Called there today on behalf of a neighbour who had just come out of hospital. He gave me a lost of what he wanted so I asked a young lady called Millie to help me. She did her best, was very pleasant. She then passed me another young lady and a guy called Colin(I think). My goodness me they were so patient with me whilst I rang my neighbour. 4 items were not I'm stock but between us we got it sorted. I really do want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. Well done all.👏👏👏

Just popped in for flu jab. Christmas stock being put out. Managed to get a few things, lunch, some perfume on offer. Staff friendly and store nice and quiet for a Friday afternoon

We booked in for a colour match with the No 7 beauty team and saw Siobhan. That was a great experience and would highly recommend it. Store is lovely and clean and light. Watch the car parking though. The parking company are known to fine if the see you crossing the road to Sainsburys.

Today i visited boots in plas coch wrexham and was honoured in meeting mandy, aswell as the other staff too who were also polite, she was exceptionally informative, friendly and helpful, took time to explain intricate details etc, and knew her environment well, well done boots the staff here are lovely people, also the bargains were good, thankyou

Good size store with good offers

It's a good sized store. The only problem is they offer 'pharmacy services' without offering a dispensing service so they can't fulfill prescriptions for medication. Seems a bit confusing for customers.

It's still a very good store to do your shoping. But, I think getting ready with Christmas stock. It's worth a look see.

Rarely visit,stock difficult to find at times no one there to ask advice not a very friendly experience

I love boots, you can browse all your favourite products and premium after shaves and makeup for Xmas gifts and smell perfume samples, then go to the perfume shop and get them half price!

Quite a large store within the Plas Coch shopping centre.. Easily reached and parking directly available outside the store.. Ideal for those with mobility issues.. The staff are friendly and helpful.. It has everything you expect from a Boots store.. Dispensing chemist.. Babby products.. Mens products.. Laddies perfume. Make up-.. Etc.. And much more..

Went in today and had to ask for some help with some of the tanning products. A younger lady helped me to navigate some of the different products and helped me try something new which didn’t disappoint. Really helpful!

Most upset they let 2 women with no face masks enter in front of me. The women were friends and looked like mum+ daughter. Staff were not interested in challenging the women. The women were defiant when challenged by a customer. Statistically highly unlikely they were BOTH exempt on medical grounds as they were together. Staff in a so-called medical store not enforcing health-care rules is very wrong. Felt unsafe and left without buying

Big venue, got what you would expect from a boots just a bit under staffed.

Staff very helpful they found what we was looking for and then gave us a voucher to get £5 off bonus...
