Fantastic and helpful staff. They couldn't do enough. Good little shop too And a good selection of cats .

Visited this protection centre several weeks ago and was impressed with the interior layout and temporary accommodation for the cats. The staff were professional and extremeley willing to answer questions. Would recommend adopting a cat from here, in the knowledge that all cats have received the best veterinary care, in addition to being nurtured by loving staff during their stay.

First time adopting a cat in such circumstances, staff are great, center is wonderful and the detail of medical care, history and observations on the cat are 1st class. My new friend settled in from day 1 and is the perfect companion. Turned a house into a home with a paw print.

Do not adopt a cat from here without an independent vet check. If you have been told your pet is healthy in all likelihood they are not. Their complaint handling process is appalling. Very disappointing that an animal charity would re home cats with undivulged and untreated pre existing health conditions and then fail to take responsibility.

The facilities are truly top notch. The animals seem well cared for and like their well being matters. Highly recommend adopting and/or donating. £ well spent.

All of the people that work here are fantastic picked up our two kittens Thursday morning, and they are settling in nicely in their new home thanks to the staff at cat's protection Wrexham.

I’ve recently left my 2 beloved cats with cats protection It was 1 of the hardest choices I’ve ever had to make but due to circumstances I can’t provide my cats with all the love and attention they deserve. The pain is heartbreaking and I miss them so much. The staff at cats protection have been so amazing thank you so much for looking after my cats until they get re homed. Whoever re homes them you are going to get 2 of the best cats ever ❤️

We adopted our cat on Friday and she's settling in well. The staff were super friendly and the facilities are simply amazing.

Myself and my husband had the hardest decision to make when my late mother in law pasted away in April this year. What do we do about the cats? Knowing full well that we where unable to keep them due to having a Jack Russell and the cats themselves not being confident around dogs we knew that the right thing to do was to re-home them with the Cats Protection in Wrexham. I would like to send out the biggest and most appreciative thank you to Vicki who is one of the managers at CP. She was so helpful and made the process much less stressful. It was so hard giving them up but we knew it was the best decision for the cats. I would also like to thank all of the team at CP Wrexham for looking after the cats. Our minds where put to rest when handing them over as we knew they would have the best care and be found the best homes. Thank you so much for everything you have done CP Wrexham.

Great staff. Very friendly and do everything they can to make your cat adoption go smoothly.

Couldn't go in due to restrictions, but the staff made sure I got to see our new family member on whatsapp and was well informed about her 🙂
