    I’ve been a proud member of Untamed Fitness for the past 9 months, and it has truly been an incredible journey. Not only have I had the privilege of meeting some wonderful people who share my fitness journey, but I’ve also successfully lost weight and am confidently on track to achieve my fitness targets. What sets Untamed Fitness apart is their commitment to delivering results. Chris and Natasha are dedicated, and the atmosphere is motivating. The supportive community here is unmatched.     I just moved back home to Arizona from living away for 5 years and wanted to find a trainer in the area. On the drive to my hike, I saw their sick wagon parked outside and I was hooked. Couldn't stop thinking about Untamed Fitness. I met Chris and he was funny and and kind and genuinely wanted to help me in my fitness journey whether it was with him and his wife OR he was willing to help place me with another local trainer. I've been training with Natasha for a little over 5 weeks now and she is phenomenal. She pushes me beyond my limits, but in a way that is constructive and uplifting. She tells me I can do hard things and I do them. They're a great team and I look forward to future sessions. Highly recommend!

    I love Untamed!! Chris and Natasha are amazing at working with us and not only making sure we work hard, but also ensuring we have the right form and are doing each exercise in a safe manner. It’s also always a family environment every session and I love that they have built such a solid community!

    ….I’m a newbie to weightlifting/training. previous fitness 20 + years I was high aerobic driven. A runner & reformer Pilates. I’m a slight frame. At 57 I wanted to change my physique structure, to a build more muscle. a sexy defined toned booty body. I was referred to Chris and Natasha, owners of Untamed Fitness by a friend of mine who is a competitor bodybuilder in training with untamed. I’m four months in my training @ 4x a week. I Love it from every perspective! it’s hard damn workouts which yield results! beyond great experience. Love the vibe. ❤️🙏🔥

    I cannot say enough about Chris and Natasha. I walked into Untamed Fitness a legitimate hot mess, the absolute worst shape of my life physically and mentally. They are so incredibly encouraging, never let me quit, the kindest people I am fortunate to know and have helped to save my life. I am so much stronger now, doing things I wasn't sure I would be able to do. It's all because of Chris and Natasha. Best decision ever.

    I must say, I've never been this excited to get a workout in! They incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and body mechanics, and know exactly how to push me to my full potential. I am a super busy working mom so time is precious, but every minute there is well worth it! The workouts are far from monotonous; every session brings something new and engaging to the table. I never thought I'd say this, but I've genuinely enjoyed getting "beat up" at the gym!

    Great trainer and gives you a lot of feedback. Really tries learn your goals and develops the plan to your desired needs. I have been excited about my strength gained and knowledge learned.

    Untamed Fitness is by far a best kept secret in the Valley. Working out with Chris surpassed all of my expectations and prior experiences with personal trainers. Chris has an often lost ability (by most) to listen and respond with recommendations that work for each individual he's training, vs implementing a routine or set of recommendations for training the body that "technically work for everyone." He's all about the person in front of him and that's what makes his training the absolute best. AND its SO much fun!!! Chris worked with my injured shoulder and knee and has found ways to make a workout super successful and having a lot of impact. So grateful to have found Untamed Fitness and the professional in Chris as a trainer!
