Really decent hotel, close to the train station and with direct access to the metro system. The room was clean and reasonably sized with a nice view at a very high floor, although people from offices on the other side could easily see you through the window. The elevators sometimes took ages to arrive - up to 3-4 minutes. I also found the breakfast a bit lacking and the lack of a proper bar a bit disappointing. The gym was quite small. Other than that it is a perfectly good place to stay, cleaners and staff did a great job!

Very good location surrounded by a lot of public transportation. If you arrived at Seoul St by Arex, just go to the subway floor, u can use the underground walkway to avoid cold wind or rain. Just follow the exit 12, u will see hotel sign leading you to the lifts. The room is clean and has a reasonable size for Seoul.

I absolutely LOVED my stay here! I’ve stayed at 3 other different hotels and areas at my stay in Korea and I can easily say this is the my favorite hotel. The location, cleanliness, and reception staff were amazing. There is a Starbucks inside the lobby which was a nice surprise. The hotel is connected to the Seoul Station which is extremely convenient if you plan on taking the subway to the hotel, and also using the subway in general. The front staff spoke English very well and helped me with my multiple requests from calling a taxi, directions, and etc. This was the perfect stay! Highly recommend!

Tiny room. The bed is def not king. More like queen minus minus. The plus point is the convenience stores and local eating places all around. Spend some time just around this hotel for food instead of always venturing out. Seoul station exit 12 is just beneath the hotel level B2. So, that's pretty convenient. The staff are very polite. And it's easy to get a cab whether self hailed or have the staff call one for you. Waiting area is at level 1.

Allow me to make myself clear: nothing to do with the personnel. All of them have been extremely helpful and polite, trying to resolve all situations, and also quite successfully. But I cannot accept that a hotel, also used for business travelers may not provide by policy, basic services, such as: 1. Taxi booking 2. A simple beverage as Coke in the afternoon stating that this is for "members"??? Come on! I am on a business trip, from overseas, with no time or the stamina to go around the corner to get a Coke and without Korean mobile number to book a taxi! Everything has been resolved in the end, but when on business trip, I need help, not instructions! I repeat, this has nothing to do with the personnel! It is obviously a management/establishment policy. Management should reconsider!

Easy Check-in, very friendly and efficient. Room on the 30th floor with an amazing view. The room is a bit tiny but the bathroom has a decent size and is equipped with a Korean style toilet. The breakfast has a lot to offer from western style to Korean breakfast food. Hot and cold. Bar and restaurant are closing very early (for my taste). Location is within walking distance of the train station good for early departures / late arrivals. Basement of the hotel is connected to the metro / train station and offers restaurants and small shops.

Looking for a hotel in Seoul with disabled room facilities for my relatives on a wheelchair travelling to Korea from overseas was not easy at all. Four Points by Sheraton at Seoul station was the one place out of many hotels in Seoul that I called who provided me with immediate detailed response to my queries and was willing to provide me with pictures of the room with disabled facilities in advance so that I know how the room looks like prior to making the booking. All staff provided exceptional customer service to my relatives who stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks while visiting Seoul.

Great hotel situated right in the heart of Seoul. The hotel elevator takes you right down into a shopping mall that links to Seoul Station’s Line 1 and 4. Good buffet and found the laundry useful. Only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities in the room but otherwise a brilliant stay.

Although it says it’s near a subway exit, you need to walk a lot to actually arrive inside the subway. I’d say about 10 mins. The lobby is on the 19th which is unique l, but the staff are very nice. I called and asked for an early check in because of my baby and they said yea! That was a nice surprise because I was exhausted after 14 hours. They also have serval transportation options to the airport (bus, private pickup, subway, train). It’s near lots of business, but it was a little challenging to find a pharmacy nearby; I have a baby and he needed children’s Tylenol for his teething.

This is the nicest Four Points I’ve stayed in ever. Amy was both welcoming and informative upon check in. The lobby is on the 19 floor with rooms above that. The view is incredible and the rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants near and convenience stores. The major plus for me was the direct connect to the hotel from Seoul station. It within a great location and overall hit every marker of excellence for my stay in Seoul.

Great location in Seoul, you can walk to the Seoul station from here in 10minutes. The Namsan tower is also within walking distance. Location is too good. The hotel rooms are very small, especially the twin rooms. The Service is good with lot of support and care.

I quite enjoyed my stay here! The rooms are on top floors of the tower, so the views are just amazing! Wonderful breakfast, close to Seoul Station and other transportation modes - buses, subway. My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has an ice machine and iron on every floor. Great place, if it falls into your desired budget

Very good hotel. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. They speak perfect English than any where. The breakfast is amazing delicious. Starbucks in the lobby is also convenient to me. The room is very comfortable. Although you might hear the train coming to Seoul Station, but it’s not big deal to me. There are 3 convenient store right by the hotel, many Korean bbq restaurants near by, 5 minutes walk to the subway Line 4. Perfect location to tourists. I will definitely come back when I visit Seoul in the future.

The location of the hotel is very centralised. We needed housekeeping urgently at night but the hotel only has housekeeping services during working hours of 9-5pm. No in room food at night. We understood from the staff that they are not a full pledge hotel. Unfortunately, my whole family was down with food poisoning and needed more support. The hotel staff was helpful and they are willing to use their own mobile phones to help us arrange for taxis and other medical services.

Location is convenient but it is confusing to get from Seoul station to the hotel. Either way, the hotel is very close to the station and is a great stop if you are only in the area for a night to explore. The staff at check in and check out were very kind. They spoke English and made the check in process very quick. Rooms are extremely small and feel older. The carpet is old and dirty. Counter space is minimal in the bathroom and the bedrooms are very tight, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have a large party or a lot of suitcases. In the winter, there is no way to turn on the AC at night. The heat is set quite high and the lowest setting is 20 Celsius. These are all things I wish I knew before staying here. There are a lot of overly positive reviews but in reality there are definite flaws of the hotel.

Great location for Central Seoul. Gets very busy due to the close proximity to the transport links. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Need about 3 more elevators. Everything was clean and functional

The location of the hotel is great. Rooms are clean but too small and dated. Bed is not so comfortable. The reception and cleaning team is great. The dinner is not good, very limited options, and service is bad. Breakfast is okay, limitted choices and not value for what you pay. Starbucks at reception is convenient. The gym is very small with very limited equipment.

Nice four stars hotel in the center of Seoul city. Located near Seoul station with lots of attractions nearby for example you can walk 10 minutes to reach lotte outlet, you can walk 20 minutes to see war memorial featuring airplane and old tanks. The lobby is located in the 19th floor as well as a branch of Starbucks coffee. It is a very nice experience to have your coffee in the same place before you go outside. The rooms are compact and tight with less space available in comparison to other hotels. There is a supermarket adjacent to the hotel. The hotel in general is clean and the staff is very helpful.

Good price to quality ratio. Rooms are a bit small, noise insulation should be better as the train noise comes in rooms and it may wake you up. restoom is with SiFi elements with several functions, all the primary needs inculding dental kit, slippers, robe arr in the room, but the iron is missing. elevators are few and not enough for >22 floors. Cleannes is good. The stuff is friendly and lovely. The breakfast is delicious

Our family booked a Deluxe Family Corner Room for 3 adults. It was very clean & very big room with 1 queen bed + 1 twin bed and very comfy. The room has great views of sunset and night lights of Seoul. Location is perfect since it was connected to Seoul Subway Station and AIREX for Incheon Airport Transfer, with lots of shops / restaurants / money exchanges. There were many local yummy restaurants on ground around the hotel with a few hundred meters walk as well, including CU convenient store which opened 24 hour. We only took taxi using Kakao Taxi app and it was close to every major attractions.

While the price is rather high as compared to other options, it’s definitely value for money. The staff are able to speak multiple languages and are very friendly in helping to look for directions of places that I wanted to visit and even offered to book a cab for me. Rooms are clean and spacious enough considering its convenient location at city centre (walking distance to railway underground). Staff are capable to accommodate to requests timely and efficiently. Pleasant stay at this hotel 👍👍

Small room (at least the one we had) but great in a pinch when we missed our train so I can't really complain.

Great price and a nice view. Breakfast is pretty good too. The staff seem like they might be overworked. However everything said, I really enjoy staying here and will probably be back many times when I make an overnight trip to Seoul.

Easy check in, friendly service, and most importantly easy access to Seoul station. Stayed here twice during a work trip in different room types, and if you are looking for more space, consider paying for the upgrade to the next room type. The rooms are well maintained, and the in-room amenities are great as well. Was told by the locals that the rooms here are considered small, but considering I needed easy access to Seoul station, this was a great option.

Stayed here for 5 nights and everything was great! Check in/out was efficient, our king bed room was spacious and housekeeping did an excellent job everyday in keeping the room clean and tidy. The hotel location is awesome too! It is connected underground to Seoul Station - about 5min walk to the subway lines and another 5min to KTX/Arex. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and cafes/convenience store just downstairs.

  • 4/5 David M. 8 months ago on Google
Very small rooms as can happen in Seoul, one side of my Queen bed was against the wall. Staff were nice, located near Seoul Station via around 300m of underground walk ways. However if you have a lot of luggage it is up and down slopping paths, so take that into account. There is a small Starbucks opposite the reception. On G, B1 and B2 there are restaurants and (convience stores outside the building).

This is a 3-star hotel at best. This hotel is designed to look good from the outside but in fact has below average facilities. The rooms are very old and worn down, the breakfast has poor quality, the elevators are extremely slow (takes 10 minutes to get to your room with the stops). While they have nice views, the windows are dirty. Also, it is connected to Seoul station, but it is extremely hard and long to reach it from there, they don’t put any signs in the station so you have to figure that on your own. The gym is the worst: extremely tiny and overcrowded with dozens of people. Their bar has only draft beer; seriously Marriott? You call this a bar?

When I travel to Korea I always stay here. The service is excellent, the variety of food during breakfast time is good & the location is excellent, Seoul Station is connected to the building. You can take the Incheon Airport line from the airport all the way to the hotel & not transfer trains!

While visiting Korea for both work and entertainment, my partner and I faced a hotel booking mishap on a Saturday night. Struggling to find a room at reasonable prices, we ended up at Seoul Station, only to discover it was closing at 1 AM. Desperate, we explored nearby hotels and, despite no available rooms, a compassionate receptionist suggested we stay in the lobby due to the freezing weather. His kindness transformed our perception of Korea. Unsure if this level of assistance is standard for 5-star hotels, but his exceptional help left a lasting impression.

Room is a little snug however it is spotless and decently equipped. Check-in was quick and super polite. Hotel is on the high floors of an office building with dedicated elevators. Convenient to train station and MRT. Breakfast is excellent and included.

The public transportation from the hotel is excellent. It is connected to the Seoul station (surface rail, subway, and Airport rail) by air conditioned, large, and clean underground path. Nice. A major bus station is right in front of the hotel. The hotel is in working distance to Namsan and N Seoul tower. A significant drawback of the hotel is traffic noise. Especially the booming exhaust noise from modified delivery bikes starting 5pm (dinner time). Also there is a commute train in the Seoul station which makes noise every ~5 minutes except late in the night. The rooms are very small, but the room rate is accordingly low. Has a good laundry room. Rooms have either desk or table, but not both. The hotel staffs are knowledgeable and helpful. I like their service so much.

  • 3/5 CL L. 2 years ago on Google
Everything about this hotel was average. The wooden parts of the room looked worn out. Breakfast was probably the worst I’ve had in any Four points in Seoul. Good thing is that you’ll be located at a high floor no matter what.

  • 5/5 Erik E. 1 year ago on Google
Really nice hotel, easily accessible from the train station (and thus airport), metro, bus or of course taxi. Rooms are clean and well maintained, though ours was a bit small (but in line with price). Staff was super friendly. Breakfast excellent, bar was a bit basic.

Five Stars for Four Points. Front Desk at this Four Points really cares about their guests. It would have been easy for the front desk agent Ms. Wendy and the Manager, Jun Kwon, to just tell us there would be no upgrades available for Elite members the three days we stayed at the property. But both of them went out of their way to make it possible that we would get an upgrade on the second and third night. You can tell, they loved their job, took the time, went the extra way, and really cared about their guests' experience. We had a great experience with the kind staff last year and now again. We know if we need something, the staff really cares and will try their best. We definitely be back. Tip, as Elite Member check in between 1 and 2 when the staff has more time to really make things happen.

Overall, service is excellent. One of the most helpful staff I have had a pleasure to deal with it. What's really a downer at this place is that restaurant is extremely limited, both in opening hours sense as well as the choices of literally 8 items on the menu... Rooms were not bad... Not greatest but not bad...

  • 2/5 Patricia M. 1 year ago on Google
I didn’t like the location of this hotel to start with. Also, the whole building is not the hotel only. Floors 1 to 18 are offices. Only floor 19 and above is the hotel. Floor 20 has seminar rooms (the floor I was on) and If you get caught waiting for the elevator with 20 other people breaking from a seminar, you could very well be waiting for a while. Their elevators are very slow. You need to be patient. I was waiting for an elevator one time and had to take the 3rd one after all of these other people took the elevator. They tend to be very loud too. You can hear them in the hall ways from inside your room. The breakfast buffet was definitely not worth the 34Won they were charging. I tried it one day and didn’t go back. The front desk staff is polite but reluctantly helps you outside of anything but checking you in and out. The only reason why I am giving this place 2 stars is for the housekeeping staff. Very clean, good at re-stocking your needs in the room. I left them a big tip. I hope my cleaning lady got it just fine. At the end of the day, I will not be staying here next time and will not recommend this hotel.

  • 4/5 Timo S. 1 year ago on Google
I can easily recommend 👌 10 minutes walk to main railway station which you can do mostly underground in case there would be a rain. Breakfast was good, room are nice and clean. Price was more or less the same as in any European cities (~150€/night at this time).

  • 3/5 Clay L. 1 year ago on Google
Everything is perfect. With the exception of the bed. It’s awfully small for 2 people sleeping on it. The very least it should be is a king sized bed for the branding of such a hotel. Staff were very helpful and presentable. English speaking and very fluent at it as well.

  • 4/5 reggie k. 1 year ago on Google
The room is clean but dated and small for a 4* hotel. The biggest size of the bed is queen size and this is a self service hotel. The only reason we stayed here was to catch 1st Arex train service to incheon at 5:20 am, and the direct access from B2 to the station still closed, which we didn't know about it. Bottom line, this hotel is suitable for transit only.

  • 5/5 JH L. 1 year ago on Google
Pros: - Room was clean, modern and well equipped - Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. The staff who assisted me spoke proficient English. - Location was superior with underground walkways that connect directly to Seoul station. - There is a Starbucks on the lobby floor, and outside the hotel there is an OliveYoung, convenience store and other cafes. The underground walkways have a lot of eateries as well so definitely check those places out for kimbap and bakeries. Cons: - The hotel is located in a building with offices but the elevator is not separated for hotel guests and office workers so it can get really cramped in the elevator during lunch hours. Overall, I thank the staff at Four Points for being so accommodating and making my stay in Korea wonderful. The location for this hotel is unbeatable and I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Seoul.

All is good, 4 nights stay , a great stay , clean hotel , good rate , nice location, Super friendly & handy Team... It would have been a great experience, EXCEPT one receptionist name Stella, which made some request become too dramatic. After a 7hrs flight, a little bit of early check in is not permitted even we have 4 nights stay there ... And at the end of the stay, we have to beg and emotionally dissapointed for just extra 30 minutes late check out. What a 'Stella' moments. Understand the hotel policy but please explain it nicely since you are carrying Four Points by Sheraton brand. Still give 5 star for the services because the rest of the team did a wonderful job including the front desk and housekeeping team. And its very well recommended to stay at this hotel.

This was so easy to get to! It is connected to Seoul Station, which makes hopping on the subway to get anywhere in the city very easy. I had a corner room with a stunning view. They honored my Marriott status and military rate. The only thing that was frustrating was they would not let me eat breakfast at 9:55 am when they closed at 10. I had breakfast included and just wanted to grab a plate before they took the buffet goods down, but they would not let me. This is more of a Korea thing I should have known though, but just a heads up for everyone else. :)

Lovely place to stay. About 5 minutes walk to Seoul station. There is a bus stop right in front of the entrance. Rooms were clean and service was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone staying near Seoul Station. There are convenience stores and cafes downstairs.

Really nice hotel: good value, nice staff, quiet, clean, and the best: location! It is near Seoul Station and there are covered hallway all the way from the station to hotel! Don’t even worry about the raining day!

Good hotel with clean rooms and basic amenities. The rooms are relatively small but large enough for a single person or a couple. There is a Starbuck in the hotel although they do not sell much food. The hotel is very close to Seoul station and can be reached without going outside; you need to go to exit 12 or 13. Near the hotel, there are multiple options for breakfast. Would recommend the hotel especially as it is located close to the station.

  • 3/5 Silvan A. 1 year ago on Google
The hotel is centrally located but not in a nice neighborhood. The rooms are ok, but there are no real desks in the room, just a small table. Breakfast is good 👍🏻. The gym is extremely small and badly equipped. Will stay at a different hotel next time.

  • 4/5 Alina L. 1 year ago on Google
Convenient place to Seoul station, just the staff could be more patient and react better. Every traveler especially who doesn't speak Korean may experience some turbulence and try best to figure things out. We don't need a staff who not show understanding and order you to do things.

Check-in was straightforward. Very satisfied with the cleaning of the room during my 5-night stay. Room size was decent. Was pleased to get a 'branded' hotel for this price in a big city like Seoul. My room was facing Huam-dong and not Seoul Station, so there was no issue with noise from the trains. View wasn't fantastic though. It can be a bit troublesome getting to the hotel from Seoul Station. Seoul Station is itself very large and it can be a bit of a maze walking through Seoul Station. After that m you have to walk through 2 different buildings to reach the hotel. All the rooms are on the 20th floor of the building onwards. My booking said 'high floor' so I was expecting a room on one of the higher floors. I was assigned a room on the 22nd floor. In a way, all bookings will be high floor because they are from the 20th floor and upwards. Also, when the door to a neighbouring room closes, I could feel my wall vibrate. Pillows were very flat and didn't give me a great night's sleep.

I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is very well located, especially if you need to take trains from Seoul Station to the airport or to other cities like Busan, or to take the excellent Seoul metro. The staff at the lobby are efficient & very helpful. There is also a Starbucks in the lobby. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Cleaning of the rooms happened daily and I was really happy with the room service. The rooms are well equipped with a nice TV (where you can watch Netflix too) too. Four Points by Sheraton lives up to its name by providing a really nice hotel to stay at near Seoul Station.

Since I came with a tourist group I can just say that the location of the hotel is quite good. You find a lot of small restaurants nearby and even the hotel restaurant provides an offer of meals outside of the breakfast hours. Unfortunately I could not stay longer, since we had a busy visiting itinerary.
