I am having so much trouble from these. I am still waiting for my tooth out from 2 years ago to go the hospital and yesterday I rang up and they have kicked off the list and out of dentist cos I missed one appointment. The woman on reception spoke like dirt off her shoe and said i missed 2 appointments and one was from january but when I rang in april she told me they only started seeing people from april. I shouldn't even be giving them one 1 star. Dont go here. There just money grabbers

Been with this practice 6 years. And recently they Have Aquired my Dentist Martin. Who was Brilliant” had tooth Exraction recently + filling and clean up. Martin is fantastic - thanks Graham Calverley

If I could give no stars I would. The receptionist are so rude there and tried to tell incorrect information on when my children had appointments when I even showed the texts confirming my children’s appointments. They tried to tell me I have always waited 6 months for children’s fillings when that is not true! I sent a complaint email and they said they were looking into it and nothing back! They also cancelled my husbands appointment due to covid which was expected, however then refused him an emergency appointment saying he missed his last one (they cancelled!) there record keeping is a shambles as they didn’t even realise they had done a filling in my child’s mouth. Luckily we all now elsewhere with no issues.

Emergency appointment. Relatively quick and painless proceed to remove impacted tooth. Dentist understood I was nervous and was calm and considerate throughout. Pleased with my service.

I took my 5yr old grandson for an emergency appointment when he knocked a tooth out & whilst we were there the dentist also removed 2 loose teeth. I must say he was great at putting my grandson at ease, he talked to him very gently & distracted him from seeing the needle he was about to use, my grandson hardly flinched. No tears, all smiles! Very happy with the service we received by all staff, as the receptionists were lovely too. Thank you all :0)

Terrible service. Rude receptionist, removed from register as I hadn’t attended during lockdown when they were only taking emergency appointments. I wasn’t even notified until I called to make an appointment over a broken tooth. 111 managed to get me an emergency app with TT 😬 which was horrendous!

I had an extraction a few weeks ago, Ines the dentist was complaining about not getting paid properly as NHS staff to her assistant, I was nervous, she wasn’t happy and she couldn’t manage to extract my teeth completely, she said that I had to go to hospital to have the rest of my teeth removed, I was so upset, got home and had a mini heart attack. I will take her to court. She didn’t even bother to recommend to the hospital, not a call or apology. Horrible service, unprofessional and rude. Never again , avoid like a plague.

I was unable to attend an appointment in March 2020 because the Prime Minister had just declared the first lockdown. Was removed from their books as a result 🙄

Call today for a loose tooth taken out. From the moment I arrived to the time I left everyone was friendly and professional. I'm petrified of going to the dentist but my experience today was first class

I’ve had nothing but trouble with this dentist they do not finish your treatment as they should and I had a rout canal 1st stage and they have left it over a month to do the 2nd stage and ended up in A&e with severe tooth problems and major inflammation spoke to multiple privet dentist and got told I was getting treated wrongly and medical negligence. I would not recommend this dentist.

I have been waiting since the start of November to have a tooth removed after a filling (put in by them) had come out, first the dentist was ill and had to cancel for 2 weeks then when I finally got another appointment my dentist got into a car accident on the way to work and had to wait till the new year, the new year came I kept ranging got told I’m in the cancellation book but I have 5 diffrent “emergency” appointment to for this due to unbearable pain, they only put temporary fillings in as iv got an appointment in July, and they don’t have any other appointments; even after I specifically pointed I had sepsis twice last year.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Due to not provide the service that was advised. Failed to do dauvhters referral due to apparently not having my name or number, which they text multiple times. Dentist was happy to blame breastfeeding on my daughters tooth decay however specialist told me that he has never heard such nonsense.

If I could leave no stars I would.. Covid struck couldn’t get an appointment which I understand When they were taking appointments I made an appointment they cancelled on me saying because of covid we can only do emergency appointments so phone back. But pain went so I didn’t bother Well been taken off the books because I did 3 late cancellations 2 of which as a single parent kids come first then third was was then mucking me about, bloody nuisance. Gotta find a dentist now where doesn’t cost a kidney to just get a routine check up

Have been to talking teeth many times was never so satisfied as I was today... I think it is the first time I was seen by Asad n Alister n both did a good job...they guided me well on how to take care of my teeth too and wat is the best treatment for future... I think they are a great Asset for talking teeth....we definitely need more dentist like them...

Honestly petrified of dentist had an emergency appointment was super nervous going in the dentist I seen was so kind and reassuring dident rush did an amazing job thank you so much 😊

so upset. my mum had to take time off work this morning to take me here for a tooth extraction as i have been in the worst pain imaginable for the past 2 years. we left my house with plenty of time to get to the dentist however a lorry had broken down so there was standstill traffic. we called the dentist and informed them that we may be a bit late and the receptionist said they usually give you about 5 minutes. we managed to get into the dentist building at 9:07 (my appointment was at 9:00) and they told us that we were too late and that the dentist won’t see us. ridiculous i now have to wait another week in agony for my tooth to be taken out.

Recently been attending this Dentist to been seen by Martin,he is absolutely fantastic,so pleased at last that there was someone that gave you superb service, but now told he is leaving at Christmas, wish I knew where he was going as I would register if possible with him,he has been the best ever over the 10 years I have attended this Dentist.. Thank you Martin you are a good one..

Had an emergency appointment in December seen by a lovely Dentist he put me at ease straight away, came back this week to have tooth out I think the Dentist name was Martin , he was brilliant all the staff were so polite and reassuring going back in March for a filling .

5 years ago I visited this dentist, and was treated so poorly it led to suicidal thoughts and clinical depression for the past 5 years. I went back today, finally trying to turn everything around and it felt like a different place. Was shaking in fear to much to catch her name but my dentist was amazing. The first time in years someone has made me feel better about my situation and is doing everything they can to help make my situation better. Thank you for turning my sickening fears into hopefull optimism.

Beware trying to communicate with the RECEPTIONIST Michelle, if she doesent like what you say she'll act above her pay grade and take you off the patient list. This dictator, who has a rep' for being gobby, cancelled an appointment and then denied doing so. Basically we got binned for missing an appt we cancelled due to work commitments. We await a response from someone with real authority there. Georgina.

Visited this practice today and I would highly recommend it. Friendly staff that put out at your ease. Dentist explained everything. I asked for a third injection in the gum as i hadn't felt needle the first two times. Didn't feel it the third either ! Great service. Thank you

I don't know whether some of these reviews are real, because my experience with the actual dentist has been the best dentists I've ever had. The staff over the phone are a bit shocking, though as I was in severe pain from an abscess but were no help in getting antibiotics which resulted in me overdosing on painkillers. So, maybe room for improvement there.

Absolute terrible service was told by the receptionist they don't have a waiting list which they do as I've been on it for 2 years and she then puts the phone down on me

Emergency appointment booked Wednesday due to a infected tooth, saw Martin the Denist, superb effort, tooth had to go, swelling is gone and feel great. Thank you.
