Wouldn't even give this place a 1 star waited 2 an half hours for the food to turn up they forgot the strawberry milkshake an the food was all cold an the potatoe was hard. The blt was like rubber an cold. No colsaw with it which it should of come with. Phoned the shop and the cleaner answered saying the boss weren't there to get a refund never again would I ordered from here worst food iv ever tasted

Ordered a breakfast bin lid, description said 2 sausage, 2 bacon, egg, hash brown & black pudding. It arrived with 1 bacon and added mushrooms (which is not in the description) I don't like mushrooms, so I was really disappointed. I also ordered a chicken & bacon baguette for lunch and it was a part bake roll that hadn't been cooked, it wasn't nice. Sorry but I won't be ordering from here again.

Just had coffee which was good. Seemed to be loads of deliveries going out so must be pretty good food.

The restaurant rang me to say my food would be an hour late which I didn't have an issue with but when the food turned up my jacket potato was missing the chilli so I rang them and they did they were sorry so they put cheese on it but it should of had cheese on it as well as the chilli also the desert was missing the custard and to top it off once the breakfast was opened at the cost of £9 it was missing the 2 slices of black pudding and the plum tomatoes.... this was my go to place for a quality meal but its definitely changed so it may of changed owners or something but definitely not the place it used to be

Yesterday my friend and I enjoyed a lovely Dinner here.i would highly recommend this Cafe.the staff were polite and well mannered

They took my order over the phone as I have been ordering with them for the last 2-3 years! I then received a text message 15 mins later saying they have decided to cancel my order due to being to far away ???? I live 2.9 miles away from the restaurant just to clarify.... and if that's the case why on Wrexham eats and just eat does it let me order to my address and there actual website?? Poor poor service and the girl on the phone was rude! Shame really

Ordered today for lunch, the delivery was incredibly fast and the driver was soooo lovely and friendly. The prices are so affordable and it’s great to have a local place with homemade food- not only that but the food was delicious and hearty and I’ll definitely be ordering from there again

Very nice at the copper kettle. We want for coffee. Just by chance.but but only to find they but VAT.and the person I was with not to impressd by the VAT. As if you have a meal it would of course be added on the price stated in the menu.

Ordered a full breakfast, chunky chips, and a lemon drizzle cake through Wrexham Eats. Order was received quickly considering all the roadworks. Food was still warm and the cold dessert had been kept separate from the hot food. The food was delicious and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

I just wanted to say a big big thank you for the beautiful lunch and once again amazing best ever cheesecake, absolutely fantastic. My eldest who is very critical and particular about food as he is autistic was over the moon and truly enjoyed it so much, that you are deemed ‘the go to takeaway’ that will always be popular for him. Just amazing, you have made my day. Thank you for everything. Truly recommend the Copper Kettle, we have had Sunday roast, meals from the daily menu and various cheesecakes and truly is beautiful food, wonderful service and quality. Amazing staff too. We have a breakfast order every Friday in work from the copper kettle and I can’t fault it. Food is always to a high standard, staff friendly and food is always ready on time. The sausages are the best I’ve ever tasted, 5 star review very well deserved!

Ordered homemade cottage pie. Mince was very watery thank goodness only small amount. The hair in it was an unordered extra. The mash was ready made they did not even mash it to get rid of Lumps and make sure it was hot, with tinned baby carrots and pies. I mean what was homemade very very disappointed . Heard it was getting better which is why I ordered. Pudding ok at least had that not worth the extra nearly £5 for delivery and service. Crossed off the list of good takeaway food

Was looking forward to a nice Sunday dinner but food was delivered luke warm and cauliflower cheese was cold. Shame really as the meat (good portions), mash and veg was nice when microwaved hot. Was over charged by £1.50, no explanation as to why, only a small amount but it's the principle, no apology either when contacted, not great customer service. Disappointed.

1 star due to the poor food quality, the roast potatoes were rock hard, the meat was poor and definitely doesn't taste like butchers meat, we haad high hopes for this as the breakfast we had was ok, but over £35 spent on food you would expect much more. Found a hair in the potatoes, they were too hard to chew, and the Yorkshire puddings were no better.. the meat was all fatty and i am disappointed and upset that we wasted that much money on a 'large' dinner

Ordered a Sunday dinner for home delivery. Was quite disappointed with what arrived. The meat wasn't the best and the food was pretty cold when it arrived. Ordered apple crumble for after, the apple was rock hard and custard was watery the crumble itself was like dust. Unfortunately not worth the money. It probably tastes a lot better in the cafe itself. Shame really 😒

Ordered off the website. No issues at all great choice of food. The good is great and no issues with the delivery and a friendly driver.

First time ordering from here and can honestly say very impressed. We had 2 roast dinners delivered and the food was excellent. Yorkshire puddings were amazing. Only wish we had gotten some puddings aswell now. That will be next time. Presentation goes along way. You got this spot on. Well done cant wait to try more.

A great place for a traditional British breakfast. It was cooked to order and delicious .Staff were efficient and friendly. The have great coffee as well.
