I had pips in 2008 yes pips fitted i have suffered lots pain now have emphysema and asthma to which im pretty sure as something do with pips or poison that have been put into my body when contacting harley medical for advice there answer contract your gp my gp never put them in or have anything to do with the advice on implants basically stay well away there after care is next to none my rating is not even 1 its a 0

Hi! Well I am 6 six weeks post op breast augmentation provided by Harley Medcal group Liverpool and I have nothing but praise for the group. The pre op care was very good, I saw the nurse to take bloods and swabs and then 2 weeks pre op I met my surgeon ,Dr Sleiter, to discuss sizing and any concerns. The operation was at the Bridgwater hospital Manchester admission time 10.30 am. By 11.20 am I had been seen by a nurse, two anaesthetists and Dr Sleiter and was in theatre ready to go. After the op all was well, minimal pain so after being seen by the surgeon and nurses through the afternoon I was discharged at 7.00 pm (it was meant to be an overnight stay but myself and hospital staff thought I was more than well enough to go home) I was given 5 days supply of antibiotics which are prescribed as matter of course with Harley, painkilllers and emergency contact telephone numbers. One week later I had my first post op examination, all well, one week after another post op exam, all well again. I was given a third post op but I cancelled due to no change and no problems. I am going to South Africa after on boxing Day so I have had to delay my post op meeting with the surgeon till Feb 14, I cant wait to see him to give a very big thank you for doing a fantastic job! Using The Harley Medical Group has been one of the best life choices I've made, the performance and care has been second to none. I hope this helps anyone considering a B.A. Carolyn Flynn

Very disappointed with the Harley Group. I’ve been to both the Leeds and Manchester branches, and I would never recommend them. Despite Nadia at Manchester being very helpful, they have a 48 hour cancellation policy - I was stuck in traffic due to an accident and they took away my treatment which I paid for. Despite this I arrived to a prior appointment 30 mins early and they delayed my treatment by half an hour. The only reason why I used them was due to a £100 voucher, other than that I haven’t seen much results. I use Sk:n clinic and their service and results are much better.

I had pips put in in 2008, when I contacted Harley medical I was told the NHS would remove them free.of charge. I had just spent over £3000 on breasts to only have them for 3 years? I don't think so. I then attempted to take them to.court but they had liquidated the company and started back up, I am now taking TUV to court in France to try and salvage some money back in order to.correct their mistake. Aftercare were not intrested in listening to me at all . Avoid this company

Today was my second visit here, and just like the previous visit, it was a very pleasant and wonderful experience. staff are all very friendly and warm. This is a lovely place to go for a scan.

We had a 4d scan for my first grandson. Staff really friendly and everything explained to us when we arrived. Scan was amazing, we got to see this little person and have so many brilliant pictures of him, so much so that we agreed to let the company use some for their website. Sonographer explained everything we were seeing on screen. We opted for extra pics aswell as the bundle we bought, aswell as a heartbeat bear and the video of the scan. Well worth the money, we managed to get the scan offer when it was half price aswell. Highly recommended, will be using for all future grandchildren.

Went yesterday with my niece for a gender scan and what a beautiful experience we all had, katie and the staff were just amazing, so helpful and professional, sonographer was absolutely brilliant very informative and thorough what a great team, thank you all so much for giving my niece the most beautiful experience she is absolutely delighted…we all are xx thank you all so much xx

EDIT 3 days later. After they had spoken to us, they promised an app to view everything. They promised an email with a movie of the scan... zilch. Even after they complaining, no efforts to resolve despite verbal promises. Sad. My sister's scan was booked for 1:30pm on the website. First, we arrived at their address which they had changed without updating their website. Luckily, someone looked up and saw their sign on a different building. They don't answer their phones- ever. We arrived and apparently the Sonographer was eating and we wAfter a 40 mins drive. ere to wait outside for 20 minutes. They came out of a different door to check who was ringing the bell. When they eventually answered, the attitude was abbrassive. For more context, my sister has been trying to have a baby for 6 years and this was her first ever scan. She was trying to get some reassurance. They completely ruined the experience.

I had my second gender scan with window to the womb today and the same as my first I can’t fault them at all! All the staff are lovely I would defiantly recommend them and will always come back in the future! Thankyou very much xx

an amazing experience. best clinic, and best service, the girls at the reception are lovely and very kind. there is no pressure to leave the room. I will return soon. the only thing that made me uncomfortable was entering the scan room and realizing that the consultation is performed by someone else, not the same person who received us. the reception is clean, the photos turned out beautiful. great experience, apart from the discomfort of the exam being performed by someone else.

Very rushed service, in and out within 5 minutes regardless if they get good photos of the baby or not

I can't recommend this place enough!! They're professionals who actually know what they're doing & really put me at ease that baby is healthy during the health check and gender reveal. The whole experience from start to finish was beautiful. The scans are lovely and clear too ❤️

Absolutely wonderful. Ladies were very friendly, big scan rooms with 3 large screens to see baby.. and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Have been to a few scan places in Liverpool/St Helen's and I'm just gutted I didn't know about this place with my last 2 babies! 100% recommend here over anywhere else for a scan.

I have so much thanks to give to the girls at window to the womb Liverpool. Even during the pandemic they made me feel so comfortable. I was so happy to have my partner in the room with us to see our baby. I even paid for another so my mum could see her grandson. The girls are fab and hid the gender for us so we could all find out together later on. Would recommend WTTW 100%.

I was very pleased to know I was able to bring my partner who hasn't been able to go to any appointments/scans I have had making him feel he isn't a part of the pregnancy. It's worth the money you pay as you get to see your baby move for a good while and get many pictures, you get 4 print outs and a good few on the mobile app. I was over the moon that I was able to purchase a teddy with our a recording of our baby's heartbeat inside. The staff make you feel super comfortable and speak throughout so you aren't left feeling awkward. At the end of the scan you are able to ask questions which I felt was good as it is reassuring. I didn't find the gender out on the day due to wanting a gender reveal so they sealed the gender in an envelope.. I found out I'm expecting a boy! I would highly recommend this place. I went here after finding out a few women I know went and got their private scans here. I haven't got one bad word to say about them. <3

I've had all my private scans done here so far and they have been amazing. Trying to discover my sons gender was tricky as he was being stubborn but they never gave up. Me & my partner have Been here for 2 scans so far, one at 6 weeks & one at 9 weeks, also booked in for our gender scan in 3 weeks time (it’s so nice him being able to come to the scans with everything going on so he’s not missing out) Would not go anywhere else the girls are just lovely, you are made to feel so welcome, they explain everything to you & the clinic is so clean, just an amazing all round experience :) x

I attended a 16 week scan with my partner, our little one wasn’t playing ball and facing my back so we couldn’t get a good glimpse - I was really thankful to the Farah who took the time and effort to try and make the baby move around (I even think this pushed them back a little time wise ) which I was really grateful for. Our baby was obviously shy/ stubborn and just wouldn’t budge ! I have recommended these to my sister who is booked in for a 4D scan next week - We will be looking to book a 4D scan around 24 week in the hope our little one makes a good appearance. Highly recommended, friendly staff and warming atmosphere. I also must say they made me feel as ease too, attending during covid-19 as they had all the correct procedures in place. I went to window in the womb for my gender scan, can not rate this place any higher if I tried. Amazing friendly staff (even thou they where working easter sunday) very relaxing and welcoming place. Just all round beautiful experience. So happy we picked here to find out we are getting a baby boy 💙

This place was absolutely lovely, so clean and bright. Staff were so lovely and kind and really let us take our time when choosing photos. Farah the sonographer was so patient when doing my 4d/hd scan and helped us get the most perfect photos! Absolutely amazing birthday experience highly recommend 💗

Had my gender scan here at 16 weeks and it was amazing, was over the moon with my experience. They show you everything on the big screen including the babys cord and listening to their heartbeat. All the ladies are so lovely and friendly. Would recommend to anyone xx

Been here twice and loved both experiences. We found out we were expecting twins as our first baby's at 8 week here and also had our 16 week gender scan too. Both times its been welcoming and professional and would 100% recommend . xx

I cannot recommend as I was given news at my scan, that was proven completely incorrect two days later at the hospital, things don't change that much in two days sorry and I haven't heard from you since, no replies to my messages, waste of £59 and emotional distress caused.

We came here at 17 weeks for an early gender scan, the staff were welcoming & really friendly, they really made us feel at ease. I would recommend this place to anybody wanting a private scan.

I really can't recommend Window to the Womb Liverpool enough. We attended for a second appointment today as our baby keeps hiding! After a fizzy drink and a walk around the block we got lucky third time around and finally managed to get some pictures. The staff are so Lovely, understanding and accommodating and they genuinely can't do enough. Thank you all so much X

Very rushed experience. After giving birth late last year and losing my baby. I knew my cycle wasn’t quite right. I thought I was about 8 weeks but turned out I was much earlier. No heartbeat detected. Was out the door in about 5 minutes and didn’t even offer me a photo even though I’d paid £65 the same as everyone else. “You can choose to come back here or go elsewhere for another scan” meaning, you’ll have to pay full price again despite the fact you’ve been in here less than ten minutes as we haven’t even given you a photo. Wont return, zero compassion.

Lovely staff here, the big screens during the scans are great too, we’ve been twice and both times were 💯.

Had a few scans here each time so professional and caring! Have another booked in for next week and really looking forward to it after awful experiences with the woman's hospital and scans these ladies really restored my faith! Couldn't be happier with the service received to me and my husband.

Everyone was so lovely and made us feel like we were the only people they had seen all day. They took there time and did not rush us at all everyone was very friendly.

We’ve been to Liverpool Window to the Womb for 2 early scans, a gender scan and a 4D scan and every single one was amazing. The staff are so friendly and make you feel at ease. The sonographer Farah was present at all our scans and she was absolutely brilliant and so lovely. Would recommend this place to anybody wanting a private scan and will certainly be returning in any future pregnancies that we may have! Thanks so much to you all xx

I came here today for a 4D scan of my baby boy and opted for the VIB package. The staff were extremely friendly and were amazing from the beginning to the very end. I also came for a gender scan when I was 16 weeks and the experience was the exact same! Couldn’t recommend Window to the Womb highly enough!

Had a nightmare with the baby burying her face in the placenta, but the staff offered us a re-scan, but even then the footage they could get 2nd time around was not very good because of babies position, so they offered us as much as they could. Just a shame the baby wasn't playing!! Nice staff, easy to find, and nice venue.

Been comming to wttw since I was 6 weeks pregnant we are on our 3rd scan now and about to attend for a wellbeing+gender reveal. Staff are amazing and so compassionate when I blubber like a baby every time.

I have been a few times throughout the pandemic to check our beautiful baby boy was okay due to not being able to have regular check ups, my partner was able to attend and it was the most amazing experience, couldn’t fault the place at all and the staff was all so lovely!

Had both of my gender scans here for my babies, the most amazing scan pictures captured and the girls are always so lovely and friendly wouldn’t go anywhere else xxx

I had my first scan at Window to the Womb Liverpool at 10 weeks. My previous pregnancy had ended in miscarriage and with everything going on with Covid-19 I was really anxious. Knowing my husband could attend the scan with me made me feel so much better as NHS scans weren't allowing partners at the time and it meant we could both see our baby for the first time together. There was social distancing measures in place and anti-bac hand gel available. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The sonographer was really friendly and took her time showing us the baby. We went back for another scan at 16 weeks and again the sonographer took her time to show us everything (there was a lot more to see this time!). We got to hear the heartbeat which I didn't get to hear at any of my other scans, and also had a sneak peak at the baby in 4D. We found out the sex which they put in an envelope for us to open when we wanted. Both scans were reassuring and professional and really made me feel at ease. I'd recommend to anyone looking to book a private scan.

Though there was a little bit of a wait, my first appointment was with Laura and she could not have been more reassuring and welcoming! She was very thorough in taking me through the process and made me feel very relaxed during my consultatiom, taking me through all my options and discussing what would work best for me. I have always heard that the Harley Medical Group has a shining reputation, and now I can confirm it.

Returned today for the premium package for well-being and gender scan was absolutely amazing would recommend to everyone! Girls are absolutely amazing who work and very helpful! Enjoyed every experience. Will definitely be returning an I cannot wait!

Just had my fourth appointment with Window To The Womb Liverpool, every single time I have visited this place I have had a lovely experience. This is my first pregnancy and I couldn’t of been made to feel more comfortable! The lady who has done my scans every time has been amazing and today we met a girl called Gemma who was really nice and helpful. Amazing place! :) x
