I stayed here for several days with my friends and we had so much fun. The staff at the executive tower (especially the the staff at the concierge) deserve 5 stars alone. They were so patient and accommodating with our questions and requests- including requesting taxis (which we had issues with on our own phones). The cleaning staff are also really great, it was so nice to come back after a long and exhausting day to a completely spotless room. The room design is very nice - I really liked the bathroom, it was my favorite part of the room. The location of the hotel itself is also great - it is located across the street from myeongdong night market and is easily accessible by the euljiro il (1) ga station and myeongdong station. As it is located in the center of Seoul, getting to Hongdae, the National Museum of Korea, and any of the palaces by subway is pretty easy. Apgujeong Rodeo and Gangnam are I think not as easy to get to, I would recommend taking a taxi to and from there. As for getting to the hotel from the airport and vice versa, if you brought rolling luggage, you will have an easier time getting to and from by the airport bus, which you can pay for via card, cash, or t-money. I highly recommend this hotel when you visit!

Beautiful place but awful service. Little english understood. You need to pay for toothbrush and toothpaste. Sauna is at an extra cost. The best are the location and the connection to the shopping mall. A grand old dame arrogant because of its past. Better find alternatives

Pros: - The rooms were nice and clean. - The hotel's location was perfect. - direct access to the Lotte department store. - breakfast was enjoyable. - The food through room service was delicious! - housekeeping staff were amazing. - luxury spa Cons: - The spa and gym were located in the main tower, so you had to go to floor 1, cross the lobby to the main tower, and use another elevator to reach the spa/gym. - There were no taxis waiting outside. - no actual lobby, only a standing front desk, and it felt like an airport.

A top hotel in top location in Seoul. Food court downstairs. Good amenities, gym etc.

Rooms were fantastic, just didn't feel like a hotel. Once you are out of the room there is very little to keep you in the hotel.

Might be the NICEST hotel I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels. This particular facility is fantastic on every level and well worth the price in Korea. Not just because of the amenities but because the service is outstanding. Most staff understands English, and the staff who do not go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and accommodated. There was a small issue with the room at no fault of the hotel and we received prompt service! Thank you Peter Park for helping us! Plus, the location is unbeatable with just a quick walk to downtown MyeongDong- and the hotel is right above the Lotte department store markets!

Amazing hotel! Must book hotel when visiting Seoul in South Korea. The rooms with the view to the Lotte N tower is a must book. The cleaning service of the room are really good and the amenities such as the coffee and thee are one of the best ones to date visited in korea.

This hotel exudes perfect amenities and an elegant ambiance, which made me truly delighted as a guest. The interior of the rooms boasts a sophisticated and contemporary design, while the comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms provided relaxation and comfort. I must also commend the staff's warmth and hospitality, which added to the overall experience.
