    Yust bought the food and will never go there agine even when i love subway . Young girl can't call her ladie without manners , look and act like someone make her work in the worse place in her life. I ask her if she have more tomato sos then face was saying - leave me alone !! Horrible costumer service 😡

    Service was absolutely appalling, staff extremely arrogant and rude. Didn’t even purchase and walked out as their attitude was so bad towards the customers.

    Wedges were uncooked, subs had loads of fillings missing and fillings we didn’t order. Staff on phone was EXTREMELY rude and told me i would have to reorder the meal again if I wanted it fixed!!!

    Not a lot to choose , bread after toasted was very hard could only eat half of my 6" sandwich .. no halal choices ad few vegetarian..so I was stuck with turkey and cheese , and as said the bread became rock hard after toasting .

    Very rude staff, Chloe has a real bad attitude, if she doesn’t want to work there, just leave , clearly no manners or customer service skills , asked to charge the bread as it was squashed from one end, as soon as I said that , it was like I had committed a crime, my kids witnessed this and also commented what a bad attitude, there only 10 and 6 , Will never return , franchisee needs to sort the staff out , giving subway a bad name

    Visited here with my 2 kids for lunch my daughter wanted a cookie as part of the meal deal but when the girl opened the plastic drawer with all the cakes, cookies and doughnuts in lots of small black flies flew out so I pointed this out and my daughter didn’t want a cookie the girl serving put it back and closed the drawer ready to serve to others !! Gross!

    Went today with my daughters to get a sandwich and left very disappointed. The person serving -Chloe- was extremely unclear and a bit rude. Basically she hates her job and passes that feeling/attitude to paying customers. Asked her about talking to her manager Alex, but he wasn't there. Never again going back to that place. I advise people not to go there..

    I came here with my sister today. She was having a bad day and wanted a subway. The person who served her was incredibly rude and should not be in a customer facing job. They weren’t wearing a name badge otherwise I would name and shame. They were a young person with dark brown/black hair, piercings and a tattoo on their forearm. My sisters Subway app told her she had over 500 points and could get a 6-inch sub. She already gets anxious ordering food, especially when relying on an app for payment. When she scanned her phone to pay, the staff member brutally announces it had declined and that she only had 100 points. This really shook up my sister and I was so astonished at how rude the person was to my sister. I wish we had left at that point due to this persons lack of basic manners but ended up getting my sisters sub anyway. My sister visited yesterday to get lunch for her colleague and told me that it was the same person working and that they were incredibly rude to the people before her and if she wasn’t getting lunch for her colleague she would have left. We will not be returning to this “restaurant” and will be telling everyone I know how horrid this person is.

    Don’t eat here especially when a member with pink hair making subs. She has no professionalism whatsoever. Serves food as if she is saving a dog!

    Visited on the 21st of December and would like to give my gratitude to the young fella who served me. He was the only staff member on site for whatever reason but fairplay to him as he coped with a long que and takeaway orders like it was nothing! Such professionalism and manors! HE DESERVES A PAY RISE!!!

    I visit this establishment around once a month but I don't think I will much more the chicken smelled and tasted off and a staff member coughed on the bread. Obviously not on purpose but is kinda off putting.

    Mediocre at best, the oven barely toasts so if you get a six inch I recommend you have it toasted twice. Don't get the drink from the machine though because it tastes horrid.

    The manager of this place should be ashamed of himself, the poor young girl working there was on her first day there and all alone even opened up 😡 no person under health and safety should be working alone like her. What if she fell in the back kitchen area, what if someone realised she was alone and robbed her or God forbid do something worse to her. The young girl was polite, apologetic and doing her best. I'm definitely going to check on this place again and hope the owner pays her more than the minimum wage!!!!

    If i could give 0 stars i would. The salad has cross contamination and pieces of meat.. the tuna has meat in it. The whole fridge was dirty with meat dropped into all the salads. Poor customer service aswell

    The food quality at this store was incredibly poor compared to other subway companies I've visited the sandwich bread was dry and stale, the meat was practically warm, the cheese was barely melted; The meatballs I got as a side were tasty however I wasn't asked if I wanted any cheese on them so I was left with plain meatballs. The staff were also very nice and I was able to at least have a nice conversation with the staff member that was there.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. No cranberry sauce on the brie subway. Absolutely filthy. Tables not wiped. Food all over the floor. No covid restrictions seem to apply. Definitely first and last visit to this branch.

    I ordered through the app. I got there and was ignored continuously. When I finally was noticed they had none of the ingredients so asked for a refund. They said they couldn't do it there and then so had to go online and email. ITS BEEN NEARLY 2 MONTHS AND I STILL HAVENT HAD MY MONEY BACK. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

    Ordered a large meal deal for 1, there was no sauce with the nacho bites which were only warm, I was given the wrong drink and the Sub wasn’t toasted even though I asked for toasted. Also won’t answer the phone so haven’t been able to sort out a refund

    Awful! Ordered food using just eat nearly two hours ago. Left the store an hour an a half a go. Still waiting. £20 well spent.... would get zero stars if possible. Dogshit customer service skills, been trying to phone for the last 30 mins.. ring ring ring ring. Joke!

    It took over 10 mins to do 3 6inch subs, the staff has no idea what they are doing. Poor training and lack of management on the floor. If you want good fast food dont recommend this subway
