I have been hesitant to write this review for a while because their owners are really nice people and we built up a good relationship with them. However I am vegan and as a vegan/vegetarian I would want to know if a place was safe for me to eat, and unfortunately this is not one of those places… I’ve found a piece of chicken in my noodle box which isnt cool but fair enough because people make mistakes. but ,then I ordered again a couple weeks later and found a piece of beef I was refunded for all of it first time then the second time only £5 but that wasnt the main issue. I don’t think that the veg and meat are properly separated and there is clearly high rates of cross contamination.

Ordered because it was suggested to to us, and usually we don’t expect the food to be piping hot when it arrives. The wait was longer than expected but that’s because they were very busy (Rugby was on) but the ensured it would be hot and fresh on delivery and it was! The katsu curry was amazing and the chips were season and cooked perfectly! Restored my faith in Wrexham having decent and authentic global foods! Will be ordering again!

Got recommended this place, quality of the food is really good. Ate quite a big portion of food and didn't feel bloated or sluggish after the meal. My only problem way the food was a little bland, the flavour was going in the right direction but they were a bit under seasoned. Maybe it's me preferring stronger flavours but my girlfriend said the same. But because of that I feel like it's a healthier option as a take out.

Just had 3 portions of tempura sushi and was disappointed, probably they don’t know, how tempura is looking at all! Wasn’t bad taste, but so poor quality, saved on products. I would pay higher price to get better quality. Would recommend to go to Eastern Europe countries to try real tempura sushi and learn how to make them

Wasabi was yellowish color, ginger half pink , half yellow.Restaurant saves money on fresh products. Chester offers a lot better quality sushi.

Excellent food and service, great value

No taste and full of grease, never thrown food away before but this was a definite for the bin

I ordered a take away while I was staying at the premier inn and the food was really really delicious and still hot when it arrived! Very very quick delivery too! Will be back again!

I am a regular customer and my orders are always delayed always! I never had my order on time. Ordered o line 4 hours ago the restaurant opened at 5pm and straight away I received a notification my order is delayed 🧐 how come?!

Just finished our food from here and absolutely loved it. Rapid delivery especially considering it was peak time on a Saturday night and the Bento box and sushi was delicious. Will be visiting in person very soon

Ordered food last night which took 2 hours to arrive!!! After calling to chase the order an hour and a half after ordering, they said the driver was just leaving but it still took half hour to arrive, even though I’m only 10 mins max away from them. The lady who delivered was apologetic, saying they were manic but they didn’t even put in a drink or anything for free as a sorry. The food was ok but I think the sauces were missing from our chosen build your own box. It definitely wasn’t worth the wait. It tasted reheated to be honest (we both said a bit like a Chinese microwave meal) disappointed after reading good reviews about quick delivery and delicious food.

Soups and sushi are delicious. Just 2 hand rolls are a meal 😋. I have not tried the who range yet, what what I had so far was good. 1st delivery a bit slow, next one very swift. Watching it being cooked and taking home is interested, too. A friend told me that the Sakura delivery person was the 1st one ever to find his house.

Very impressed! Didn’t even know it existed until I seen it on just eat. We had 4 different dishes and we all thoroughly enjoyed them all. Nicer and cheaper than another place I order from. Food was popping hot and arrived early. Very good value for money too. Will order again.

Omg yummm, fresh delicious sushi! Didn't know it was possible to have a takaway and feel healthier after!! Have ordered several meals and will order many more in the future. Recommend to everyone!

Honestly the best takeaway meal I've ever had at a very reasonable price. I had the Crispy Chicken sweet chilli bento box and was completely blown away with how tasty it all was! We also had the tuna tempura hosomaki as a side and it was honestly the best sushi I have ever had. Will buy again next pay day as I have found my new favourite takeaway treat!
