    It’s a shame that companies like this are allowed to operate! Terrible customer service, shocking service! It’s definitely a pure no-no company to use! I bet that the people who owns the business are the same as their employees and their services! The telephonic system works like this.....you get in a queue.....wait for 40 min to become 1st in line and from a sudden they say” I know you need to say something urgent to us , but we will contact you “, and the phone goes off! Unbelievable.....please don’t use their services to avoid time and frustration!

    i canceled an order and i order something else instead. I called them to explain this losing like 20 minutes on the call to a guy who probably never saw a school in his life. After this he said he understood. the next day he canceled what my correct order and delivered the one i cancelled.

    Very poor quality delivery services with ZERO customer service. They are pathetic, well below sub-standard. For a small package delivery from point A in Bucharest to point B in Bucharest I waited 2 days before contacting them because the AWB status was stuck "in delivery". Called them 3 times in a row just to have the call disconnected by them after waiting in a queue for more than 40 minutes each time. I will personally NEVER buy again anything from any company that uses this delivery service.

    Courier tried to deliver once, but never made it to my door because they got stuck on some street and said they will deliver next day. Next day I called, the person who answered said that one of his colleagues will call and deliver, but they never did. One working day later, they shipped my package to the seller, without contacting me in any way. The status in their system was that they tried to deliver TWICE. Horrible cutomer service and services overall.

    At 9 o'clock in the morning I receive an SMS announcing that they will deliver today and the courier's phone number is being communicated to me. During the day I call the courier to ask for details about the delivery time. He either doesn't answer or has his phone off. Is it a form of protest, gentlemen of Sameday? or do couriers put sticks in your wheels? We have a communication problem.

    I wish I had checked their reputation online before ordering from them. They are a fraud delivery company who steal customer packages if they have been paid for. I tried contacting customer care for my package but they have no answer and pretend to get back to you but never call back. it would be best to avoid eMAG and Sameday for any products. Better to try Amazon international shipping.

    The worst company! To meet their requirements and save the effort of working, they do not call but they send an SMS that the team tried to contact you and failed. It is a big LIE! No incoming call is detected. I tried to call them back and to contact their chat but failed each time. I DO NOT recommend using their services!

    Delivery is soooo slow. My parcel was ready by seller at 2pm, but still they picked it up the next day at 6pm.3 days later, I still have no news about my parcel, and checking their website, last update is parcel picked up by courier. And yep..... Romania, deliver in romania. I would give them - 5stars, but unfortunately not possible

    worst delivery service ever, by far. no way to reach the drivers. burn it to the ground, along with the people in charge Later edit: they eventually resolved the issue, but took a long time. Also they added the driver's phone number in the message, but unsure if this is automated (would be a good improvement) or was inserted manually for me personally (not good as other people will have the same problems in the future). will update my comment in the future if the service gets better

    I ordered something on EMAG which has to be delivered by Sameday. Not only the delivery is delayed, but they never called and they said they could not deliver the order. I tried to call them, but no answer. The customer service does not even exist. Worst experience ever with a delivery company. I hope EMAG will not work with them anymore.

    The worse from the worse, poor customer service, they don't take any responsibility for their mistakes. Full of lies. I never wrote such a bad review in my life but considering my last experience with them, basically they push me do to do. I am sad to see that such unprofessional company still exit in Romania!

    No way to contact them to solve issues, wrote on Facebook messenger, contact form, called and stayed on the line for 1 hour, couldn’t reach anyone, just to try to get hold of my pack. Managed to talk to someone in call center, they promised 2nd day delivery, I called the courier responsible for my are by end of the supposed delivery day, he had no clue were my pack is. Please stay away, it is the worst possible courier from anything on the market.

    I dislike the courier services in Romania and Sameday is no different. I ordered my item from Emag and I have been waiting the whole day for the item to be delivered. I can be understanding and easily tolerate delays but unfortunately I wasn't even told that there will be delays. The only reason I have ordered the item was the delivery date as it is quite a common one which I can find in other stores. Very disappointed and because Emag seems to use Samday Courier I won't be ordering from them either. Their mess really ruined my plans and my time.

    Tragic service! DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COURIER! They could not deliver a package 100 km away from their warehouse for over 2 weeks as the office in my town kept sending it back. Employees never communicate directly with each other but use their completely inefficient internal system.

    I ordered a big side-by-side fridge, which was delivered by sameday. No problem there, all good.. Except at unpacking, the fridge was hit. They told me to make a return request - done. 3 weeks later and 3/3 canceled return orders as "i was not home, or i did not picked up when they called me" - They never called me. Every time I tried to contact the courier assigned to my return order they never respond.. I called them from my second phone number and they picked up instantly telling me "I am not sure if I am the one assigned to pick it up, I don't have my routes yet" - This happened at 4:00 PM. The workday is almost over and you have no idea what you should be doing??? The worst courier company ever.

    You guys send an sms to inform that with AWB I have to log in to your website, and I cannot because an account is required to do so, and the only option to create an account is a business account, no option for PFA.... So the PIN code you send to replace the signature is useless, just like your website. Such nerds should be banned from doing business!!!

    Had one of my parcels returned to the seller without any call or message altough I had called the seller 3 times and had them check. Took sameday 3 weeks to deliver 2 out of 3 itemsa and the last one was returned as "the easy box lockers are full"...

    Its the second time ive been waiting on a delivery from them. Their estimation on delivery days id always wrong, communication with their operators is a mess etc. I had to move the delivery point each time and each time they never took into consideration this aspect and delivered at the original adress although due to their wrong delivery estimates no one was there for the pickup at that date/time. Worst delivery sercive ever.

    If you can avoid using their services, for the love of god, do so. I try to use easy box drop off as much as possible but sometimes packages are too large for that and I need to interact with their couriers. It almost always goes from wrong to outrageous. There is definitely something rotten in their organization when it comes to whatever warehouse and couriers they have in Bucharest, sector 3. Customer service is much better - useless at best, sometimes outright rude. If they want to change something they should start telling customers at least approximately the delivery hour. Making you wait all day at an address is pure mockery of your time. Their competitors can do that so why can’t they? Fan Courier tells you an hour interval. It’s such a shame emag uses them for their deliveries - it tarnishes their brand and reputation.

    The worst courier company you cand hire, it’s the cheapest that’s true but the services are trash, customer care is trash, people skills are dead and burried. Couriers are lying, they confirm they will deliver and they do not, and send you a message that you could not be found. If I could give them no star, it would be still not enough.

    It's actually "some day" delivery... and wherever they want. If you opt-in for delivery at easybox, they can literally change it without announcing you. I strongly encourage you to avoid this company and check thoroughly any parcels delivered by them.

    Worst service possible! Call center is a joke where you wait for hours and no answer, every time when i’m calling i’m the 25/27 order number. When you get to the 3rd place, the call is closed automatically. Now they say the working hours are finished. After 5 hours of waiting on calls! Had an order placed for easy box (the only option available when i placed the order) but the package didn’t fit the box. They came with the package here however, being at 300m of my home. That was 2 days ago and today i’m still without the package. Joke of a delivery service! I’m hoping you guys go bankrupt for the miserable service you’re offering!

    Very disappointing service. Nothing to do with "same day", it is worse and worse. They refused the delivery to Easybox, claiming that the package was too large. I redirected it to an address but tried in vain to contact them to inform them that I need the delivery as soon as possible. No reply to the email, no delivery. So the package will be returned. Please have the decency to stop calling yourself "Same day" 😔. Right now, you're the slowest delivery service on the market.

    I ordered a motherboard and it arrived bent. I wanted to return it and chose to return it by courier. Got a message they were coming to pick it up yesterday.     Very bad experience, things are poorly managed, cannot get in contact with them easily, you have to wait a very long time. I tried reaching out to them though any possible communication channel and they don’t reply back. My order was shipped back to the seller without my consent, a PAID order. The order never reached my address, because the courier never called me either. They just decided that I should never receive it so they returned it. Good job, Sameday. You are a joke. 🙂

    Terrible service. Ordered a gift 3 weeks ago. I paid extra for it to remain another day in the easybox as I was travelling and they picked it up anyway, making me miss the collection deadline. Since then, they have been unreachable by phone (at 9 am there are at least 160 customers in the phone queue which is very telling of the quality of their service). They told me to way for the pack (for sure is going to arive today this is what the customer support told me ) and still nothing has arrived . The customer support is trained to lie about the pack and also they are modifying in the AWB section exactly when you call to ask why is your pack going from one to another part but not on delivery . Imi adusese un pachet de plastic in care erau puse 2 (DOUA!!!) cutii, din 12, eu tot incercand sa ii explic ca nu este posibil ca in pachetul pe care mi-l da sa am 12 cutii, el tot insista ca “ba da, asta e ce ati comandat, atat aveti de plata. Nu achitati, returnez coletul”. In momentul in care i-am cerut sa fac o poza coletului si i-am aratat comanda plasata – confirmata – cu awb – atat pe Emag cat si pe Sameday, a inceput sa o dea la intors, ca “stiti ca probabil s-a produs o incurcatura de la Emag, probabil nu ne-au transmis complet, ca da, nu avem aici 12 cutii, ci doar 2”… adica era oricine de vina, dar nu el.
