One of the staff members makes 'fun' of disability to you face and thinks its funny. (the others are OK btw!) He clearly hates people (or his job/ life) and his demeanor is similar to bully boy bounders on the doors in town who get off on being mean. How to get his rocks off by being horrible to customers is clearly his thing. Either that or it was the worst day in the history of work, ever; but i doubt that - you just know when you meet an unkind or mean person who thinks he's special. Worst customer service ever and he ruins it for the other good staff. Avoid or not, it's your call!

Popped into tool station Wrexham today not impressed at all by service I received from young lad, I asked him for two chains for my chain saws and he asked if I had the codes? I told him no and gave him the size’s I was looking for he asked me to look in the book for codes which I told him I couldn’t as I didn’t have glasses with me, when I asked him to look on the pc he told me he was too busy, so I walked out not happy

This branch is about average for Toolstation, but the posted opening times have been wrong for over two years and the management don't care enough about it to update them - be careful if you go along as they usually shut earlier than stated.

Always have such great service in this Toolstation, the staff are all so friendly, and super helpful- especially if you're not too sure what you're looking for!

It is What it is, for me though they struggle with customer service. I would expect a little more attention to detail when it comes answering questions

Excellent service as always staff are polite and friendly as well as helpful x items in stock which is always a bonus, if not then they can be ordered for the next day no big issue unless you need it instantly ie burst pipe or leaking loo 5 ***** as always was even open on boxing day. Husband sent me on a mission to find a few items he needed had to wait for one to arrive the following day but not urgent chimney cowl so happy to wait the extra day.

Sadly our kitchen sink that was to be delivered arrived at a different destination. While customer services investigate I ordered another as I needed it for the templating of the worktops. Sadly when the new kitchen sink arrived it was a wheelbarrow. Sammy who works in the Wrexham shop was fantastic. She arrange refund for the lost delivery, rearranged the sink to arrive and all whilst in the shop. today Sammy phone me to assure me the sink had arrived and that all was ready for pick up. Top class response to system errors and from a polite a courteous member of staff without which this would be a very different review and experience.

Genuine staff who will go out of their way to help you. If they don’t have something in they have literally picked one up for me from another store. The service here is incredible and I would recommend to anyone.

Great value and the most polite/helpful staff I have ever encountered! The only downside is Toolstation’s stock levels have always been inferior to competitors and it must drive the staff mad saying “out of stock” all day long! If head office improved the stock availability Toolstation would be miles ahead of its competitors

Arrived 18.20hrs on a Monday to find the Wrexham branch shut. Claims to be open till 8pm. This is not the first time this has happened. Very shoddy!

I don’t normally leave reviews but the team have been excellent throughout covid. Really good service and happy despite the challenges we have all faced.

Despite website being updated only three weeks ago the store is frequently closed before advertised times,some of us do not have time to waste!!
