I have always have a warm welcome from my dentist Eva Hellebrand, who greets we warmly and personally each time I visit. She recently extracted a broken tooth, and despite being really anxious about it, she made me feel at ease and reassured me throughout the procedure. Hats off to the MyDentist team in Wrexham to the way they have kept smiling throughout this pandemic. Great team, it's a pleasure to be in their care!

Amended. Has done a great job on removing top teeth and getting me good quality dentures on my top gum.. Only trouble was they waited until outside 3 month time frame to call me for dentures hence I had to pay for the dentures separate :-( I am very disappointed with this practise.. I have tried to contact them for months but no chance. Fair enough we are going through a pandemic and I understand that..an email today saying get in touch..I phoned them on my lunch break and got through and was told I'm number 1 in the queue .. after quite a while it said sorry can't connect you and leave a message .. Lunch missed and no appointment..Terrible.. Must say though that young lady that has dealt with my teeth in past was excellent..but no good if you can't get through to them..

I used to enjoy the services provided here. I have decided to move to another practice as this dentist has just gone down hill within the past 3 years. The staff just make up excuses not to allow you into the practice. Trying to book an appointment with them is outrageous and if I'm being honest this dentist did nothing but damage my smile and make me dislike it. Thankfully I have changed practices and can honestly say this dentist will never live up to making you love your smile and you should avoid it at all costs.

I registered with this practice a few months ago after a number of really bad experiences elsewhere. I have trigeminal neuralgia which causes electric shock type pain in my upper and lower jaw, I can't remember a time when dental work didn't cause it to flare up. My dentist Eva and dental nurse Gemma have been amazing! When I first walked in I was so nervous, I had left appointments elsewhere in tears. These ladies are fantastic, they completely let me control what I can cope with and are always checking if I'm ok. They do everything possible to make sure they don't set the pain off. I've had quite a lot of work done now and they haven't once caused it to flare up. I honestly thought that I'd always have a fear of going to the dentist, but both Eva and Gemma have helped to conquer my fear. I can't thank them enough! I'd highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially those with a fear of the dentist or suffering from trigeminal neuralgia or other facial/neurological pain.

My dentist Wrexham is (was) my registered dentist. I called them in a lot of pain, they said they would call back….. they just didn’t! Where’s the patient care? I’ve subsequently left them. And found a great practice who got me in the very next day. You’re meant to have good service privately!!!

Iv always had a fear of dentists but since coming here the staff are so welcoming they have made me feel at ease the dentist is fantastic she has done a brilliant job fixing my teeth i feel so much more confident so i would definitely recommend coming here

I phoned up in pain after cracking a tooth to be told 2 years because I've not needed a dentist in 8 years I had been removed from there list a waste of time

I am so scared of the dentist and i get very worked up and upset.. The lady i saw mausami chethan and her assistant were amazing with me.. She kept stopping to see if i was ok.. I would recommend them

I'm a tremendously nervous patient but I saw Eva here and she was phenomenal, as were the dental nurses. Everyone I dealt with put me at ease, and I'd say that it was the best dental experience in terms of care, the expertise, and the smoothness of the procedure. I have really bad anxiety and today was a bad day for it, however, all of the staff I dealt with were praiseworthy, friendly and understanding. The receptionist was kind and gentle, and comforting presence to be met with in the waiting area. The hygienist and nurse were fantastic. Both taking the time to reassure me, consistently checking in on me, and putting me at ease. It very much felt like my wellbeing was prioritized.

Fantastic service from the start.. Regular texts about your forthcoming appointment so you never forget.. Staff here are so polite and helpful.. Obviously at the moment things are a little different due to covid.. every precaution has been adapted here Eva who treats my family here is so friendly my autistic son will only see her.. And she has been absolutely amazing with him..

I have been a patient with Whitecross / My Dentist for numerous years and will continue to be a patient for many more! This dental practice goes above and beyond and “ALL” the staff are truly wonderful! If you are nervous - this is definitely the place to go! My first visit to My Dentist i have to say all the staff where so lovely and kind as i was rather nervous. If your a Dental phobic like me, this is the place to go, as every step is taken to help with how you feel, and put your mind at ease! Thank you all, your fantastic!!

The idea of needles making my palms sweat. Everyone at the dentist was nice, made me feel relaxed. The receptionist was very helpful. The dentist lady is nice she made me feel comfortable. I wish my dentist was nice 30 years ago, I would have more teeth 🙂

Brilliant and efficient service continues to be delivered during these difficult times for those patients that require emergency dental treatment. Thank you to Mandy for getting my daughter in for a tooth extraction on a cancellation after being in a lot of pain . Any anxieties about visiting soon disappeared.
