I can't thank every member of staff we met and spoke to enough. They were all amazing! Helpful and nothing was any trouble. I spoke to Amelia on the phone who helped loads, me Katie on reception who again helped immensely and then Ahmed and Jessie were absolutely brilliant and look after my autistic brother. I would highly recommend this dental surgery for everyone.

Fantastic from start to finish. The lady on reception was lovely and engaged with my little girl who is very shy. Equally the dentist and dental nurse were lovely and explained everything that was going to happen which put my daughter at ease.

Have been going to Gwersyllt for years now, never had a complaint. I had an appointment yesterday for a filling. As usual the whole procedure was pain free and Phillip and his staff always put you at ease and are friendly, efficient and treat you with kid gloves always.

After researching and calling various dentists this one stood out for me. The lady I spoke to was very professional but also friendly and listened to me. I've had problems with other dental practices in the past and finding a trustworthy place was imperative. Everything about joining the practice was explained clearly and concisely. The appointment itself was very good the dentist was the best I've seen and I felt I was listened to and he was very honest and again everything was explained perfectly. Going forward I will only be seeing Dr Tirca. 5 star experience ..a trustworthy dental practice.

Mr Tirca was very professional and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. He was excellent with my 2 year old son. An overall pleasant experience. The nurse was also professional and kind.

I can not express how highly I rate the service I have always received at Gwersyllt dental care, I have been a patient for a long long time , everyone is so pleasant and welcoming,and are so helpfill.A good example when I visited for my appointed yesterday it was late in the day ,but everyone had a smile and realy made me feel at ease..I was also pleased to have had a quick chat with Mr Guest as leaving .he has had some epic battles with my teeth over the years, always willing to provide the utmost care and attention and such a positive attitude.I confess to being a little worried when I heard of Mr Guest retirement .but after my visit with Molly the dental therapist yesterday it is quite evident that the standard of service Mr guest has worked so hard to achieve has been carried forward by the dental team at Gwersyllt.and I feel more at ease for my future visits . Dr Alex is a fantastic dentist and very professional. With his easy going persona, he explains everything in simple terms and takes excellent care of you at the same time. Rachel, Katie and the rest of the staff are also great people too, making sure that everything goes to plan and keeping you informed at all times in a very polite and pleasant manner. Fantastic practice, very professional and friendly team and super attentive to every individuals needs. The nervousness of visiting any dentist, disappears as soon as you walk through the doors of this practice.

Needed a emergency appointment for a tooth removal but had no registered dentist and NHS was not a option for me so I phoned FHP gwersyllt as a private patient was seen within 2 hours had tooth removed within 10mins didn't feel nothing was very satisfied with Alex my dentist very happy to chat and tell me anything I needed to know will defo be sticking with this dentist from now on.

Was absolutely terrified, but made at ease by all. No pain and every procedure explained. So pleased and a big thank you to all, especially Alex. Would highly recommend.

We have been going to this dental surgery since relocating to Wrexham a few years ago. I have had teeth filled here, as well as a wisdom tooth removed. The team are so professional and always make me feel at ease. Our dentist, Mr Guest, always explains everything clearly, and regularly checks I am OK throughout treatment. Attended Gwersyllt Dental Care yesterday. Excellent Covid precautions in place. Felt extremely happy on entering the building. I was booked in for a filling and Mr Guest explained everything to me before starting the procedure. Excellent dentist would not go anywhere else!

Friendly staff and helpful. Would prefer reminders more than a week in advance of appointment as can rarely make appointments given with such short notice as a working parent. Would also like treatment costs to be more clear as part of the payment plan and the focus on dentistry rather than trying to be sold the other health options introduced.

I attended the practice for dental implants which look amazing and feel so natural. Mr Guest was lovely, very calming and professional. I’m extremely nervous when attending the dentist, but Mr Guest explained every step of the procedure without trying to rush me. He took time to listen and allowed me time to calm myself.

Been twice now in the last 2 months the hound male dentist ( sorry don’t know his name) is fantastic, I’m extremely nervous at the dentist, but he always makes me feel ok explains everything before and during your appointment.

I was booked in on Thursday 3rd feb for a private consultation, i was very nervous but the dentist quickly put my mind at rest with his calm and reassuring manner , so much so that I have decided to go ahead with treatment ,thankyou to him and the dental nurses who were so pleasant and helpful.

I was referred to this dental surgery after a root canal had gone wrong which resulted in me needing an apicectomy. Unfortunately the tooth had discoloured quite considerably and once the infection has settled I went through of course of tooth whitening and the tooth now looks back to normal. Phil was fantastic from start to finish and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough for saving the tooth.

I called in as I was passing, at 10 am having had toothache for a few days and was told there was an appointment available at 2.30 that day. Turned out I had broken part of a tooth. I received an X-ray and filling and was made to feel at ease the whole time by Mr. Guest.

I have attended the surgery for over 20 years my appointments have been every 3 months, l have always had such a professional service with great communication with my dentist hygienist and dental staff. Can certainly recommend without a shadow of a doubt. Well done all

Been attending this practice for a long time. Went for my six month checkup yesterday. As always Mr Guest put me at ease and all that was needed was a clean. Professional as usual. .

My wife and I registered with this practice a few months ago. The quality of care we have received is second to none. Dr Guest, our dentist gave us our check ups and no treatment was needed. Our dental plan allows us two visits to the hygienist per year. This is a very thorough procedure and I was also given plenty of advice - more information about maintaining my teeth than I had ever received before. We are so glad to have found this practice, friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient.
