    This was only the 4th "Subway" I've ever experienced..... in a Month! My first while at Crufts, my niece treated me and I was astonished at what I'd been missing. The second in the town centre, I don't know why but although fabulous just missed that wow factor. Then earlier this week I noticed this subway only a mile from home. Perched adjacent to Starbucks on the Roundabout I couldn't resist a try. YES... everything and more! The bread and huge assortment of fillings were so fresh and the staff happy to advise a hesitant customer (me) with the combinations available, they were endless. There are both inside and outside tables to sit and enjoy your purchase. Both were clean and pleasant. DELICIMO! Could have been a fluke so I just HAD to return the next day to check! One of the staff was working the the previous day recognised me. The smile beautiful and welcoming, the conversation to the point and respectful. The pace is demanding and the workload brisk but not at the expense of the customer, especially those struggling to make their choice. Was it as good as the day before, the town visit, at Crufts... no.... why? Because it was BETTER! and I'm so pleased as I intend to become a regular.

    I arrived at the travel lodge at 5pm so went to subway for something to eat at half 5 the young chav didn't seem to happy that I had come in when he was almost finished even hitting the till because he can't count money so I just cancelled my order and left useless little chav

    Wow such a rude experience subway normaly have good happy staff this chap was quite the opposite tutting and sighing as other customers came in. says open till 6 he says he shutting at 4 didn't open till well after 10 I am staying opposite in a travel lodge place wasn't expecting cash either. Poor.

    Went at 9:30am and it had been open for 30minutes. Chairs still on tables, guy with his hoodie on. He decides to put his uniform on. Tells me the bread isn’t ready. It’s still proving and won’t be cooked for a long while. Ffs, it’s been open for 30 minutes. Then I find out he had some Italian bread. I had that with some bacon in. I asked for ketchup which he said wasn’t ready. Then he found some. Did me a bacon roll. When I started to eat it the bacon was a tiny amount and was very fatty. It was disgusting. I threw it in the bin. What a joke! If that’s what subways are like I’m never going back. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

    Livid! I've just spent £14 on a foot-long sub where the filling didn't even reach the edges & a salad biwl where the contents barely covered the base of the box!!! Dreadful value for money & certainly won't come back to this venue.

    Rhostyllen wrexham.1st and last time here.Staff here there and everywhere.1st items getting cold while preparing rest if my order Was told off for allowing children to take them b4 I'd paid.(there food was getting cold,due to slow service)Why just eat people get priority when I'm half way through ordering .Total chaos and rude staff.

    "Services" shown on road sign: this has come to mean parking and toilets. The idea is, while you're there, you MAY buy something to say "thank you". Sadly, at this site: - ALL parking is chargeable; - no toilets are available*. * Starbucks may permit you to use their toilets. No refund for in-store purchases. Utterly abysmal!

    We were served by a lovely lady called Donna, Donna was on her own during a very busy part of the day, which I felt was quite unfair given how busy it was. Sort it out Management you can’t have one member of staff on the day of the summer holidays. Donna was doing everything all the prep and the sandwich making. Donna apologised about our little wait. I didn’t mind in the slightest, as our order tasted lovely. The place was spotless. Than you Donna..

    Absolutely shocking, the manager is awful, wouldn't let my daughter have tuna on her kids meal after making it then binned it infront of her!!!

    Should have been open but door locked on arrival..window sign off but staff inside, then opened up after waiting in car 10 mins while trying to locate next nearest subway. On entering service felt rushed and food poorly made up prepared and then delivered. Unable to open subway app to scan code as no phone signal. One to remember for the wrong reasons unfortunatly IMO. Will be avoiding in future.

    We pre ordered subs to go and to be fair, they were spot on. The young lady behind the counter was very polite, and had made sure the food was still hot for when I arrived to collect it. No complaints here.

    New Management now in this subway. Busier than usual and looks clean and welcoming. No overflowing bin outside and the seating area inside is available.

    This subway is my local store, however usually i will avoid going here due to the substandard service and lack of offerings which i have experienced previously. However i was pleasantly surprised when i popped in on Thursday and was greeted by a lovely lady who could honestly not go any more above and beyond to offer amazing service and make sure my order was perfect. She was friendly, efficient and a major credit to Subway. I have been back today and same service again, really impressed and will be using this subway more frequently. Great work Donna! (Asked her name today to write this review)

    Food was poor, The worker gave me the wrong bread that I asked for and the attitude was awful. Had a diet Pepsi that tasted off/Like water.

    I thought the service and standard of this outlet was truely awful. Service was really slow and customer service was zero. The store was untidy and the sandwhich was very average. Needless to say won't be back.
