Amazing very beautiful views from the outside pool I think there’s about 8 or 9 pools if you go upstairs where the food court is there’s a pool up there too I didn’t find it till later on there’s plenty of lockers and you just use your wrist band to buy any food or drinks and then you pay on the way out so you don’t need any money inside I think you get 3 hours in there

Amazing pools outside. Comfortable temperatures of the water to stay out. Large pools allow you to swim freely and comfortably. Nice buffet to have lunch, affordable prices. We took 3 hours but it’s better to take more. However, staff don’t speak English (or maybe they didn’t want to) and they refused to call a taxi for us which was surprising. Cannot say that the staff was pleasant and nice.

Very nice place. A little bit crowded but people are distributed over several pools, so it is still nice place to spend some hours. Lockers are big enough and there are place to change clothes. Towels and slippers you need to bring with you. It is also recommended to bring a bathrobe. The place is clean, but in cold weather there may be not enough sitting places beside the pool.

It’s a great complex with quite a few pools both inside and outside. The view outside is beautiful. The massage spots are occupied rather fast, so if you want to use the spots outside, it might take some time/effort. Please, note there is an inside pool on the 2nd floor as well (close to the cafe). There is no elevator for people with special needs. Also I’d say that there are not so many sun beds outside. We have visited several pool complexes in the area and I can say this one had the fewest people and it was even possible to swim around some! There was only one disadvantage that spoilt positive impressions- the cafe on the upper floor… All trays were dirty, you could see how they used one cloth to wipe them off and it left pieces of food and such on many trays. Quite unpleasant, so you wonder if the food was cooked the same way- in a dirty kitchen… So my suggestion is to eat elsewhere not there! All in all, if we forget cafe experience, the pool complex is really nice! For the lockers you need to put your watch to the computer screen, it’ll show the number, the lock takes several seconds to open, you need to push the door in to open it (it took some time to figure!) All in all, our visit was quite great!

This is an example of how to do a thermal baths properly. Lots of different pools, decently-heated water in most of them, lots of water jets for your aching back and tired muscles and a truly outstanding hydro-massage area (which puts all similar places in the UK to shame, most of which are twice the price), with its clever system of rotation on a signal so that everybody gets the same amount of time for each of the 25 or so different water jets, which are set at different heights so that they cover every single bit of your body.

The place is very nice, but it gets kinda boring if you are there for too long. Pools are coll because they don't have that chlorine smell. Pools are very warm. I can tell even hot, but the biggest problem is that if you want to go to another pool, you need to go through cold corridors. These corridors are kinda long.

Great pool and great slides. Plenty of relaxing spa areas with different treatments. The food is reasonable. The place can easily get overcrowded. Some of the staff are very friendly

Jacuzzi is too relaxing. I liked the water challenge for kids. For others swimming arenas I don't know what to say. Water is hot and sometimes you getting sad

A great spa! I can imagine it gets pretty busy on a hot day, but we visited in the late afternoon and stayed till closing. The wrist band system allows you to make food/treatment purchases and pay the bill on exit. The lower pool area cave & wayerfall are easily missed!

Super clean Therme. Lots of pools. Good food in the restaurant (7,9pln for 90g). Aqua aerobic takes place at 11am, 3pm and 6pm in the indoor pool. The red slide makes us most of the fun. The pool next to the restaurant offers a charming relaxing moment. We have spent 440minutes in the water park. It was amazing.

Big and clean thermal baths. Almost everyone in the staff knew English and were helpful. The lockers are opened with the bracelet they give you and you also use this same bracelet to buy food and drinks inside at the restaurant and then you pay when you leave the premises. The restaurant had an open buffet which was 7.90 złoty for 90 grams if I am correct. They also had drinks and pizzas. On a Saturday afternoon, it was quite busy and full of people but still it was clean and well organised. The changing rooms also had showers and dryers. Also there were lots of parking spaces.

Amazing place to spend your day, escape the daily routine and relax!

It was quite busy but apparently it can get doubled busy in the summer so can’t attest to then! It was really fun. If you go definitely order from the inside bottom bar and take the drinks out with you. Fabulous warm baths and very clean- felt more like a spa than a swimming baths.

Visited 3 thermals during the extended weekend and this is my most favourite. Nice view, and area is not crowded. If you are interested in massage, facial treatment or other procedures —this is the right place to chose! I have tried full body massage and had my hair done, and can 100% reccommend both!
