    Just happen to have a $50 gift card for red lobster and stop by at this location and the service was very awesome. We knew right there in then that the food was going to be delicious in which it was. thank you guys Will come again

    It was nice. Our server was great. The food was good all except the crab which there was hardly anything to them meat wise and the didn't have very much flavor , but the lobster, shrimp scampi and fried shrimp were cooked perfectly and was very flavorful. With as expensive as crab is I would have had them redo or give me my money back or something but we had an appointment to go to so I didn't have time.

    Just have to say they're pasta is 10x better than Olive Garden's. The service is always amazing, the atomsphere makes it feel as if we're in Boston or some other coastal state. The drinks here are also delicious and they have specials during the weekdays- I believe before 5 p.m. Great Food and Great Service!

    Red lobster at one time was better than average, many, many years ago but now....umm...nothing I would want to go back to not when there are so many really good restaurants to choose from in Phoenix . Granted those restaurant's aren't all "seafood" places but fresh frozen is still fresh frozen when your living in a desert. Honestly Red lobster in general has taken a nose dive in quality over the years.

    I was completely surprised. I do not like seafood. I was with a friend and I had previously in the day looked at their menu online so I pretty much had my mind made up I was going to get the chicken strips, but low and behold I saw fish and chips on the menu, so that is what I ordered. MANO MAN WAS IT DELICIOUS. She ordered the plate with scallops, shrimp scampi, breaded shrimp, lobster, rice and a side. SHE LOVED IT AS WELL. Red Lobster is one of her favorites, this was my first time. I WILL GO BACK.

    So disappointed in the admirals feast that I purchased through curbside service from this location. The fish and shrimp were overcooked and dry, no tartar sauce was included. It didn't even remotely look like the advertisement Picture for the admirals feast. I've had the Admiral's before at the Ray road location and it was perfect ..never go to this location if you want quality.

    The Red Lobster on 75th ave and thomas has the best general manager had an issue and it was resolved wasnt planing on ever going back there but today we did and the general manager bill went above and beyond to make us change on minds about ever eating there again big shout out to bill the gm thank you for making us happy today the Walcott family

    It was my brother's first time trying crab and lobster. The experience was great, the environment was cozy, and our waiter was good. I recommend ordering from their daily specials since the deals are pretty sweet. We are definitely going back again.

    Red Lobster's almost exactly how I remember it. Went on New Years Eve and it wasn't packed. The server was nice and able to give good advice on the food. Loved how the menu was scaled down from many pages to just 2. Then the cheese biscuit are still amazing. Atmosphere was nice, a bit dark, but not too off putting. Still a good date night restaurant for relatively cheap seafood.

    The margarita was good and i ordered it because i didn't want to get full on carbonated drinks. It was ALL ice. Only took 5 sips and was empty before we got appetizers. My salad had 4 tiny onions. And i did the 3 from the sea and the salmon was suppose to be the entree but it was literally the smallest piece of fish ever so it's more like a side. I didn't even get sides because i didn't want to waste them and still got the smallest salmon. Luckily i ordered pasta with it. Then the machine broke down that they have to run your car through. It was suppose to be my treat for my boyfriend but i only ever have credit. He literally emptied his wallet to pay after they tried for 20 mins to get the credit to work but their systems were all down. What ever happened to just a simple register system.

    The food is soooo delicious 😋 the wait time can really vary though, the service is pleasant and helpful. The only reason the atmosphere is marked down was the smell when you entered 😕

    This was my first time trying Red Lobster, and I was not impressed. The lobster was way too salty, and the salmon just didn’t taste great. The shrimp were okay, but I did like the bread. Mac n cheese and the Sunset Passion Colada.

    Our server, Adam, was excellent. He was very sweet, funny, and attentive. The food was excellent. Adam gave amazing recommendations! I really recommend eating here. The atmosphere was really calm for the most part (besides the crying children), it was fun and definitely a safe place to eat with friends and family.

    Loved it.have ever wonder why it's always dark inside? Studies show a dim lit environment makes you eat more and are more likely to order dessert. Think about that next time you walk into a restraint with dim lighting.

    My wife and I just used the curbside pickup service and it went very smoothly. Our order was accurate and the steak and seafood was delicious and perfectly prepared! The staff at this Red Lobster is doing a great job dealing with C-19, which is not something they were trained to do. Despite the huge disruption to the way they normally do business, they have adapted well and continue to turn out delicious food! I hope all the staff can hang on financially until this is over- it will end and hungry customers will be packing in as soon as we can. Thanks again to all of you!

    This restaurant wasn't prepared for the number of diners at lunch time (less than 10 tables) and subsequently the service was very slow. The food was ok, and the server friendly but frazzled...could have received much better support from hostess and manager who must have been strategizing for customers they might get, instead of taking care of the customers they actually had.

    The best place to get fresh live maine lobster! The.lobster mashed potatoes are easily the best thing ever. Also the coconut shrimp is another favorite. It comes with a pina colada, pineapple type of dip that is the perfect compliment!

    So for my Mother's 73rd Birthday, I decided to treat her to some seafood. Ordered online for curbside pickup. Ordered the Admiral's Family Feast with Green Beans, Rice, additional dozen biscuits and a Maine Lobster Tail. Came out to just under 70 before tip. Really regretting this choice. Once I got home, I realized that they didn't put the additional dozen biscuits in the bag. I called and spoke with a manager, who offered a refund for the additional cost (we will see if they do or if I have to call back). Once I got the food plated, we started to eat. So here is where the real problem began. The biscuits we did have were extremely dry and fell apart as to fried to eat them. The "rice" was absolutely disgusting, it tasted like the batch was severely burnt and they tried to save what they could and served it. It tasted like smoke and we all just spit it out. The fried white fish was completely dried out and over cooked, as was the clam strips. Those could be used as a rubber band for emergency repairs to something. The only decent part was the shrimp, green beans, fried scallops and the lobster tail. Mom was very happy with that. I highly doubt I will ever go back to a Red Lobster again if this is how they care for and cook for customers.

    I wouldn't dine in or order to go from this place. for the well known name i'd expect a friendly service... and they have none of that. I can't give a 5 star because the 2 staff members I talked to did NOT say: hi, bye, T.Y., you're welcome and NEVER smiled or even looked at me directly. Wait time was 17min , when the order had been placed by my Postmate customer 20 min. Prior to my arrival. Due to the covid-19 some customers waited outside, others out front. There was no staff in the lobby are to greeting or check on customer's orders. Not until an order was coming out, then you had the chance to ask about your order. Which neither of the staff wrote down any of the names so they would forget and had to come outside and ask for a name again ?.

The only thing I ordered was one crab linguini alfredo.I waited over an hour and 45 minutes while calling the restaurant periodically to check on my order.     The place was practically deserted the server was in training he did a very good job very attentive obviously the restaurant empty but I'm glad that I was still giving proper attention by someone in training who could easily have been training to be doing something else in the restaurant. So I was extremely happy to get the attention that we got from the server and training. The food is absolutely amazing.

    First of all let me just state that this particular restaurant has the cleanest, nicest smelling bathroom I have ever been in. I had to double check that I was in the men's bathroom! Upon arrival the staff appeared stressed but I believe they were short a server or two. I understand, it happens. The wait wasn't too long and they had plenty of places to sit while you waited to be seated. The overall ambience of the place was really nice and our waitress was very attentive and sweet despite being short staffed. Service was efficient and fantastic. I unfortunately didn't catch her name but she was amazing and great at what she does. My wife was craving crab and she said they were "meaty and juicy." I had the fish and chips and our son had the chicken tenders since fish tends to mess with his stomach. (I know, couldn't of picked a worse restaurant for him haha) The fish had incredible flavor and was crisped to perfection. We also got the Mangoñada Margarita and we both loved it. Never seen my wife like an alcoholic drink before so that was shocking to me. We'll definitely be coming back to this location again.

    Very much enjoyed our dinner last night. Our waitress Marayah Y was so great and apologetic when time seem to pass for a bit but I felt like nothing actually took long. I did love how kind and sincere she was with taking care of our food and table. We both did the 3 by the sea and felt it was filling. Loved the food and atmosphere. I also very much enjoyed their Mangonadarita. Since it was a Tuesday night I knew it wouldn't be too packed. However our waitress did a fantastic job and both me and my husband enjoyed our impromptu dinner. We will be stopping by more frequently because of this good service.

    Initially we were concerned because they were a little under staffed, but our server Chris & the cook here really came through. The service was fantastic, Chris has a great sense of humor and we really appreciated everything. Please give this place your business & be kind to servers.     We usually order here when we crave for seafood** last time they are very prompt, but just last week we ordered online and i placed order like 3 hrs ahead b4 we pick it up** by the time we came there i had to call my husband why it took soooo long to get the order & my my husband ses that they forgot and still preparing.... Serously!!!!????? .....😳😳😠😠 Where is professionalism??? Yes we waited like 30 mins when the restaurant crowd u can count in your fingers, we dunno what theyre doing there not busy at all!!!! The good thing the foods we take out was deliciously fresh & my freebie was good too.. So well this is one flaws of Red Lobster to us & i dont have a choice now unless i go to baja joes resto..

    Always delicious, and always fantastic service. even when it's relatively busy there's never really too bad of a wait. The one thing I would say is lacking is that we rarely get a server who checks back throughout the meal to see if we need refills or anything else, regardless of how busy it is. But I always love coming here. It's one of my favorites!

    Amazing food and amazing service. Didn't have to wait to be seated either. While my family and I were eating dinner, something happened that I won't go detail on. The point is that their amazing manager, Jimmy, took care of it & made sure that our experience there was above & beyond expectations. Great manager & excellent staff. Will definitely be going back.

    All staff was friendly & welcoming. Our food was delicious we tried the shrimp scampi, mashed potatoes, lobster , steak, coconut shrimp & steak. Everything was flavorful. The steak was a little too tough for my liking. The coconut shrimp were a little dry. The cheddar biscuits were freshly made & super delicious. Soda tasted great. Nice dim lighting fresh environment. The only thing I felt uncomfortable with was a staff member having a team meeting right in front of us while we were eating. As a customer I don't like hearing certain things that were brought up.

    Kudos to the staff at this Red Lobster! Everything about my visit her with my dad (for his recent birthday wish) was top-notch! Our servers were super professional and friendly; the booth (and restaurant in general) were very clean; and of course our drinks and meals were delicious (and made quickly…we were here before a big evening rush, most likely)…great job!

    I was impressed with how clean the outside of the building was. Inside was also very clean. I was greeted immediately with a smile and everyone was very inviting. My food was fresh, I never felt rushed, my server was right there when we needed something and again the food was awesome!! The General Manger Jimmy stopped by our table and was also very friendly. I can clearly tell his staffing follows his lead. I will definitely drive out of my way and return to the location again!!! Bravo 👏 👏!!!

    Went out to dinner as a family, first time we’ve been to Red Lobster in a long time and really enjoyed our experience. Our server Stephan was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the culinary manager Emily stopped by and asked if we enjoyed our meal! They were amazing! Amazing Food!     I've always been a big fan of Red Lobster and go there a few times a year. This location was visibly understaffed, and this was apparent in the service received. The restaurant was not overly busy as we came after the dinner rush, and although our server was nice and had help, we saw very little of him until it came close to the end of our meal. The restaurant didn't have enough of the tablets that belong on the table available. I don't know if that means they were not sufficiently charged and available for the day, or they were broken or they had been stolen. Since this is the method that is used for making payments, you would think that the staff would make a point of ensuring that these tablets were readily available and functioning. It is very frustrating to wait for the server to run around the restaurant to look for an available tablet in order to check you out. In addition, their menu pricing has gotten to be really outrageous. Dinner for 2 with no appetizers or alcoholic drinks was well over $110, and the size of the biscuits and lobsters have consistently gotten smaller with each passing year. Sadly, we will not be visiting as often anymore.

    So I went yesterday for my birthday with my kids to celebrate. When we got there we notice it wasn’t busy.. until five min after are server section filled up pretty quick .. she did let me know she was only server which I totally didn’t mind that girl did awesome and the manager too was awesome but what got me was when the server let me know she was going to transfer the table cause she was leaving I told her no needed I’ll take the check to I can tip her. What was weird was I paid almost 400 dollars and I asked for a refill on my Dr Pepper for the next shift manager to tell me that after I closed the check they couldn’t refill my drink . Mind you the first server who was short staff didn’t get to refill all my drinks and as new servers jumped on they no longer wanted to serve us . I just thought that that was really rude for that lady not to refill one drink
