you can't handle the volume then there's a problem. I cannot remember the last time this particular KFC was clean and presentable, and I actually felt like a valued customer. This is the last time I will be going.

Really helpful staff today and the chicken was fresh, worth the extra 5 mins wait. Kids were given free ice cream for being polite and well behaved

It is what it is. Sells fried chicken. Mask wearing seems to be optional here, as does any form of social distancing. If you're a delivery driver you'll get better service then we mere plebs. They usually get the order right.

Not too pleased. Both mine and my mrs food was cold, my chicken fillets were very poor ( probably more meat on their vegan burger), they forgot to give me the sauces that I’d payed for and they also got my mrs drink wrong 🙄 overall not a very good experience. Won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend

Served quite quickly and efficiently. But my gripe is with all these fast food outlets is not how quickly you get Served. But how quickly u can eat the less than adequate portion of food in respect for the money it costs

ordered from Wrexham this evening, the food was horrendous, dry and not up to KFC Quality. The portions of chips were meant to be for 4 people but there was only around 8-10 if that the banquet boxes are at a costing of £6.99 a absolutely disgraceful will be ringing the store

Ordered via uber eats. Spent £32 on a birthday meal. Ordered chips there were approx 8 chips in a bag and freezing cold. Ordered two tubs of gravy and they never arrived. Terrible service. Won't be ordering again.

To be honest I didn't get the burger I asked for...I didn't want a drink so they said they give me extra fries... so we get home I get it out to eat and there was hardly any fries which some still had the skin on they gave me a bottle of water which was warmer than my meal and they gave me a different chicken burger than what I asked for 😡 I will Not be going back there again

Called in the wrexham store ,ordered food and the gravy was like water ,that is the second time that we've had gravy and was the same then the,won't have it again ,plus staff fooling round by putting the music on high so you can't here yourself think ,then dropping it down again ,it was up and down the whole time we were eating in shop ..

The worst fast food franchise in the world,read reviews from kfc,s around the UK,they're all the same ,poor service,cold food,wrong orders,ignorant staff,over hyped and over priced ,, utter rubbish !

Ordered via just eat, delivery is usually pretty much near to time Ordered for. Food is usually pretty good however the potions of chips are so small and not cheap either. My biggest gripe though is the amount extra they charge if ordering online, a six piece bargain bucket £15.99 as to £12.99 if going to the restaurant plus delivery charge & service charge on top as well taking the order to over £19. I think this is well over the top as another well known restaurant just charges the store price with the exception of the delivery charge & service charge. Think KFC should review this policy.

Good KFC piping hot to be fair only issues was how slow the food was .. on person in there when I went in still took 10 minutes , and outside front door a girl drinking cider at 11.30 in the morning and and smelt like she hadn't bathed in a month , really off putting when going there with children

Despite having am incredibly large order (takeout for 7+ people) the staff were helpful and even when there was a delay, due to the size of my order, the staff were polite and offered a complimentary drink whilst I waited.

After a really busy day working in the NHS I treated my family to a party bucket. At the till the lovely girl asked 'if I had a blue light card', confused, I replied 'yes'. Turns out there's a discount for blue light card holders which I was totally unaware of, saved a huge £5 and absolutely made my day. It may seem small to some but I was really needing a win and this made my day. Thank you to that gorgeous girl.

One self serve machine down and a queue of four people were ignored completely by the staff on the counter and nobody was served for over 5 minutes. Food was tasty as usual.

Quick and friendly service. Clean tables in spacious dining area. Pieces of chicken were lacking as they were not juicy & fresh tasting. Burger, popcorn chicken were good chips were ok. Good value for money.

Not even joking went in on a Friday night when yes it’s busy, staff were so rude, they were screaming all over stressing. Accepting Uber and just eat orders when the wait for in store was just under an hour long. Then when the delivery drivers were wanting to know where there orders were staff screamed at them and told them all to stand outside which is fair enough, there was 0 communication between anybody, when shouting order numbers another member would come and push the first out of the way, the staff 100% need training again and need training on how to deal with busy times or maybe even just stop accepting orders off uber and just eat if they can’t handle the stress

Horrendous service on Saturday. I went to eat in the "restaurant" and it was the most humid building I had been in all day with no air conditioning. The services was appalling and our food was left there for 10 minutes when it was ready so they could prioritise take away customers who came and ordered after us. It was so bad in there we just had to leave half way through our meal. Would not recommend, wasn't even a busy time when we went in there was 1 customer
