    I have been working with Pedro for a couple of months now and I am glad I came. He not only trains you, but teaches you based on what is best for your body and mind. The sessions are comprehensive and engaging. Each workout is customized to ensure you can meet the goals you define, safely and sustainably. Your time here is well spent as you learn, get stronger, and feel better about yourself in an encouraging environment. Itโ€™s not easy but definitely worth it. But who does it because itโ€™s easy? Definitely recommended.

I've done workout regimens on my own and at other gyms before, but I've never seen results this quickly! My wife and I have only been going twice a week, but our results have been solid, and we're consistently making progress and setting personal records. Pedro has often swapped out exercises depending on our comfort or personal strengths, so there's always a way to make progress even if some exercises seem daunting at first.

    KRAFT-the german word for strength can be applied in many ways in this great facility.The owner/trainer Pedro is a fantastic guy with a solid professional knowledge on every aspect of the training and the individual needs.I have been skeptical when I started the PT but was pleasantly surprised in every aspect and look forward to every session as I walk out just that little bit more fit and feeling confident.I can highly recommend Kraft Studio to anyone who wants to do something good to his/hers body.

    I spent 6 weeks training with Pedro in his newly opened studio and learned more in that time than in years of doing online, generic workout plans. His depth of knowledge is second to none and his attention to detail is always reassuring. He takes time to tailor his programmes thoroughly in terms of each individual's needs and aims, as well as their overall potential. He asks lots of questions and explains the mechanics of each exercise to ensure you push yourself and improve without sustaining injury. He provides the most up-to-date advice on nutrition also, which has been very helpful. He is true to his aim of training his clients so that they no longer need him, and the time spent was a fantastic investment.

    The studio is new, clean, and has all the equipment needed for a great workout. Pedro (the head trainer) creates fun and challenging workouts so things never get boring. He was great at accommodating my mobility issues and had several exercise options ready to fix everyone. I highly recommend KRAFT PT Studio for any fitness or experience level!

    I originally signed up for 36 sessions with Pedro and has since renewed for more, as I like his style and approach.     Effective and results-driven. I came to personal training, wanting to be stronger, healthier and more energetic. I also had several health issues. Pedro is an effective, efficient trainer with an integrated holistic approach (exercise, nutrition, etc.) tailored to the individual, and not on the latest fitness or diet fads. In the past few months, I gained muscular strength, reduced chronic pain, adopted healthier lifestyle choices, and have more energy.     I've been meaning to get back into fitness for the last 3 years but constantly kept putting it on hold due to work. But once I took the plunge and decided to invest in personal training, Pedro was the right person for the job and I have no regrets with the results from my 36 sessions (3 months). As others have mentioned, Pedro really does work hard on each client and even keeps excel spreadsheets on each individual to map out work out sessions and track strength and endurance improvement (which you'll definitely see a lot of if you choose to work with him). Apart from being professional in the gym he also makes the sessions fun and engaging. Every time I went in for my hour long session I found that it went by faster than expected each time. I never dreaded going. In 3 months I learned how to exercise all parts of the body properly. He's worth the money.

    Pedro is an expert in his field. With over 10 years of experience, everything he teaches is supported by scientific research. Not only will you get great training but he will pass on his knowledge which will positively affect your health and how you treat your body. Don't train with steroid-pumped bodybuilders who run gyms and call themselves PTs. You'll end up hurting yourself. Train with Pedro for functional strength and increased natural muscle mass (or whatever your goals may be) with little to no risk of injury.     I worked with Pedro for four weeks and achieved great results! Pedro is more than just a personal trainer. Heโ€™s a trainer, a physical therapist, and a nutritionist all rolled into one. In the eight hours that I worked with Pedro (I trained twice a week for one hour) and following his advice for outside of the gym (a moderate eating plan), I was able to lose 3kgs/7lbs and 2 percent body fat, without losing muscle. I was also able to improve the condition of my knees (I have patella femoral pain syndrome). Pedro is a highly qualified trainer who knows his stuff. Working with him will be the best thing you do for your physical health and well-being.

    I decided to train here at Kraft after my lumbar disk was making my daily life difficult. After 3 months of training, I can assure I have seen an overall improvement in my body. I really like the holistic approach on the training methods, focusing on your problem with a wide perspective. Your correct posture, diet, stress, etc. Pedro will analyze everything and suggest you so many valuable things. Innerhalb der 18 Monate, in denen ich bei Pedro trainiert habe, habe ich ordentlich Gewicht verloren und besonders eine Menge Kraft und Lebensqualitรคt hinzugewonnen.     Pedro is a pearl in a sea of misinformation and BS trends within the fitness industry. He taught me foundational exercises and how to lift heavy weights safely, which resulted in a noticeable body recomposition - more muscle mass, increased strength, improved posture - after 24 sessions. His philosophy places emphasis on the trifecta of good health (sleep, nutrition, and training) and he clarifies which parts he can help with versus which parts are up to you without shaming you if you fall short. The framework he uses is based on the current literature including gender nuances, but is specifically modified to you based on the data he methodically records from each session. If you are interested in data driven functional training for health with improved aesthetics as a bonus ^^, you won't find a better trainer in Seoul than Pedro. PT here isn't cheap, but the best investment you can make is in yourself. Very comfortable for female athletes and COVID measures (mask on, machines sanitized, room aired out between clients) were consistently taken. Only regret is not being able to do 36 sessions or join group classes since I moved from the area. A+++

    I came to Pedro because I started to experience chronic pain. I never worked out regularly in my life before. Reluctantly at first, I followed his instructions and encouragement to change certain key pillars (sleep, protein intake, frequency of exercise, etc). And I finally started to get stronger and see change. In 5 months my max deadlift has gone from <80kg to >150kg. For the first time ever, I missed a workout but wished I could be there, instead of hating going. Pedro is safety- and results-oriented. His depth of knowledge is unparalleled.     Highly recommend PT at Kraft with Pedro! I had previously done a Crossfit class in Korea that barely addressed form and had the mentality of as many reps as fast as you can. I really like how Pedro's philosophy is much more structured and focused, with an emphasis on doing everything with proper form and building good habits to be able to do workouts on our own. Have definitely seen lots of improvement in my overall strength in the past few months and always feel great (but exhausted!) after class :)

    Iโ€™ve loved working out at Kraft, and have gotten much stronger since beginning my training with Pedro. He is extremely knowledgeable, and always takes his time to make sure clients understand how to do a movement with proper form. He also does a great job of individualizing the workout based on a clientโ€™s specific goals, abilities, and past injuries. In addition to the training itself, I also really appreciate that he is willing to take extra time to answer my many health and fitness related questions. He often sends me helpful resources and links as well. The gym is very clean too, which is a big plus for me. Overall, Pedro is a professional who really goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend his gym.

    Absolute recommendation!!! I've always done sports, but never really worked out in the gym because I didn't know how or what. That's why I decided to look for a PT in Seoul and learn this. Even the trial training with Pedro differed greatly in quality from the other studios, which is why I decided on Kraft PT. I've been training in Pedro's group training for 5 months now and I'm really excited! I first started in the ladies-only group and then switched to 3 times a week. Pedro explains the exercises in detail, explains the background and pays close attention to the execution so that no injuries can occur. This makes you feel confident to be able to tackle larger weights. We also document everything in an app so that I can continue training with it after I return to Germany. I have the feeling that I'm learning something in the long term for my further training and not just lifting dumb weights.     Pedro can transform your body and your mind if you listen and work with him. Iโ€™ve been going to his PT sessions for 3 months and Iโ€™m stronger, fitter and healthier than Iโ€™ve ever been. I do a lot of running, swimming and biking, but kept getting sick or injured. Pedro has given me exercises to prevent injuries- including the hip injury I came with. He knows exactly how to work individual muscles and how to get the best out of you and your body. I can feel the improvement when I run.     I am an endurance athlete (long-distance inline skating), and Iโ€™ve worked with Pedro to get myself ready for two different grueling treks: 1) 633 km across Korea (Incheon to Busan), in 2017 2) 1,600+ km across Europe (Atlantic Ocean to Budapest), coming in Summer 2019 Pedro is a solid professional. He doesnโ€™t just train youโ€”he is engaged and involved in the process, and genuinely cares about your overall success (whatever your version of success may be).     One of the very few trainers I've met in Korea with real professionalism toward the client's needs. This guy puts thought and effort into his work. Not the typical merchant minded trainer with eyes out for easy money. Good taste in music too.

    I wanted to get some personal instruction about weight lifting, so this was very good choice for that. Very careful, informative and helpful instruction and also a lot of good input about how to adapt barbell exercises to a home environment.

    Love training with Pedro. The program is designed around my specific needs, and concepts are explained to help me maximize the effect of exercises. Never received personal training in the past despite my long history with fitness and exercise because it never seemed very useful to me, but I realize that I had just not come across someone in the past who could identify real ways for me to improve.     As I got older, I started getting injured from workouts I'd normally not think twice about. I grew frustrated and discouraged about what I could do safely and what was effective and ended up doing nothing. Pedro taught me how to get back into a routine where I could work on rebuilding my strength and mobility without worrying I was gonna hurt myself, or waste time and be constantly uncertain. He's super knowledgeable, found my weaknesses quickly and helped focus on balancing them out, and get me back into feeling in control of my health and body. Highly recommend.

    Iโ€™ve been training with Pedro for three months and I am very pleased with the results. This is my first gym review, there have been some good gyms, some decent and not so decent programs, but what Pedro is doing at Kraft PT is legit. I initially sought out training to help with an injured shoulder and with strength training and coordination. The training has all been challenging yet always done with safety and foresight, supported by a deep understanding of kinesthesia. Pedro helps build and modify your program by collecting and analyzing data from your sessions. I am stronger, my clothes fit me better, and I am healthier and more confident. My joints, especially shoulder, has been great. No more daily applying pas, patches, or popping ibuprofen daily.

    Training with Pedro is such a pleasure experience. I have been training with him over 4 months now and I see many changes in my body. Before the training, I had gained over 6kgs because of unhealthy lifestyle and diet and Pedro helped me through to find the right way to control my body and daily routine. Training overall, I felt it's very customised. Pedro always suggest me the right amount of exercise so that I can push my limits and undestand the training process.     I have been training with Pedro for the past month and a half with the goal to help develop proper form and good habits in the gym and at home. It has been a fantastic experience learning the ins and outs of how not only to exercise but also how to connect our mind to body while performing the workout.     I am a competitive athlete who competes internationally in tournaments. Personal training was an important thing that I lacked, and I was looking for high-quality PT in Seoul. Pedro is a great trainer for PT and I highly recommend him. Pedro taught me exercises that would help me become stronger, more powerful, and better at my specific sport. He emphasizes the correct form to have in each exercise. He โ€‹also taught me about proper nutrition, sleep habits, and posture. He even teaches you about the mentality to have as an athlete. Pedro has a very scientific approach in his training. Everything he made me do had a purpose and would help me improve in a specific way. He is very knowledgeable and has lots of experience. He recorded all the exercises we did together on an Excel spreadsheet. The sessions each day are very organized, with me doing specific "sets" each day. His classes are both professional and engaging. With previous trainers, I would often not look forward to coming to sessions, but with Pedro, the classes were always exciting. They were never boring and the time passed by quickly. I also often had questions in the back of my mind that other trainers could not answer, but Pedro always gave me a clear response. He taught me how to warm up properly when I asked him, and taught me things like the "world's greatest stretch", which I now do before every tournament. He even helped me with a nagging injury I had. He told me which specific ligament was injured and taught me exercises to rehabilitate it. I highly recommend training at Kraft PT with Pedro if you are an athlete and want to get better at your respective sport.

    Itโ€™s been 3 months since I worked out with Teacher Pedro. It's my first time doing strength training, and it's really fun because I feel like I'm improving every day. It is also good to teach safely and well. It is a group exercise, so you often correct your posture and check your condition frequently before, after, and during the exercise, so you can exercise at an intensity and amount that suits your condition. It's also a good idea to make a habit of recording exercise using an app. Even if you end up working out on your own in the future, I think it will be really helpful if you build on what you learned here. This is a great place for beginners to learn strength training for the first time.

    There arenโ€™t many places to exercise in Haebangchon, but I highly recommend this one! You can train in small groups and the intensity is high, so you'll sweat a lot. The friends I take the class with are also great, especially Teacher Pedro, who teaches very kindly and watches over us thoroughly!!! Be sure to come๐Ÿฅฐ

    Pedro John, you're the best :)) My body, which used to be like soft tofu and without any muscles, is changing. I've been going twice a week for over two months without dieting, and I've gained muscle in my thighs, arms, and inner muscles.
