Having had a number of Estate Agents value my property I decided to go with Belvoir since their fees were the cheapest from the quotes I had received. I was initially apprehensive as I thought did the cheaper price mean a lesser service? This could not have been further from the truth. Nathan and the team at Belvoir were brilliant and got the house listed on the market in no time. The team wasted no time and within less than 24 hrs of the property being listed a full day of viewings had been booked in. Nathan and the team were great when multiple offers came in and avoided a bidding war by requesting best and final offers. I was pleased with this approach not just because offers were above the asking price but in my view cut out a lot of messing. Throughout the whole process the team kept me updated and were quick to respond to any questions or queries. Whilst selling a home is stressful, the level of stress was certainly reduced by the professionalism of the team at Belvoir. I would definitely recommend Belvoir to anyone looking to sell a property.

Great evaluation of the potential value of the house. Excellent photographs which really showed the features of the the rooms etc. Showings of the house worked well as we had 3 offers within a couple of days. After accepting an offer communication was good through the rest of the period until the house completion was finalised. Great Job.

I was supposed to have a viewing for a flat today… nobody showed up. The first lady that took the phone never came back to me even though she knew our viewing was coming and made me go and wait there for nothing, day lost. This shows you how little they care, they only want your money

Kath, Danielle and the team worked hard to push through a difficult sale and to keep me as updated as possible. I was very happy with the service I received from JB&B Leach.

Rang them on 3 separate occasions about a property. Over a 3 week period as I gave them time to ring me back because each time I called they said nobody was in that day on the lettings team but they would pass my messages on and even email them! Rang them again for a 4th time when I actually spoke to someone in the lettings department to be told that the property has had an application on it now, I'm not surprised as I've been trying to see the property since 4 weeks ago!! I kept telling them I was ready to move and could even pay several months rent upfront!! Disgusting service from jbb leach lettings department. Communication between departments is obviously non existent. I will never use them again, either for selling my property I actually own or if I need to rent a property in the future or have one to let out !!! To be perfectly honest there are much better and cheaper estate agents available anyway. My advice to anyone is steer clear of this incompetent agency and use someone else!!

Everyone at Belvoir we’re very helpful, professional and friendly. Vivienne and Nathan marketed our property very quickly and sold it within 24 hours for higher than the asking price. Belvoir have also managed 3 of our properties for the past 10 years. We have had excellent service and communication with the office and they always went above and beyond.

Now the thing that sets JB&BLeach above the rest is not only the capability of the Head Manager Danielle Whitby but also her supporting staff Emma, Heather & team. I was very thorough and mystery shopped the other potentials and did not like what I found. Promising young, dynamic sales staff with all the IT sales video promotions but when I mystery shopped they were happily eating their lunch and ignoring me. Not so at JB&B Leach. Fully professional. Once I had engaged their services they guided me to an above expected sale fo plus 21k. superb service. Completely recommrnd. I live in Switzerland so have no local bias. all the best for your journey

Bought a property through this agent and in the 3 months of the sale going through, I called them twice, both times I was fobbed off and didn't get any help/reassurance whatsoever. Severely over valuing houses at the moment also, over valued the house we bought by 25k (confirmed by the banks) so this affected the sale massively and the seller could've lost their buyer. Wouldn't recommend this agent at all based off of personal experience.
