    Ordered and paid for a Graco birth-4years child seat at the Wrexham store. Told it would be ready for collection in 2 days. Went this morning to collect and turned out never ordered and they no longer stocked this seat! The guy we saw was so apologetic and offered us a better seat for the same price. Couldn’t fault their handling of this and a big well deserved thank you

    Just purchased 2 bulbs for my headlamps made by Halfords, claiming white light and 200% brighter. The bulbs have 2 blue bands on the glass, amd fitted perfectly, they cost 14.99 each. I Changed one of the bulbs and did a side by side comparison with the old one still in the other side, while it was dark and there is zero difference between the stock bulbs I already have. Looking at the beam on the wall or looking into the headlamp. This is the product on my receipt. HFD ADV +200% 477 H7 They are going back next visit for a refund. The car mats I bought are not a good fit, despite saying they are for my specific vehicle, slight overlap on the passenger side mat, and it only has one retainer on the drivers side mat in the middle, but my car has one each side. They do the job, but there are better mats that fit correctly out there on the Internet for a couple of quid less.

    Absolutely disgusted with the treatment my husband experienced. Slot to pick up bike 12.00pm. Seen at 12.15. Bike not ready. Back at 3pm. Made to wait 30mins. He finally got home at 4pm. TOO LATE TO TAKE BIKE OUT. CHEERS HALFORDS, way to ruin a birthday. 😡😡😡

    It took no time at all for the fitter to replace my head light bulb, it cost £14-79 for the bulb and fitting which was worth every penny, the fitter was polite and did the job efficiently.

    The service was great, staff are very friendly. Bike mechanic Andy does very thorough jobs, and provide handy tips and advice on bicycle care. I'm very impressed with his skills. The waiting time for a full bike service is a bit long though.

    Popped in as the back right indicator had stopped working. I went to the auto parts section and explained to man called Darren. Darren took the reg plate of the car to confirm make and model and went to get a bulb. He did offer to take a look firstly just incase the bulb wasn't faulty. He did what was effectively a service of the car in the car park. Darren discovered that the cable was loose. He then reattached the whole lighting assembly and said "there you go! All done" He did that just to provide a service. What a guy. I couldn't leave without paying anything so I bought the bulbs. Didn't really come close the the freindly and excellent service though!! Staff like Darren are the reason brick and mortar shops shouldn't ever vanish. This is why I always come back to Halfords. Thanks a ton!

    I ordered an item on line, due date in a week. However message to say its in and I can collect it. Called in the store, showed my order number and the item was brought out straight away. Friendly and helpful Staff. A very quick and easy trip to Halfords Wrexham

    Happy with my purchase but a little annoyed that I had to chase my click and collect as didn’t receive any notification that my order was ready to collect. Website said collect within an hour I ended up going into store the next day. Staff weren’t bothered, no apology and when I said I was hoping to use the bike rack today I just got a chuckle in reply!

    helpful staff but many rows of "clean your vehicle stuff " seems far more prominent that more important service items - probably more profitable! Having failed to get on with their website asked about membership discount but the chap couldn't get in either.Maybe needs more work!

    Waited for over 2 hrs for click and collect no store number and contact centre had to call 4 times for call back each time the phone call back was 2 seconds then hung up finally went to store and reason was system fault, no one in store and Manager would not speak to me direct only through till operator yet I could see the Manager in an aisle. Really poor advice go to Amazon next time.

    Recently had to try and sort bike parts out in a hurry for my daughter's birthday and Andy in the bike section went above and beyond to help me sort out what I needed with advice and help. Couldn't have asked for much more. Excellent service 👍

    I made a mistake with my order, Darren @ Halfords called me to question my error and sorted it out, nice. The install of my front and rear cameras is neat & tidy and works well. I'm very pleased with the service that I received and will definately use in the future.

    I took my son's bike in for a repair and was genuinely blown away by the service delivered by Andy on the bike floor. He couldn't have been any more attentive and helpful and went way above and beyond what was expected by fitting the parts we needed, which saved me a ton of time and made my son very happy. A superstar staff member who left an outstanding impression.

    I popped to the Wrexham store to enquire about roof rails and a roof box. I purchased both items on 2 separate occasions and was extremely happy with the service I received. Very easy and informative about the products and friendly staff. Thanks for making my visits easy and enjoyable. Would defiantly recommend this store to anyone.

    Poor customer service - my husband surprised me with a bicycle for my birthday during the second year of the pandemic (2021). As he bought it online, it arrived fully assembled, in a bicycle-shaped cardboard box. Even on my test ride it had a slight issue, the front tyre was catching on something (we could not figure out what it was) and after using it during our fourth trip, the front part of it came apart - luckily it happened when I was pedalling slowly, so I managed to jump off. After this I did not ride my new bike as I did not trust it. My husband promised to take it back, but we were both very busy in work (I work for the NHS, he works in funeral care). We felt reassured that our '1 year guarantee' gave us time. Little did we know, when we tried to have the bike sorted about a month before the guarantee expired, the Halford shop in Wrexham was so busy, after the store's mechanic looked at it, he said he could only fix it if we are placed on a waiting list, which would take us two months past the guarantee deadline. When I got upset and phone the store, the customer service representative asked me to read the guarantee/warranty policy online (????). When I rang again and spoke to the nationwide customer service, I was promised an email back and got a case number and the name of the rep, but NOBODY EVER got in touch with me to sort the problem. Now I have a bike which cost £220 I used four times (Halfords reps did not believe me when I said this, because I kept the bike for months - the condition of it shows that I truly did not use it and this is not really the point if they offer a 1-year guarantee). Anyway, long story short - MAKE SURE NOT TO BUY A BIKE OR ATTEMPT TO SORT AN ISSUE WITH HALFORDS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, ONLY THEIR PROFIT. Happy birthday to me!!!! :-(

    Staff are slow and dawdling. Long queue, spend too much time chatting to customers. When it was my turn to pick up an order they couldn't find it. It was right in front of them! I had to go into the cage myself and get it. Ridiculous. First and last time here, will continue to use Rhyl instead.

    An amazing service provided. Needed new headlight for my daughters car before an MOT test and was ordered, picked up and fitted (in the middle of storm Barra) by Halfords in less than 2 hours for £15...!! I highly recommend these guys.

    Was served by Michelle in the Wrexham store to purchase a new ebike. She was nothing less than perfect. She even stayed 40 mins after her shift had finished to ensure we were happy with everything. She even squeezed in the set up so it was ready to take on our holidays. 1st class service from start to finish. Can praise her highly enough

    Ordered on line and picked up item a little later The guy behind the till took my details and retrieved my item. Took a few details and on my way The receipt was sent via email.. Been to this store many times as it has a good range From car parts.. Electrical products stereos /sat nav.etc . But personally enjoy looking at the great range of hand tools and some of the socket sets which are fantastic quality have a lifetime guarantee..

    Halfords Wrexham is easy to access, has good parking possibilities. Staffs are very friendly and approachable. As for me.. particularly the cycle department. When ever I come here for little repair Jobs..there is always one available to take care of it. Great service...quick and professional. Thank you guys and ladies
