I love it here breathtaking views it can be made into a nice short walk at about an hour to go around the reservoir once or can be extended for anything up to half a day with all the other trails that lead off of the path it has picnic areas at one end and a convenient pub at the other that does amazing food which is always welcome after a nice walk with the children we go regularly in the summer has an on site car park also which is free so can be a free day out if need be we as a family love it here

Normally very peaceful...was super busy as first Sunday of the New Year. Lots of NY resolutions, very busy, lots of dog walkers etc. Usually clean but way too much dog poop! All our dogs do this but not everyone is doing their bit picking up and removing.

Great walk. You can make it more interesting by taking different paths. We love this walk and my kids love to go up and down the hills. A good family day out but make sure you take your food and drinks with you.
